Gionna after putting over the "injuries" from the affects of the Figure Eight for the fans in attendance for the latest Smackdown she entered the gorilla section where Good Ole Vinny Mac and all the creative staff resided when the show went live. After she went behind the curtains she simply shook off the leg from stiffness as the Chairman approached her.

Vince: You're Gionna right young lady?

She at first was shocked that the biggest fish in all of the company was talking to her... just another superstar.

Gionna: Umm ye- yes sir I'm her you speak of, is there something wrong sir?

Gionna heard rumors of what happened when a WWE Superstar has to talk with the boss; rarely if ever did it end well and most often it ended that that superstar would be benched because he really didn't feel them appealing to the WWE Universe or worse they were getting fired.

Vince: No there's nothing wrong but as you've heard in response to Eric Bischoff and Paul Heyman taking over Smackdown and Raw respectively from a creative standpoint and with that happening I've given them both a list of superstars on their rosters and Eric pointed out you've been getting glowing reviews from your co-workers and you still haven't been rewarded for the ridiculous bumps you've took. Getting knocked out by Brianna and then the table spot at TLC last year. Now even I had you lose tonight to Flair because honestly I still see her and Becky as THE women here in WWE but.

Gionna: But what Vince?

Vince collected his breath as he began speaking again.

Vince: There's gonna be a time where'll I'll give them both a rest and we're gonna need to infuse young blood at the top and well one of Smackdown's top superstars actually recommended you for a big push.

Gionna: Wait seriously; you're joking with me right now aren't you Mr. McMahon.

Vince: If I were joking, I would've had laughed cruelly in your face and continue to devalue your star here Gionna but I'm not; You've been through hell and you need to be rewarded as such. You could thank Kai I guess you could say.

Gionna: Hold on Kai vouched for me?

Vince: Well he alongside your former Riott whatever the team name was; Ruby and Sarah said you have the potential of being the stable's long term star. So congratulations you're going to be one of the next Smackdown Women in line for a push Gionna.

Gionna: Well um thank you sir but do you know where Kai is at?

Kai: I'm right behind you.

Kai smiled as he saw Vince and looked back at Gionna's growing smile.

Kai: I'm guessing you told her Vince; she never ever really smiles like that unless you take her out to eat steaks or Asian cuisine.

Gionna: He did but who's gonna put me over?

Kai: Ashley is obviously... Vince wanted originally to push her again but Eric already you and I on his radar as potential breakout star for you and top babyface for me since I'm already feuding with Daddy's Boy.

Vince: Kai....

Kai: Shane, I meant Shane.

Vince: I'm sure you did... but anyway Gionna with this push I've decided you'll need some time to come up with a new character but fortunately you had a gimmick that really stuck with the NXT Universe what was it called? Liv Squad was it?

Gionna: Yes sir that's right; sorry I'm just so flabbergasted about everything right now.

Vince: It's alright just so long as you respond to the pressure and adversity you get when it comes to getting pushed. But now going back on your previous gimmick, I want that to be the real Liv Morgan; I'm talking your outfits and gear at least had some reference to either your home in New Jersey or pop culture in a essence; so that's what we'll go with but we want to tap into more of a serious version of her. Which is why you'll be shadowing a guy whose had to reach down deep to find himself before even coming to WWE.

Gionna: Is it Kai?

Vince didn't think without a second thought as he smirked.

Vince: You're not kidding kid she's smarter than she most definitely lets on Kai; alright best of luck and don't worry we've got plenty of time between now and Hell in a Cell in September where you'll meet Charlotte at the pay-per-view; the goal is to establish you as a major babyface alongside Bayley, Ember and Carmella and a main fixture on the Blue Brand. Don't make me regret this decision Ms. Daddio a lot of people have faith in you as do I; Don't underwhelm them or me for that matter. No pressure though, for now though take the night off though we're done taping for the night.

Gionna: I will and thank you for the news Mr. McMahon, this is really groundbreaking news for me.

The Chairman nodded as he and the creative team left the Jersey native and her best friend alone. Once they were out of earshot, she turned to Kai who had a sheepish smile on his face.

Gionna: Okay so what did you exactly tell him?

He snickered as she playfully accused him

Kai: Nothing really I just got a whole lot of influence on the blue brand as the one of the top baby faces that aren't Kofi or Joe. No but seriously I just suggested to the Boss-Man that he shouldn't lean so heavily on Ashley and Pamela even though the latter is the Smackdown Women's Champion; why do you think he decided to put Adrienne in the championship at Summerslam? Because had he shoehorned Ashley into their match..

Gionna: Fan backlash?

Kai: Yeah the fan backlash would've been at an all-time, not like you can't the please fans every time it's just apart of the life of being a superstar. Anyway ready to get out of here and rediscover your final form?

Gionna: You're such a nerd but then again... everyone loves that about you.

Kai: Come on you more than anybody should know that I'm more than just hot piece of meat; I like to divvy up my nerdiness and randomness every day.

Gionna: Big oof Kai come on I'm driving smart-ass.

Kai: Oh no you don't Sarah and Doris told me what type of shenanigans ensue whenever you're behind the wheel.

Gionna did her infamous pout of the puppies as she verbally pouted. Eventually which in this case was three minutes, the Last Warrior of WWE cracked and handed her keys.

Kai: We die and I'm gonna torture ya fine ass on the stairway to heaven.

Gionna: Oh put a sock whatever crap Doris and Sarah fed you is a lie, it didn't help there were cameras all in the car Chief.

She laughed as she took the rental car keys from crush slash best friend as they went to the locker rooms to retrieve their stuff. Gionna was grabbing her belongings after having showered when she was talking to Cassie about her wedding to former WWE Superstar turned AEW Superstar, The Chairman Shawn Spears.

Gionna: So I've been meaning to ask how is Ron, Cass? I have to imagine he's finally relieved to be getting the chance he should've got here.

Cassie hummed as she zipped up her last bag.

Cassie: He's actually doing really good; he's always a happy individual but you know ever since he and the company have mutually parted ways; it's the happiest I've seen him, I only recall him proposing to me the only other time he's been this happy. Here's hoping Cody and Brandi will do him justice.

Gionna: He's a good man, I can't wait to see you two knuckleheads get married.

Cassie: Thanks Gionna but do you have a date to the wedding?

Gionna perked up surprisingly to see an inquisitive look from the younger half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions.

Cassie: Gionna; you're kidding me I thought you said you had a date... you're one of my bridesmaids and you're telling me you don't have a plus one?

Kai: Hey Cassie ready to bounce Gionna?

She and Cassie walked out of the Women's locker room and the Jersey Jolly Rancher enthusiast saw Kai approaching the two.

Gionna: You didn't let me finish Cass because... Kai's my plus one for your wedding!

Kai: I'm sorry... what was that?
