Shou is weird these past few days. Like something always catches his attention and always lost in his thoughts.

Like right now, they are at the canteen for lunch. While he is eating, he will look around shortly and back to what he is doing.

But Yuki lets him be. She's excited to play with Cerby again.

The extermination is starting again since there are no living souls that want to fight with them.

"Let's go now." Shou holds his plate and water bottle, and stands up. Yuki is already finished eating too anyways so she followed what he said without saying anything.

"Go to the restroom." When he said that, Yuki knows what he is meaning to say.

They climb the stairs in battle mode. Yuki wonders what they are going to do since this is not the way to the backyard which is usually the extermination site.

In the middle of following him, she also wonders if he is the only one who can let their weapons appear at will.

She just shrugs anyways.

They arrived at the fourth floor however, Shou didn't stop climbing the stairs. They must have business at rooftop then.

No one is there but only two men who are wearing simple outfits-- t-shirt and pants. One is smiling facing them while the other one has his back turned on them.

"As I thought...." Kilala niya sila?  A sudden gust of wind sways their hair and clothes.

Maybe the reason why there's no people here is because it's terribly windy and cold.

"It's you."

The man faces them with a grin on its face. "Ohhh the prodigy is here." However, it seems to be a hint of irritation in his voice.

The guy who recently talk has a blonde long hair, silver earrings and almost has the same body figure as Shou. "Matthew Ninepence."

Shou has a serious expression on his face but the man name Matthew lets out a small laugh like asking for a fight.

"Should I be glad that our highness know my name?"

"Now, now..." The guy who is beside Matthew walks in front of him like it is trying to be a referee between them. "Let's talk peacefully."

He has a darker blond hair, a bit skinny but still has an obvious body of a man and has a mature face. He seems a bit taller than Shou.

Then, he looked at Yuki, greeting her with a smile. "Meron pa naman tayong kasamang babae." Okay lang naman sakin.

"I haven't introduced myself yet..."

"I'm Jason Bautista-- his partner." Matthew and Jason must also be demon hunters. Should she introduce herself too? But she chose to remain quiet.

"Heh! She got badluck-- stuck with this perfectionist." Matthew glances at Yuki with a cheeky manner. Jason doesn't expect that.

"Hey-- Don't say that---"

"Why are you here?" Shou cuts him off and Jason didn't retaliate.

Matthew's brows crease. "What? Am I not allowed to go anywhere I want?"

"Aren't you the one who's exterminating here these past few days?" 

"Specifically in this school." Yuki then understood behind Shou's actions few days ago.

"So what? You should be glad-- I'm helping you." He paused for a moment then glances at Yuki. "Oops. Wrong term." He smiled at her and she smiled back as a respect.

"We are helping you." And he grins.

"I can't believe that our prodigy cannot even do the basics!" Then he laughed. Hindi ko maintidihan ang sinasabi niya.

Tsk. I know that. "So the strange presence I always sense are also from the two of you." Shou confirms. That's why he finds the presence strange-- powerful and no malice. Because it is coming from legal contractors.

"Tama na yan Matthew. Hindi tayo pumunta dito para mangaaway." So they are here for a reason? Shou is aware that Matthew despises him and he thought that is the reason.

"Tsk!" Matthew looked away in anger. "All demon hunters are being called-- Including the contractors!" Is there a mission?

"Why?"

"Find it out yourself!" Maybe there is a mission afterall.

Jason approached Shou. "Actually, the reason isn't stated. So we also don't know." Jason then smiled and Shou nods at him. So it was like that.

Jason turned his head to Matthew behind him. "Let's leave now." And Shou saw a glimpse of his face-- anger.

Then Matthew glances at Yuki with disgust and said something that made Shou felt annoyance tingling inside him. "You're pitiful."

Then, he jumped off the rooftop.

However, Jason didn't follow and looked at them instead. "Nice to meet you, Shou Suzuki and-- Yuki Domingo." No wonder they know even my partner's name.

Then, he left the same way as Matthew did.

Shou and Yuki climb down the stairs. "That guy--- Matthew Ninepence is also an angel and a demon hunter like me." He then walks beside Yuki.

"It seems like his partner also lives near here. And since he is the nearest hunter from me, he had no choice but to follow what the higher ups ordered him to do and told me." This time they are taking their time to walk. But where they are going though?

"Even if he despises me, he still do his works." Bakit kaya galit siya kay Shou? "And just like what he said, we have to go in heaven." Yuki doesn't really mind going with him. But she is worried about one thing. "Pero papaano yung school at bahay?" Grades is her most priority. She can't just not mind her responsibility as a student.

"Sooner or later, there will be someone who will get us and live here as you." Magagawa niya ba ang studies ko ng tama?

"No worries, it is designed to act like you."

"How about you though?" Shou stops on 2nd floor thus Yuki just follows him. Maybe they will go to library?

"It depends on them. If they see fit my existence in human world then they will send someone as me, too. If not, then I do not really have to worry about my life here." She nods at him and secretly wishes that her nii-chan will not go home when she is gone.

They arrived in front of the library but Shou stops momentarily and looks at Yuki seriously. "Let me remind you, Yuki. Same rule. Don't go anywhere without my permission. Always stay beside me. Understand?"

"Okay." Then, they enter the room.

"This is sooner than I thought." He might be talking about the creatures who will send them to heaven--- literally.

Since she was a child, she never thought of hell and heaven, demons and angels. She only knew the existence of them in the animes she watched and yes, there are times she fantasized over hot guys. And yes, she also loves gores and horror stories. However, it never occured into her mind that she will experience these things.

There are two creatures in front of them. Maybe it is safe to say they are angels since they are going to heaven? They are not moving nor speaking. They are like dolls. But in terms of appearance, these angels resemble rabbits. They really look like reeeeally big rabbits that stand like a human and taller than her however, it have a couple of small white wings which made them float in the air.  But it's pink. Their body is color pink. And they really have looong white tails. At the end of its tail, is a fluff ball. Its paws are also white. Only the fur on their main body and head are pink. And they have pure black eyes.

They are actually cute. Really cute. And she wants to touch them, pet them, hug them--

"ARF! ARF!" 

And Yuki stops on her thoughts about rabbits.  "Shh. Cerby." By saying that, he understood that these creatures are not enemy.

"Ehem." There is another creature beside the two rabbits. It's a white fluff with a size of golf ball and it has wings longer than the owner itself. Its black eyes and mouth are visible. Also, it has a quite high pitch voice.

"I am your guardian-- Bittle, in going to the Demon Hunting Academy, Sir Shou and Miss Yuki."  It doesn't have hands nor feet but it seems like it bowed down just now?

"So our destination is DH Academy. But we are not informed why."

"The principal asked us to gather all of you to make an announcement, Sir Shou." Its tone shows respect like a butler.

"These angels will replace you in your disappearance." Then each rabbit approached Yuki and Shou. Its tail gently wraps around their wrist and their eyes turn red. Then, they transformed into their appearance.

The tail that previously wrapped around their wrist is replaced with a human hand and the rabbits remove their clutches on their wrists.  "They've already memorized all your memories and common behaviors." Memories ko? Yuki is shocked. First is the HCD then the rabbits. She is really not a fan of other prying into her privacy.

"They will act accordingly from the received information thus, your identity is completely safe. Once you returned here, they will transfer all the collected data while they are acting as your replacement." So malalaman ko pa rin ang mga lessons namin. With that, she's at least satisfied with how things are.

"Now let's leave." Bittle's eyes turn red.

"I require you to hold your hands together."  How? The instruction is not clear. Should it be both hands? Or just one hand?

But the questions in her mind disappeared when Shou holds her hand near him. He just looked straight to Bittle so she does to.

However, she remembers something.

"Magpakabait ka, Cerby."

"Prepare in 3..." Yuki smiles at Cerby and it wags its tail.

"2...1..." He is about to stand and bark however, the surrounding starts to illuminate.
