"Yangyang told us you went with him to a get a new tattoo." A raven haired boy brings up as he takes a seat on the vacant space beside Jeno.

The latter was outside, sitting on one of the open tables as there was a big tree behind him. Thankfully giving him shade with the sun out.

Groaning quietly, he looks up from his book and glares, "it wasn't voluntarily. He basically dragged me in there."

After he said that, a tanned male boy soon jogs up to their table with wide eyes. Once arriving, he stares at Jeno and screeches.

"You? Lee Jeno? In a tattoo parlor?!" Resulting the said boy to cringe visibly, slowly hiding his face behind his opened book while his friends rambles away.

"How did he even manage to bring you in there?! I wanted to be the first one to bring you there!"

"Can you quiet down, Hyuck? You're almost as loud as the ones playing volleyball over there." Jeno hisses at him and pushes his reading glasses up to his nose.

"Well, can you blame me? You always refuse to join those types of hangouts. And not only that, but hearing it is a little odd because it's so not you. No offense."

The raven haired boy beside Jeno shakes his head at him, "Jenjen only refuses because we often get in trouble. Remember last time?"

"It wasn't my fault I grabbed the bag of Cheetos! Yangyang was too slow and ruined it!"

"Still, Jeno was there. Didn't we talk about minimizing our behaviors when he's around?" The raven haired boy states.

"Hey guys!" Their bickering was interrupted by another guy approaching their table, a grin on his face as he was holding a can of Pepsi.

"Oh look who's here." The raven haired boy chuckles as the newcomer sits down beside the tanned male across from them.

"If you're here to shove it to our faces that you're the first one to bring Jeno to a semi sketchy place, we get it, you're the lucky one, Yangyang."

"Why is everyone so dramatic about this?" Jeno speaks up again, whining all while. "It's not a big deal, Yangyang just dragged me in there."

"What?!" Yangyang exaggerates a gasp, however, he doesn't disagree as it is true.

"It kinda is for us, Jen." Donghyuck frowns. "It's just a little surprising to hear. And we've always wanted you to loosen up a bit."

"Please," Yangyang lets out a snort as he takes a gulp of his soda, "it's even weirder to see him in there."

"Excuse me? What's that supposed to mean?" Jeno asks, eyes glaring at the boy across the table.

Shrugging, Yangyang just taps his nails on the soda can as he says, "you make it obvious that you're not the type to go breaking rules. You know?"

"Basically, you looked like a lost puppy back thereโ€“ which you are."

Hearing that, Jeno doesn't leave a comment at all as he's grown used to it. Used to kinda be the sore thumb in their friend groupโ€“ literally the only person who's not a daredevil.

"But it's okay, Jen! Remember, you don't have to follow what we do if you're not comfortable with it!" The raven haired boy beside him coaxes as if the younger was offended.

He drapes an arm around Jeno's shoulders and lightly shakes him, "if you want to hangout in your way, you can always tell us."

Humming, Jeno smiles and nods at the elder boy. "Thanks, Mark hyung." He mumbles softly.

"How was your first time going to a tattoo parlor by the way?" The tanned male asks, arms now resting on the table as he eyes his friend.

Pondering in thought, Jeno purses his lips as he tries to come up with the appropriate words to describe his experience.

"It wasn't bad... I guess." He trails off, having the urge to roll his eyes once he notices the hopeful looks his friends gave him.

"But I still don't like it." Most people would've frowned after hearing that, but his friends, however, started cackling.

"Why so?" Mark asks for them, sending a short warning look at the other two as he inches closer to the younger boy beside him.

"It's a little messy, the floors and windows have stains, there's a few inks everywhere. Some of the seats have holes in them."

Pausing, Jeno quirks his lips to his right sideโ€“ showing a small dimple no one really noticesโ€“ and sighs.

"I don't have anything else to say."

"From what you've told us, you're more bothered by the place rather than the people." The tanned male comments.

"It's because I wasn't paying attention to them." Jeno replies briefly as Yangyang nods along.

"Yeah, he was too busy worrying about the needle on my skin." Yelping a bit when he feels a kick on his leg, the boy across the table grins proudly of himself.

A chuckle escapes Mark's lips, "sounds about right." Soon flinching when he also receives a smack on his stomach from Jeno.

"Who did your tattoo anyway, Yang?" Mark then asks, gently rubbing his stomach with his free hand.

The said boy was playing with his empty soda can on the table as he answers, "Jaemin did. It wasn't too busy that day."

As Mark was nodding, satisfied with the answer he got from him, Yangyang suddenly looks up and smirks.

"Oh waitโ€“ I just remembered Jaemin was a little distracted with Jeno while doing my tattoo."

His comment made the two friends widen their eyes as Jeno furrows his eyebrows, "ooh~ a tattoo artist might be interested in our little Jenjen." Mark teases.

The younger boy puffs out his cheeks as he lets out a huff. His ears were slowly turning red as it soon spreads throughout his face.

"But would you ever go there again?" The tanned male asks, tilting his head to the side in wonderโ€“ biting back any teasing words and an annoying smirk.

Shaking his head, Jeno replies with, "why would I go over there again if I don't have anything to come for?"

Grinning in silly, Donghyuck hums. "If you say so." Muttering quietly while Jeno scoffs back.

"Anyways, do y'all wanna see my new tattoo?" Yangyang asks, grinning widely when he hears their approval.

Lifting up his sweater sleeve, they all look at it in awe before Donghyuck decides to comment with, "pfft, lame."

"Bitch, shut up."

"I'm just saying, mine is cooler."
