Getting ready for Chinese New Year and Ny Ny's birthday party was tricky as always, girly yet ready to perform on a seconds notice.

Umi & Ny Ny just had to give me something short and girly, to be honest and straight to the point I hated it so much. But then again In being honest, the Lion dance was my favorite part and the food of course.

Ny Ny took me to the temple this morning, straight out of bed. Messy hair and all, only thing I had time for was to pee and brush my teeth.

Now staring back at the girl in the mirror, I did not recognize her one bit. I cannot see for shit, no glasses allowed. I had to put on my contacts, I don't know how they do it. My eyeballs are so irritated, I want to keep poking them.

My face is all puffy and my body is on fire, I'm so uncomfortable at this very moment. I let out a sigh of relief, party is about to start.

"Get your ass down here, the guests are arriving. Oh and your Father might show up, just got the fuck of it. Ny Ny, is going to beat his ass. I can't wait to see that, he needs to get slapped a few times."

Dabbing a little lip tint, on my lips. I make my way out the door, slipping on the shoes Ny Ny had given me.

I didn't know what this year would bring, but hopefully luck and the temple God of love is on my side this time. My mind was elsewhere, when the guests paid respects to Ny Ny. Then presented her with their gifts, I bowed 210 times already.

"Psst, omg Melie look they are here. They actually came! Smile Bitch! Get perky, your boy is staring hardcore at you! Melie, snap the fuck out of it."

I whipped my head to the left, not seeing anyone. Then I looked to the right, it's when I saw him. I cheeks inflamed, due to my embarrassed date of dress. I felt a sharp elbow to my side, he was trying to grab my attention. But my mind, my eyes were on the man who stood no more than 3 feet in front of me.

I rubbed my side, it started to ache. From the sharp jab of his elbow into my side, I clenched my teeth as I said "Umi sweetie, you do that again I'll fucking castrate you! You know I have a low tolerance for pain, I even hurt myself walking."

I watched as the ones who did come with Yoon-gi, bow in greeting to my Ny Ny. Wishing her a happy New Year, as well as birthday. Each of them stood I front of her, arms laden with 3 gifts apiece.

"Young man, may I kindly ask who invited you to this event. I'm afraid that if no one here knows who you are, you may not enter."

I bowed my head in defeat, I sucked in a breath. I walked calmly and slowly towards Ny Ny, bending down to her ear. "Grandmother I invited them. Its him Ny Ny, the one I prayed over."

I watched grandmother, with a cautious eyes. She clapped her hands together, "AMELIE WU! Are you telling me in front of all these witnesses, that he is the one you prayed for at the temple God of love?"

I nodded my head up, then down super fast. Giggling a little bit, "Grandmother Yu, this is Min Yoon-gi, Kim Taehyung & Jeon Jungkook. They are from the kpop group I love and adore."

"You mean he is the one, you have a pillow that you kiss and say goodnight too every night."

I felt my face get red with embarrassment, "Yes, Grandmother he is the one, he is the second oldest. I- umm yes he is one in the same, the pillow I mean is his clone that I kiss every night."

"Perfect, boys go ahead you may join the festivities. Amelie, will join you shortly. She has to perform for me, once she does then she is free to have fun with you guys."

I think the only reason I was born and out on this earth, was for my grandmother to embarrass the shit out of me.
