Phew. At least that was all over. Now I knew how those characters felt when they were transported to a certain time period that they didn't want to be in. I shivered as I saw the door. "Jace, mother, father, let's leave this place. It really creeps me out."

When I finally stepped out of the tree, I breathed out a sigh of relief.
We were safe and sound, my horrible adoptive parents and the woodcutter were banished from this world and I managed to discover my true brother and gain Jace's brotherly love. It was an achievement all in a month!

Or maybe that was long. However, it was too scary for me, a nightmare just to be honest with you. I hated the brutal wind and the strong suction from the door and the time traveling. It was frightening to even think about it.

I shook my head from side to side continuously to push all the hateful memories to the back of my mind.
Jace put a comforting hand around my shoulder. "Are you okay, sis?"

"Yeah,"
Actually, hearing the word 'sis' makes me feel so privileged to discover my true love to be my real brother.

I was really lucky, really really lucky to have such a kindly brother to care for me. I even had two wonderful parents, the best parents in the world. I smiled to myself and glanced at Jace.
His eyes twinkled like stars in the dark night sky. His bangs shone like pure gold as they flew in the breeze. They covered his eyes and he shook them off.

He was really...charming, handsome, smiley, caring........oh never mind.

So many words to describe him but I can't mention them all, could I? Jace took out his sandwich and bit into it. It looked so delicious and tempting, till I desired to have a bite out of it.

As he bit it, melted cheese oozed out from the soft, fluffy bread along with slices of ham and chicken.
It was so colorful and appetizing that I licked my lips in greed. But he would never let me have a bite. I thought sadly.

But I was wrong about that.

Jace's twinkling eyes met mine. "Heyyy," he said, punching me playfully. "Would you want a bite out of my ham, chicken and cheese sandwich? I made it myself this morning!"

I was ecstatic to have my "wish" granted by fairy Jace! I took a large bite out of it and felt the delicious and cheesy ham and chicken swim in my mouth, the spices invigorating my senses. My eyes softened in satisfaction as I chewed the soft white bread in my mouth.

"Woahhh. There's a little glutton right here. Little pig!" He ruffled my hair.

I cringed and snatched his sandwich. I took large bites out of it and gave the remaining part of the sandwich to him. He frowned but smiled a little in amusement. He popped the whole thing into his mouth.

That was the nicest sandwich I had ever tasted.

It was bliss.
