Ivy trotted over to her sister, a pump in her step as she walked. "Arrow! Guess what day it is?" Ivy said with a smile. "I don't know," She grumbled, she had become more distant since her last hazing. "We're becoming apprentices today!" Ivy exclaimed, "That's easy for you to say, you're not the one without a gift" Arrow mumbled just low enough that Ivy could hear.

Ivy sighed and went to check up on Ocean, he was 6 months in his pregnancy.  "Dad?" She called out as she trotted inside of the omegas den, "Yes, Ivy" he answered drowsily. Ivy looked down at his bulging stomach. His blue shaggy fur sagging as he talked.

"I was wondering if you need anything" She straightened her back as several other omegas looked at her. "Hmmm... Maybe a rabbit. Thank you for asking." he responded. Ivy quickly dug through the pile of prey in the corner of the omegas den. it took her a minute to find a nice plump rabbit.

When she had dropped it at his paw's and looked up at Ocean, she could hear Phantom howling. Her eyes lit up as she trotted over to the rest of her pack. "May everyone from the smallest pup, to the largest alpha gather around." His voice sounded like claws scraping against rock, he had become quite old. Once everyone gathered around him he said 

"4 months ago, at their birthing ceremony, Ivy was awarded the ability to control plants. Her sister, Arrow didn't receive an ability. At this ceremony, their soon-to-be mentors and the soon-to-be apprentices shall travel to the abandoned hunters place. There, they shall touch the Sunstone and receive good luck from Skypack."

Once he had finished his announcement, Ivy turned around just to bump into Fang, one of the older pups. "Oop! Sorry," She mumbled and got up to leave when Fang knocked her down again. "Hey! What was that for?" Ivy growled, as Fang gave her a mischievous grin.

 "What? Is that really a question? 1, you're a house-wolf. 2, you're a female, AKA weak." (Fang is 'kinda' sexist) he snapped, "I'm not a house-wolf, but you're acting like one" she retorted.

 Fang immediately sprang up, biting down on her ear. But, before Fang could tear her to shreds, Red-back pulled Fang off so hard he went flying in the air for a few seconds."Fang!" Red-back growled, Fang's tail tucked underneath him. In fact, Red-back was Fang's mentor, so this was extra embarrassing. "What did I tell you about taking your anger out on others?"

Red-back growled, Ivy could only hear a pitiful whine as she stalked of to find her future mentor.
