Because most of the students are afraid of Karasuno vbc (well except for ya know Hinata, Yachi, Yams, Noya...) cause they heard weird rumours that the members have scary looks on their face. Always.

So Suga started a smiley face campaign for the club in which everyone will draw a smiley face on their hand (yes, Tsukki you too) so that they will remember to smile :)

Tbh the students were kinda freaked out by Kags smile... They'll get used to it.... Hopefully *awkward laughs*
