Judith pov

I've been very busy as a child star, but my mommy helped me out. We rehearse lines for me to remember on the commercial, tv show, or movie. Yesterday, my mommy told me that Alexandra was going to take me to the amusement park this weekend and I can stay with her for two nights. The only thing that's been bothering me was my dad only trying to manipulate me again. He and mommy argued about me going out with Alex and for staying with her. I don't want to stay here because then dad will hurt me like he usually do. Earlier today our neighbor Mr. Rodgers got me a gift, a brand new kite. My old one was torn last summer so he bought me a new one. However, my dad came over and snatched out of my hands and I told him he was going to break it. Instead he told the neighbor that I was ungrateful to have anything so he broke it which made me cry.

I was in my room looking out of the window thinking about Alexandra when I heard heavy footsteps coming into my room. Dad was glaring at me with his famous frown like Grumpy off of 'Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs'.

"So are you glad to go stay over with Alex this weekend?" He asked in a dry tone.

"...A little, I guess. I never been over to anyone else's house before." I shrugged.

He walked closer and yanked my hair causing me to let out a yelp. He shushed me and said, "Don't lie to me. I know your happy about staying over at that bitches place. You better not tell her anything else that I've been doing to you. Or else your going to get a bullet in the head and slit through the throat. Got it?"

I trembled in fear and nodded as he released me when mommy enter the room.

"Judith, Alex says she will be over early on a Friday. She said the amusement park will take a long time for it to open-so she suggested that day to pick you up." Mommy said.

"Okay." I nodded.

"Why does she have to with that stranger? Judith doesn't need to go with no one on a weekend." Dad remarked.

"Josevf we've already talked about this. She's just taking her out to spend some time with her so that she won't deal with no stress and staying inside the house. That's final." Mommy said.

I wish that Alex can take me away from here so that I live in a happier place. A real family and home.
