Y/N:" Just to get this straight: we're going to be dancing?...Are you sure about this?"

Liv:" Yep, that's what I said."

Y/N:"...but you know I don't dance very much."

Liv:" I can help you, don't worry about it."

Yes, Liv suggested that she, Y/N and Ruby should spend the evening dancing since they had the rest of the week to prepare and have fun, no matter what. It came out of nowhere actually when she brought it up and mentioned a club she always wanted to go to. After a photoshoot like that one and eating pizza, maybe it wouldn't be so bad in the end.

Ruby:" Well, I'm up for it and so is Liv. It all depends on you, Y/N."

And to emphasize that point even more, Liv gave Y/N puppy dog eyes and scooted closer to him. She knew she got him hooked one way or another, so there was no way back for the young man. Sighing in defeat, Y/N nodded in agreement.

Y/N:" Alright, I'll be there this evening. But you owe me something for that."

Liv:" I'm sure I can think of something to repay you, boo. Thank you so much!"

Liv giggled and hugged Y/N tightly to thank him for agreeing to go dance later on. She knew it wasn't the easiest thing to ask or to do, but she really wanted to take things up another notch to finally uncover how much of a fun guy the young man actually could be.

Ruby:" If one of you messes up, that's gonna go online."

Y/N:" Don't you dare think of doing that."

Ruby:" Why not? Liv takes pics and short clips of you whenever she can."

Y/N:" Excuse me?!"

Liv:" I'm innocent!"

Ruby:" Your Twitter account says otherwise."

To prove her point, Ruby showed Y/N what Liv has really been posting recently and yes, she uploaded pictures and some clips of Y/N. Some of them were just really casual, others had effects on them to make them seem cuter. But there was one that caught his attention a lot more than the rest.

Y/N:" You caught me on the hoverboard...Really?"

Liv:" That was before you crashed into the guy at the parking lot."

Ruby:" I stopped it early to not embarrass you more, Y/N."

Y/N:" I swear I will get you back for that, Miss Morgan."

Liv:" H-How do you plan on doing that?"

Y/N:" You have to wait. I will just go and prepare myself for later on. See you soon, ladies."

With that, Y/N got up and left the room as Liv huffed and crossed her arms. She didn't want Y/N to see what exactly was going on, so now it was Ruby's fault for exposing her like that.

Liv:" I hate you sometimes."

Ruby:" It's not my fault you post about him like that so much, Liv. Just accept that you need to take one more step to fully win him over."

Liv:" But I don't know how..."

Ruby:" Then let's talk about that."

And so a new conversation was started about different ways to finally win Y/N over once and for all. Liv and Ruby both knew for a fact that he liked Liv back just as much, the only thing left now was to just find a way to get both of them to confess to each other, since all these exchanges have gone on for quite a while to be completely honest.

The evening struck soon as hundreds of people roamed the streets, either to get home, to clubs, restaurants or any other establishments that were available. AJ, Austin and Lacey all had different plans, Mandy was preoccupied as well, so it would really just be Ruby, Liv and Y/N that were spending the evening together.

Speaking of Y/N, he arrived last and by the looks of things it was obvious what took him so long. Selfcare for a night out like this was a big thing for him and he wanted to somewhat fit in with the rest of the 'party people' that were around.

On the other hand was Liv who looked as incredible as always, having picked out a beautiful dress and getting her hair done up in a neat ponytail. She smiled adorably when Y/N finally arrived.

Liv:" Thank goodness you made it."

Y/N:" I couldn't miss this party, now could I?"

Liv:" Nope, not after you promised."

Y/N:" And I'm a man of my word. Shall we head in now?"

Liv:" Yes, we shall."

The two linked arms and Liv stayed close to Y/N as they made their way into the club and soon joined Ruby, who reserved a few seats to rest at, if dancing was getting too exhausting.

Ruby:" There you are, guys. I thought you'd leave me hanging here."

Liv:" We literally got here together, Rue. You just said you'd go in to save us a spot."

Y/N:" And I literally just got here, so...your point?"

Ruby:" You and your logic. I can't with you guys."

Liv:" Yeah, but you also can't without us. C'mon, let's get onto the dancefloor."

Without much to argue against that, Y/N chuckled and went with Liv as the music was picking up again and kicked into a higher gear right there.

It didn't take long for them to find a groove they felt comfortable with as their bodies adjusted to everything and the fun began. So much for Y/N's inexperience when it came to dancing. Instead, he just showed what exactly he could do, getting in front of Liv.

Y/N:" Now watch me~."

Sure, it looked oldschool and very very goofy, but it did cause Liv to blush and giggle to herself. She expected something else entirely there, but this wasn't half bad either in her opinion. However, once the next song came on, and this really wasn't planned or scripted, she and a bunch of other young women got together to do their bit of a dance.

Liv:" Now who's watching who~?"

Y/N:" You had to play that card, hmm?"

Liv:" Day in, day out, boo. And judging from you checking me out, you like it."

Y/N:" Well, you're right in front of me, looking gorgeous as always and being this playful little minx. It would be a crime not to pay attention."

Liv:" But we're not finished yet, right?"

Y/N:" Not by a long shot, Love."

This made her heart skip a beat. Did Y/N really just call her 'Love'? Yes, he did and the expression in his eyes proved that he was serious about it. Somewhere deep down in this silent, broken man, the feeling of love would exist and Liv was the woman experiencing it first hand.

Y/N:" Let's take it a step back with a slower kind of music. Something we can dance closely to."

The tempo was nudged down significantly as all the couples in the club started gathering and danced lovingly with one another while Liv shyly ran a hand through her hair. She didn't expect that mood change in the middle of the evening like that, but with Y/N holding her hand and swaying side to side with the usually bubbly blonde, every worse faded and a smile made its way to Liv's face.

Y/N:" And yes, I am serious. I will always be there for you, no matter what, Liv. Eventhough it has only been about a month, you've really grown on me in several ways. And I wanna thank you for being who you are and putting up with me."

Liv:" Y/N...I can say the same. Once we got past all the getting to know each other stuff, you've opened up much more and I got to see more than meets the eye. You're a funny, caring, understanding man and I like how you put haters and critics in their place."

Y/N:" You're such a sweetheart, you know that?"

Liv:" Well...What if I became your sweetheart?"

Now things got interesting as some people opened up the dancefloor a little more and Y/N played air guitar along to the solo while Liv slowly crawled up to him.

Everyone, especially Ruby, watched as both of them were face to face. Ruby was recording everything to cspture the moment and as she zoomed in, Liv and Y/N shared a tender kiss.

The wait was over. All the jokes, teasing and hangouts lead up to this moment and it was finally here for them. Their lips danced in a romantic exchange as Y/N wrapped his arms around Liv who in return put her arms around his neck. Both were completely lost in the moment before pulling back and opening their eyes, smiling.

Liv:" You've been promoted from best friend to boyfriend."

Y/N:" It's an honor, Miss. It's my priority to keep my love bug happy."

Liv:" Dawww, you're adorable. I could cuddle and kiss you all night!"

Y/N:" Hehehe I surely wouldn't mind."

Liv:" Can you carry me back? Pwease~?"

Giving him puppy dog eyes was a sure way to get through to Y/N as he smiled and scooped Liv up into his arms, walking back to Ruby with her. She smiled just as brightly when the new couple arrived and was hugged by her partner in crime.

Ruby:" I knew you had it in you!"

Liv:" Thank you so much, Rubes! Without you, I couldn't have done it!"

Ruby:" Of course you could have. You thought of this first."

Y/N:" Well, I got a ball of sunshine in my life now, so I can't complain at all."

Liv:" It was a long time coming, but we got there in the end, hmm?"

Y/N:" That we did."

Liv giggled and sat down on Y/N's lap, resting her head on his shoulder and getting comfortable. To Ruby, this wasn't just a win, this was also sticking it to all those creeps that bothered Liv on social media. She now had a boyfriend that could get dangerous in the blink of an eye and let me tell you, it would be better not to mess with Y/N when he has someone to love.
