-Chapter Three-

It had been a week since Ocean had his pups and it was someone's apprentice ceremony. There had been a younger pup in the nursery when her apprentice ceremony had taken place. His name was Hurricane, a relatively small omega.

She growled thinking about the first time they met. Ivy had frozen still, simply staring at him, zoning out. She snapped up when she heard "Looks like someone has a crush," Ivy glared at her sister and walked away.

Ivy soon heard Phantom Yell across the cave:

"4 months ago, at his birthing ceremony, Hurricane was awarded the ability to control storms.  At this ceremony, his soon-to-be mentor and he shall travel to the abandoned hunters place. There, they shall touch the Sunstone and receive good luck from Skypack."

Her mentor, Patch walked up to her and muttered in her ear. "I want you to help Hurricane get ready." Ivy grumbled, but then walked towards Hurricane. "Hey, Hurricane."She said from behind him, making him jump.

When he finally turned around, he let out a sigh of relief. "Oh, It's just you. What do you need?" He asked, his voice cracking here and there. Ivy resisted tilting her head in confusion as she remembered that Hurricane was jittery around alphas.

"Patch sent me to help you get ready for your travel to the abandoned hunters place." Ivy said, slightly softer so she wouldn't scare the small omega. A tangy scent that smelt like hunters and mud struck her nose. Hurricane then stuttered out "O-Okay, what are we going to-" just to be cut off by Ivy.

"Do you smell something?" She said quickly, Hurricane paused and sniffed the air and nodded. Underneath the tangy scent, she could smell... Aura? (her little sister). Suddenly, Ocean burst out of the pups den, there were bags under his now bloodshot eyes.

"Aura and Aspen are missing!" He cried, tears streaming down his face. Without thinking, Ivy darted towards Aura's scent. It carried her outside of camp, and into the moorlands.

She was running so quickly that she tripped and got a facefull of mud. But, when she tried to get up, she couldn't move. Ivy started to panic and pulled harder until she was finally free.

She shrugged it off and continued running. Finally, Ivy saw Aura's little blue head poking out of the mud. With a sigh of relief, she walked forward and grabbed Aura by her scruff. To her surprise, when she pulled the pup didn't budge.

"IVY!" She heard someone say from behind her, "D-Don't m-move" Ivy soon recognised Patch's voice. "Why?" Ivy questioned, "You're stranding in tar!"
