Little Lance and Coran

Paladins go Disneyland for the day. A certain mermaid lover slips into littlespace.

Warning: Mention of death (past death)

"Alright Paladins-"

"Coran, we're not in school right now. You can call us teenagers. Or kiddo if you're talking to Shiro or Lance," Pidge joked.

The joke was because of Shiro's birthday and that Lance was a little. He usually slipped to 5 or 6. it was sometimes 3 but rarely. But he does use baby talk in all of his headspaces. Its something about him feeling more little or something like that. The joke Pidge made was never meant to be a mean one so no one took offense to it. Except Shiro, of course. He hated when they treated him like a kid. But it was funny at the same time.

"Paladins sounds cooler though, Number Five," Coran protested. "Now, we want no fighting, stealing, or anyone getting lost. Also, make sure to use the restroom when you need it. We don't want any accidents here."

Everyone turned to Keith when he said that last line. Keith blushed and hide his face. He doesn't have the best blatter and normally doesn't have accidents but it can happen.

"And," Coran continued. "everyone needs to get a partner."

"I call Allura/the Princess!" Pidge and Shiro exclaimed. They stared at each other.

"I want to hang out with her," she stated.

"But you're always with her!" Pidge protested.

"We can all go somewhere," Allura smiled, dragging them both off.

"Hey Sweetheart?" Keith asked Hunk. They're been dating for a while now. "Can we go on some roller coasters?"

"Only if we go on Its A Small Words," Hunk gulped as Keith dragged him off to the direction of Space Mountain.

It was just Lance and Coran left. Honestly, Coran trusted Lance enough for him to go off on his own. So, that was what he was going to do.

"Number Three, I'm going to leave you by yourself, okay?"

"Nuuuuu!" Lance complained, grabbing onto Coran's shirt. "Stay!"

"Lance, is everything alright?" Lance nodded. Coran leaned next to his eat and made his voice quiet yet enough for him to hear. "Are you little right now?" Lance nodded again.

Coran was a bit worried. Lance had never been out in public when he was little. But he knew it was like taking care of a small child. Lance might get stares for using his baby voice but there was nothing against the rules of threatening someone. And there's always exceptions for the rules, sometimes. And he would totally watch after Lance! Its one of his favorite things to do. Lance was like a nephew to him.

"Alright Lancey Lance, let's go on some rides," Coran ruffled his hair.

Lance smiled brightly. Honestly, that smile could brighten a dark room. "Otay Unkle Gorgeous!"

The rest of the day, until lunch, was laughs and rides. They went on all the Disney Princess rides. Then a Small World. They went on some big kid rides but not many. Then, they went to lunch.

"Alright kiddo, what do you want to get from here?" Coran asked as they went inside a restaurant.

"Chiccy nuggies and fries!" Lance exclaimed, pumping his face in the air.

"Alright, how about you go find a seat outside and I'll get us food?"

"Otay!" Lance smiled, skipping out the door.

He spotted a bench and ran to it, sliding onto it. He waited for what felt like forever! So, he started to softly sing and swing his legs. He didn't notice Coran coming back with food until he sat next to him.

"Alright, I got your chicken nuggets and fries," he smiled, giving Lance his food.

"Tanks Unkle Gorgeous!" Lance said, munching on his food.

"Your welcome, my boy," Coran smiled, eating a burger.

After they ate Lance dragged him around some more. They went in a few rides but mostly went through shops.  It was a thing that when they go to a place they get one toy, payed with Alfor's money because he loved Allura's friends! And his best friend, of course. Coran didn't usually get anything though. He mostly got things for the paladin that hung out with him at these things or Lance. He got Lance things because Lance reminded him of his son who died in a fire, along with his wife. Lance found a tiara that was super pretty! It was blue and silver. It was sparkly too. Coran got him an Ariel plush, since he loved mermaids.

"Hey Unkle Gorgeous?" Lance asked, staring at the ground.

"Is something wrong?" Coran asked. Lance shook his head but bite his lip. Coran went into a whisper. "Do you need to go potty?" Lance shook his head again. "Do you have a question?" Lance nodded.

"My boy, you need to use your big kid words or I'll have no idea what you want."

"Can we get ice cweam?" he asked shyly.

"Of course, my boy!" Coran ruffled the back of his head, making sure not to mess up the tiara. Lance was just a bit shy asking questions after getting things. Everyone is. "Remember though, you can ask my anything you want."

Lance giggled and began dragging Coran to the neatest ice cream place. Honestly, Coran was having a great time. He'd never been on so many small rides, he hasn't been on them since his son, he almost forgot how fun they were! And he was happy that Lance was having fun. When they entered the ice cream shop Lance stood behind Coran. He was obviously shy. There were a lot more people than they expected. Then again, it's Disneyland. And if he talked, they would all be staring al him. Plus, he couldn't go outside this time because Coran didn't know what kind of ice cream he wanted and Coran is a bit oblivious on ice cream that aren't from 31 Flavors.

"Hello, what would you two like today?" the girl at the counter asked.

"Well, Lancey Lance, what do you want to order?" Coran asked, taking out his wallet.

"Date one!" Lance pointed at the Mickey Mouse shaped chocolate covered ice cream. "Da Miccy Mouse one, pwease?"

The lady looked at Lance like he was insane. Lance saw and looked at the ground sady. He had never had someone look at him that way. Like something was wrong with him and he needed help. He clutched his Ariel plush to his chest and sniffed, trying to dry the tears from his eyes before Coran saw. But Coran has superpowers to know when his nephew's sad. Let's just say, he looked murderous.

"Listen here lady, if you want to make my nephew sad, your going to have to deal with me. Now, are you going to keep on staring or get the ice cream so we can pay you?" Even though it was a question, Coran was giving her an order. You could tell in his tone of voice. It was mean and snappy. Trust me, he hated sounding like an angry customer. He had to deal with them before so he knows a bit on how it's like. But he was pissed! No one treats Lance like that. No. One.

"R-Right," the lady stuttered slightly, fear clearly in her eyes. She turned to Lance. "Sorry for starring. I'll get your Mickey Mouse ice creams right now."

"Tank you Ma'am," Lance mumbled.

"How much?" Coran asked, his normal tone returning. They could feel the stares from all around them. It made Lance silently panic. He hated the attention.

"11.50." she said, handing them the ice creams.

Coran gave her the money and they walked out. Lance had a few tears running down his face but it was difficult to see because of how his bangs hung over his face when his head was down low. Unless your Coran. They quickly found a spot to sit at and Coran dried his eyes.

"Theres nothing wrong with you. She didn't mean anything mean, on purpose at least. Plus, your my nephew, I'll keep you safe. You're you and that's precious enough."

"Awe chu suwe?"

"Of course! When have I lied to you about things like this?" Lance thought for a second. Coran didn't necessarily lie about things. Parties or gifts at least.

"Tank you Unkle Gorgeous," Lance said, hugging him. Coran chuckled a little and hugged him back.

"You're welcome, my boy. Now, let's eat our ice creams before they melt like that chocolate castle in Willy Wanka!" Coran said, making Lance laugh. It was one of Coran's favorite movies.

Lance gave Coran his ice cream, wanting it opened. Coran opened it and they went to eating their ice creams. After that it was pretty dark. Coran texted everyone to get back to the front.

"Unkle, my feet huwt and me tiwed!" Lance pouted as they made they way to the parking lot.

"Alright, come here," Coran sighed. Lance got onto Coran's back and rested his head on his shoulder. He wrapped his arms around Coran's neck, making sure not to choke him. Ariel in one hand and tiara on his head, making sure not to stab his uncle.

"Comfortable?" Coran asked, holding onto Lance's legs. Lance nodded slightly. "Don't worry, we'll get to the car. But we do need to eat dinner. I say we go get McDonalds?" Lance nodded. Although, that probably wasn't going to happen. If worse comes they'll reheat his food tomorrow.

They saw the others around the car. Keith had a Lightning McLean car with a remote controller. He had some obsession about cars. Whole collection back in his room. Pidge and Allura both had lightbabers. Pidge's was red and Allura's was purple. Shiro had a plush of the white cat from The Aristocats. The young kitten that has the pink bow around its neck. Hunk had a dog plush from the Dalmatians.

"What's wrong with Lance?" Shiro asked as Coran unlocked the cat. To be honest, it was more like a van.

"He's just tired. This little one had a long day, didn't you?" Coran ask Lance as he put him in the middle. Lance nodded sleepily.

"Has he been little all day?" Shiro asked, getting next to Lance.

"Yep, buckle him in, please," Coran said, going to the front of the car.

There were three rows in the cars. The back with three seats. The middle with two. And the front seats. Coran and Allura were in the front. Pidge and Keith is the middle. And Hunk, Lance, and Shiro sat in the back. Lance's head fell onto Hunk's shoulder as he lazily held his Ariel plush.

"Where are we going for dinner, Coran?" Allura asked, pulling up an GPS.

"McDonalds. Lance, you awake enough to sit inside or drive threw?" Coran asked, looking in the mirror.

"Drive threw,"  Lance clutched the plush closer to his chest.

"Lancey Lance you gotta wake up in order to eat," Keith said as they pulled into the drive threw.

"Shhhhh Mullet," Lance waved him off.

Keith grumbled as Coran ordered food. They payed and got out of there. They passed the food around. Keith, Coran, and Allura got burgers. Hunk, Pidge, and Shiro got chicken nuggets. And Lance got a happy meal. His toy though was a hot wheel so he just gave it to Keith. He was more for dress up and stuffies anyways. When Lance finished his food he fell asleep. But he was happy, everyone was. They had a fun day, got cool things, and even got the best food on the planet! Or at least that's what Lance calls it.
