Firstly, Wattpad used to show you up to 2k notifications in your notifs page.
It's now changed to 1k.

Basically, I can't see anything that happened on the 8th, 9th and the morning of the 10th Oct.

SO HERE'S MY UPDATE OF WHILE I'VE BEEN OFFLINE

It's only been two weeks though lol

I have now applied to university for veterinary medicine.
I applied to Uni of Glasgow, Uni of Edinburgh, Uni of Nottingham and Uni of Bristol.

Had to fill in work experience forms and questionnaires but they're all done now (except Bristol's but that's due on 7th Nov so I'll start it tomorrow)

Most of me being offline was to help a friend so you won't get to hear about that and this update is gonna be a little shorter because of that.

I've started writing book 2 of the Aenoxis series and I've made the cover. I had to put it on pause for university related things but I should be back at it now. If I'm lucky, I might have it finished by April/May next year xxx

The first book took from March - June when I was writing daily.
(Editing then took it till Sept ☠️)

I've also been looking for a job to fill my year before (hopefully) uni.

I got an interview at Smyths Toy Superstore.
This is how it went:

I arrive 5 mins early in my (new bc i didn't own anything interview worthy previous) formal-ish clothes with a smile (+mask) and being polite.
I get shown to a little corridor upstairs and told to sit, fill out a form, and wait. The form took about 5 minutes.

To my left, is the staff room. In front (barely a metre away) are the staff toilets. Just to the right of them is the office.

In the office, I can hear a woman's voice. She phoned someone to tell them they'd got the job. Then phoned a second person to tell them they'd got the job too. Then a colleague of hers walks into the corridor, nods at me, then goes into the office, closes the door and talks to the woman about whether this other lady they both know is gay or not.

I was sat there for 20-30 minutes.

Then finally the woman came out and showed me into the staff room and did the interview which barely took 5 minutes, spoke really loudly, and then saw me out.

I walked home and looked at my emails and, matching the times, they'd sent my rejection email about 1 minute after I'd left the building.

I've also found quite a few really good Christian songs!!! Like some of them have also got stuck in my head 😂💓
More modern than the classic hymns (though some of them can be beautiful)

I rewatched all of Suite Life of Zack and Cody!!!

I 100% prefer it to Suite Life On Deck ✌️
It's funnier, more fun, more... idk, it's just overall a lot more relaxing and enjoyable. It's got that comfy feeling to it.

I also love love love Maddie Fitzpatrick and miss her (last episode of Suite Life On Deck I watched was Maddie On Deck and now I just want to stay in that episode and not move forward ngl). I also miss Esteban. And Arwin though I'm daily sure he shows up in the later season of On Deck. And Carey.

I also really ship Maddie and Zack and I can literally explain it to you in heartwarming fluff if you want.
IOW, as much as I liked Zack and Maya before, I'm not gonna be too happy rewatching it 🤣

I also watched all the HSM movies all the way through for the first time ever. I had to do the third film in three parts though ☠️
Like I'm just not a big HSM fan though I do admit it's better than I've ever given it credit for before.
I only watched it because of Sharpay because Ashley Tisdale is also Maddie Fitzpatrick.

I've also read a bit. Not much because I've had so many other things on my mind and when I'm as stressed as I have been, it's easier to just watch tv. BUT, I finally finished The Darkest Legacy.

I won't say spoilers but...
Too many time skips.

It was jumpy all through with 'A week ago...' and then back to current time and then 'Three years ago...' and then current and then 'Three years ago...' just after the last time skip to current and then one more I think.

And then, literally 14 pages from the very end:
'Two weeks later...'

I can't. I love the characters and the plot was good but just no.

After that, I read 7 of my MLP books I was bought. To be fair, they're quite good, and I'm gonna stand by them even if I get called childish. It helps that I know how all the characters sound too so I can hear them properly in my head 🤣
But they did only take one morning or one night each—
I have 5 left to read but I needed something... more/better/bigger/ etc.

So now I'm reading Lady Midnight!!! Which has been on my shelf since nearly the same time it came out I think ☠️

IT IS SO GOOD SO FAR!!!

I love everything about it!

The only reason I hadn't read it yet was because I was always reading something else 😅

I have been driving more too. I need to go out in my car almost daily otherwise his battery dies because he's a very old car.

So I took my Nanna out shopping twice. We spent from 2-5 together each time. (We're in the same bubble dw). I also took her to get her flu jab during her first one so... fun? 😂

She insists on buying me something while we're out so the first time, I got a little Pudsey Bear who now sits in my car. He is my car bear.

The second time, I got a new little cactus.

He's very spiky.

I also met up with one of my closest offline friends yesterday for a catch up because she's at uni now. She came home for half term and was planning on going back but couldn't because we're now on lockdown for 2 weeks.
So I got to see her!

Except lockdown officially started at 6pm yesterday so now I can't go out and do anything or see anyone 😭

Not that I was really seeing anyone anyway.

And then we have incredibly sad news.
I am awful at talking about this because I don't really know how. So it all happens in my head instead.

Wednesday night / Thursday morning, Pixie passed away.
I found her when I went to feed her in the morning.

She's one of my guinea pigs. Friskie and Pixie are sisters and are nearly 6 years old. 6 years is the average life span for a guinea pig so they are / Friskie is and Pixie was very old girls.

Still, it was awful. Still is. It still doesn't feel like she's actually gone???

It's so hard.

Me and my mum buried her under the plum tree.

I miss her.

I had her from when she was tiny. I had her almost 6 years. Since I was 12. A third of my life so far.

On Wednesday, I was certain I was ready to come back to Wattpad on Thursday. That changed.

But I'm here now and I'm glad I'm back.

I really did miss you all. 💓💓💓

I love you all so so so much.
