It had been 3 years since then.

The Galaxy was peaceful for once and Mira was now 19, and Zak was 20.

Zak walked to Sabine and Ezras' room one day and knocked.

Sabine opened it.

Zak walked in.

"Hey Zak." Sabine said smiling.

"Hey....S-Sabine." Zak said, nervously.

"What's up?" Sabine asked, noticing.

Zak gulped and pulled out a ring.

"I...I wanted to ask you-" Zak was cut off.

Sabine was blushing madly.

"Zak you're sweet and all but I'm married...." Sabine said, awkwardly.

Zaks' eyes grew wide.

"NO-no that's not what I-Kriff the ring is for Mira...." he said stammering.

Sabine realized and facepalmed.

Ezra, who had been watching, burst out laughing.

And then abruptly stopped.

"Wait wait you're going to PROPOSE to MIRA?!" Ezra shouted, going into overprotective Dad mode.

"Well-I-I mean if it was okay with you-" Zak stuttered.

"You have my blessing Zak. And I'm sure you have Ezras' too-right dear?" Sabine asked, nudging Ezra.

Ezra took a deep breath.

"You....fine. I accept this." Ezra said reluctantly but then smiled. "You're a good kid Zak. Miras' lucky to have you."

Zak smiled and walked out of the room.

It was time to ask Mira.

Sabine quietly grabbed the holo recorder.

Ezra sighed thinking if only Kanan and Hera could've been here to see this....

He couldn't think about that. He smiled, holding back tears and then walked next to Sabine, ready to witness this.

Zak found Sabine in the common room.

"H-Hey Mira." Zak asked, shakily.

She smiled.

"Hey Zak." She said, and kissed him.

Sabine had to contain her squeal.

Ezra wanted to intervene but didn't want another *accidental* broken arm.

Mira pulled away and Zak suddenly got down on one knee.

Mira took a step back and gasped.

"M-Mira I....will you....will you marry me?" Zak asked, still shaking.

Sabine didn't breathe as she didn't want to squeal and ruin the moment.

Mira smiled widely, tears brimming her eyes.

"Y-Yes! Of course I will!" She shrieked.

Zak jumped up and hugged her, spinning her around.

Chopper rolled over and threw confetti everywhere.

The Zira wedding plans started now.
