Little Lotor & the Lesbians: Rough Day

Trigger warnings: Yelling, mention of child abuse(Lotor's 16), emotional manipulation(I believe it's called).
I understand if some people want to lay this one out. It's not the worse since there isn't much of it but I do know some can be deeply affected by these kinds of things. I wanted to do one where it shows that not all people have a save haven to rest in, I guess? I just really wanted to write my thoughts out and somehow this came to mind and my writing went overboard. I thought Lotor might be the best one for this stuff since his parents were Haggar and Zarkon so his childhood wasn't the best.

"GOD DAMN IT- GO TO YOUR ROOM!" Zarkon shouted as Lotor locked the door behind him. He heard Zarkon pound on it a few times but he wouldn't dare try to break in. No, getting another door would cost money.

Lotor wrote down the date, the time, and the fight that just happened in his notebook before scurrying under his bed. He found his little box and stuck his paci in his mouth, then hugging his stuffie tightly. God he hated these days. He had spent some nights at Acxa's with his girls. He got back only thirty minutes ago and a fought broke out. Honerva said something about how he's never home and he talked back. It started a huge argument that could of gotten physical if Lotor didn't remember to keep his mouth shut. And although it made them pissed off that he wouldn't answer, they didn't break anything over him. The worse he got today was Zarkon pulling his hair harshly so that he could look at him.

Lotor stayed down there for a good while. Not wanting to make any movement or noise that would prove to his parents that he was alive. He petted his stuffie after his muscles untensed a little, not wanting the stuffing to be smushed. It was a cat, he named it Kova. He got it years ago by Zethrid. Kova's always stayed with him in his bedroom ever since. Away from his parents and the hurt of the world. Lotor slowly crawled out of his bed, looking around first to see if anyone was in his room. Of course no one was. But that didn't make him any less nervous. He crawled over to his door, making sure all six locks were locked. He then crawled over to his computer. He saw some missed calls from his Mamas. And some text messages he couldn't exactly read. He video called the group chat on Zoom and sat on his chair, criss-cross-applesauce.

"Hey Lotor- Oh! Well isn't that cute," Ezor spoke first as she joined, the other two joined after her. Lotor dried any tears left and gave a tiny smile. He was safe with his girls. "Awe Lo Lo, what's wrong?"

"Fight, it was scawy," Lotor explained as he took his paci out to explain before popping it back in. His girls nodded, immanently understanding.

"You wrote down what happened, right?" Acxa asked, getting a nod in return. Legally this was child abuse, since he was underage. Or the days where his parents got physical it was. Lotor had recently kept track of all their fights, just in case he ever went to court for this. So that he had some sort of evidence. "Alright, have you had water in the past two hours? You hide in your secret spot for a while."

Lotor shook his head and teared up at the thought of going back down stairs to get water for his sippy. Zethrid caught on and began to speak, "Hey, it's okay for now. But you need to get some when it's time for dinner."

"Did Kova keep you safe?" Narti asked. For Christmas they got her a type-to-speak device so that they could have a conversation with her. She had a key board memorized already so there weren't many mistakes when she first got it. She's pretty good by now.

"He was bwave," Lotor nodded.

"And so were you," Ezor said. "I know that mommies and daddies can sometimes be scary and mean. But facing that head on is one of the bravest things you can do."

Lotor smiled happily at that as Acxa typed something into her computer, "You guys wanna play some Minecraft?"

For the next three hours the group play Minecraft. The girls protected Lotor from monsters and made sure he didn't light himself on fire. Which was hard to do. For the past five years they've been building this world. It was on Ezor's account, so that Lotor's parent's couldn't threaten to delete it. Which they did with their first world. The world was amazing, in all their minds. Lotor had a castle, Zethrid made a village, Ezor helped decorate it all, and Acxa had a small hut in the forest. She didn't want anything big, plus she got all their resources they needed to build. Even though she had a house in the town and a room in the castle. Zethrid was always proud of her town. Which included a blacksmith, bakery, a huge farm, etc. Lotor liked having races on the horses, which was what they mainly did instead of worked. He also had like a million cats around the palace. And the village. And at least seven in Acxa's hut, which was meant to be a no cat zone. It got to the point where they named the world Cat Kingdom.

"I think someone's hungry," Ezor said as Lotor's stomach growled for the third time. The first time they didn't say anything, the 2nd they didn't want to point it out, but now they knew he needed to eat something.

"Nu," Lotor shook his head, making sure Kova didn't fall off. He liked having him up there at times. Acxa joked about it being a hat.

"Honey you need to eat something. I'm sure your parents wouldn't let you starve," she pointed out. Lotor wanted to argue on that but his parents did make him small meals, at times. Not enough to make the school notice his health but enough that he would devour food at his friend's house and at school. "Can you try? I know it's a very scary mission but we need you to do it."

"We also need you to get a glass of water," Zethrid added.

"If you don't come back in twenty minutes I'll rive over there and handle it myself," Acxa said, Narti agreeing. It wasn't the first time she's promised that. It also wasn't the first time she would have to fulfill it.

"Otay," Lotor breathed, setting Kova next to his paci on the desk. He turned his video and mike off since they were on Zoom.

"Could you leave your mike on Sweetheart, I want to record just in case," Acxa asked, starting to film on her phone. Lotor did and began to walk out of the room.

He kept on taking shaky breaths the entire time he made his way to the kitchen. He hoped his parents weren't pissed off about earlier. He wasn't for sure though. They might be angry. Or they might try to blame Lotor for 'making them upset' or something like that. He poked his head into the kitchen and saw his father making coffee. He walked over and began to make waffles. It was easy and quick thing to make. Even if he shouldn't be using he toaster in his headspace he made sure not to burn himself. It he started crying in front of his father for a simple burn, Acxa would have to come over.

"You know I love you, right?" Zarkon asked, looking at him. "I would never want to do anything to hurt you. You just do bad things that make me flare up at times." He give him a warm smile.

"I know, father," Lotor nodded, giving a small smile back. Zarkon pulled him into a hug and Lotor didn't waist a second to give one to him back. He wanted no risk of getting yelled at for not doing so. "I love you too."

"Alright, take your dinner and run back upstairs," he said, pushing Lotor away as he took his coffee cup and walked out of the room.

His fault. That's all he heard from them. They never liked owning up to their actions. Lance said that was called manipulation but Lotor originally thought all kids went through that. He put his waffles on a plate, got a glass of water, and quickly ran back to his room. He made sure not to spill anything as he re-locked his door.

"Baby? Are you back?" Narti asked as she heard noise. Lotor ran back to his chair and turned on his camera. Showing them his delicious dinner. He then grabbed his sippy from his small little box and began to fill it up with water.

"Waffles, again?" Zethrid asked, getting a shrug in response as Lotor ate. "Lo Lo before you can over to Acxa's house you had waffles for two weeks straight."

"Delicious," Lotor grumbled, getting a chuckle from Ezor.

"Alright Hun, we'll let it slide this time. Try to have a full meal tomorrow night?" she asked, letting a weird look in response.

"Haggar nu shop till next month. I too broke."

"Next month- Lotor you can not have waffles for a full month!"

"Hmm, hungy," Lotor decided on, putting Kova back on his head as he chewed his food.

Haggar was the name Little Lotor choose for his mother. She was mean, along with Zar Zar. So it seemed fitting. They talked for a while, their Minecraft world long forgotten. Luckily Ezor made they save and sign off. When Lotor was finished with his food and drink his Mamas made him brush his teeth and get into pajamas. His paci was back in his mouth and he was now sitting on his bed.

"How about before we go to bed I read you a story?" Ezor offered, earning a whine from Lotor.

"Mamaaaa! Chu didn' say nuffing about sleepy time!" he whined, his paci falling out of his mouth. Acxa snorted and Zerthid began to laugh. Lotor huffed and crossed his arms. "Nu laughing."

"I'm sorry!" Zethrid said, holding her hand in front of the camera. Ezor began to laugh as well and Narti smiled. "You're whine was just so cute!"

"It really was," Acxa agreed. Getting her composer before the others, if you were minusing Narti.

"Nu! Stup laughing!" Lotor insisted, making them get all giggly again. He didn't like it when they laughed at him. He also didn't want his mother complaining that he was being too loud.

"Alright, Sweetheart, we'll stop laughing," Acxa said, making Zethrid eye roll.

"Speak for yourself," she said but didn't continue laughing.

"Seriously though Hun, it's nine now. We talk for you hours, played for three, and hide for two. So, I think it's a good time for bed," Ezor said, making Lotor again put a confuse face on.

"Sleepy times at ten?"

"Normally, but sleepy times at nine tonight. It's a Tuesday, Baby. You have the evil pacer test tomorrow. You gotta have a full night rest. Is your tummy full?" Ezor asked, getting a nod in response. "Are you going to fall asleep tonight with Kova?"

"Uh-huh," Lotor nodded, going over to check the locks one last time before bed. He unlocked some and kept some locked. So that if someone tried to pick lock they wouldn't know which one which. "Story?"

"We got My Princess Boy and Chicka Chicka Boom Boom," Ezor said, holding the two books up. Lotor stared at the two before holding up three fingers, putting his paci back into his mouth. "Both? Got it."

"Tuck yourself in, Baby," Zethrid said. Lotor nodded and tucked himself into bed. He snuggled up to Kova and sucked on his paci lazily.

The light had been off the entire time so he didn't have to get up. Ezor got into her narrator voice and everyone began to listen. He feel asleep half way through the 2nd book but Ezor didn't stop reading. The other three quite liked it when she spoke. They cooed when they saw him sleeping peacefully, as if nothing happened just a couple hours ago.

"He's adorable like this. I wish we could keep it like that at all times," Zethrid frowned as they all looked into the camera. "You know like, relax and carefree-ish."

"One day we can. In which we'll probably all be living with each other and loving him like a brother-friend-thing. When we'll give him the love he's been deserving for years."

"So like . . three years when we're all eighteen?" Ezor asked, checking the date. "That's going to take a while."

"As long as we have him and he has us, we'll survive for now."

I wrote this yesterday and apparently today was Lotor Appreciation Day, November 4th. I was going to upload this after I finished the requests I had for the PJO book but uh, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOTOR!
A bit disappointed I had to give the man trauma instead of a happy birthday. I'll have to give him a much more happier birthday next year.
