"M-Mira. It's me. Please...I-I-" Zak tried to stammer out.

"It isn't personal. Just orders. I disobey orders for no one." She said, walking toward him, lightsaber in hand.

Meanwhile the Ghost Crew had boarded the Star destroyer.

In an epic plan (which involved Kanan falling off the ghost mid battle, and a bunch of other nonsense that Hera couldn't grasp) they had managed to get a mandatory evacuation....they had kinda messed with the oxygen.

Not a good idea. They would all die if they didn't get out of there like...now.

The entire Ghost Crew (minus Hera who had the ship waiting) were running along trying to find Mira and Zak.

Much to Ezra's dismay, Sabine said they could not leave Zak behind.

They ran through the halls, and then Chopper said he had found a map. Upon examining it they found a corridor that lead to the *Throne Room*

Thinking that was their best bet, they all went running that way...

Meanwhile in the Throne Room.

Mira inched closer to Zak until she was right up on him and held the lightsaber to his neck.

"Mira...please...I...." he stuttered

"Pathetic. You're hopelessly pathetic!" She shouted, releasing her force hold on him as she raised the lightsaber.

The Crew rounded the corner and were nearly at the door.

Would they be too late?

Ezra hoped Mira wouldn't lose another arm. He couldn't stand to think of what Sabine would do. He didn't want matching broken legs.

As Mira was about to lower the lightsaber, Zak leapt back and said quickly.

"I-I love you!"

She hesitated for a moment, and lowered the lightsaber walking toward him again, force pulling him toward her.

"What did you say?" She hissed.

"I love you Mira." He replied, and kissed her.

(I ship this so much omfg. Where do I get this romance from. Lmao. Low key romantic oops.)

Miras' eyes changed from yellow to their normal color, as she kissed him back, now back to her normal self, and she dropped her lightsaber.

At this exact moment the doors opened and Ezra ran in, followed by Kanan, Sabine, and Chopper.

"Mira! We're here to save-" Ezra stopped watching what was happening.

Sabine squealed in delight.

"What's happening? I can't see." Kanan asked, confused.

"Oh KRIFF NO." Ezra freaked out while activating his lightsaber.

Sabine force pulled him back and out of the room, and locked the door.

Kanan didn't think to ask and just grabbed the holo recorder.

Mira pulled away slowly.

"I....you love me?" She asked, smiling, a tear running down her face, as she had just almost killed him (by accident technically)

"I...I do..." he said, awkwardly.

"I love you too Zak...." she said, blushing.

Suddenly the door opened.

A flash of light.

And then the sound of a blaster as Grand Admiral Thrawn, shot Zak from behind.

Mira shrieked and ran to him as he fell.

Sabine had already tackled Thrawn.

"I...I love you Mira..." he said, his hand reaching up to brush her long hair from her face, as tears fell onto his cheeks.

Oml when did I get like this I'm about to cry from this cheesy romance. And yes, I just left y'all at this. Oops?

I considered having Mira stab him instead. Like "I love you too...which is why I'm sorry" Mira said, as her lightsaber went straight through his heart.* but I couldn't. My heart couldn't take it. I'm extremely caring and that's the only thing saving you guys 😂
