The next day we walked through the streets after the funeral of Father Kieran. Hayley  who was walking next to me started coughing.

"Are you okay? You look..."

"100 months pregnant and pissed off at the world?" she offered

"I was going to say pale" I replied I then her saw her look over and the Correa woman who looked like she was grieving but I bet you a $10 she wasn't and was faking.

"Do you think I was the target of those bombings?" Hayley wondered

"Of course you were the target. Were I wage a war on the wolves you'd be my first kill. I would string you up for all your worshipers to see" 

"Nice image Nik, very classy" I commented

"I believe that was my brothers way of telling you he'd like you to return home with us. Perhaps try a different approach, Niklaus with fewer references to murder" Elijah stated and I smiled holding onto his arm

"As much as I would hate to throw you over my shoulder and drag you kicking and screaming to the compound we both know I will for the sake of my child."

"One bad dream and suddenly you want to be a responsible daddy."

"Oh Hayley you should have learned his growing fondness is like you being pregnant. It grows over time and he will give birth to it when you do" I joked shifting my sunglasses Nik and Elijah chuckled.

"Let me put this in perspective. My father lived to torment me, it is not my intention to become him. This cycle of misery ends with my child" she hummed and removed his arm from around her

"you forgot one thing in attempt to plead your case. She's not your child, she's ours" Hayley left us and I shook my head.

"Very heartfelt Niklaus" Elijah sighed

"I bloody hate funeral" I laughed quietly

"I'm I the only one that thinks now they look like a cute couple?" I asked Elijah.

"Shut up Beth" I smiled at Nik.

"What, both of us hated her in the beginning yet you were drunk enough to let loose your inhabitations and sleep with her. We came here found out she was pregnant and spent nearly all our time together at the plantation where my opinion turned and I actually like her enough to say you two look so cute." he just glared at me and i smiled

"Klaus!" we heard Genevieve who pointed to the corner where Hayley collapsed we rushed over. Nik picked her up and we took her back to the compound . Elijah cleared the stuff of the table

"I can help her" the red head stated

"Don't you touch her" I glared

"Let her be Beth. She was a nurse." Nik defended

"There is a spell I can do. Klaus get chamomile from the pantry" Nik left

"She's trembling your jacket Elijah" he took of his jacket and put it over her

"She's not breathing I can here the babies heartbeat but not her's" I state sitting down on one of the chairs next to Hayley. Nik came back and she starting chanting but nothing was happening. Nik bit his wrist and fed it to her but still nothing.

"Come on" he stressed

"She's still not breathing, it's not working" Elijah sighed she started chanting again but there was nothing.

"That's it were taking her to a real doctor" I stand up and ask Elijah to get her.

"If you move her now the spell will break, there won't be time to get her to a hospital" she told us.

"Will the baby survive if delivered now" Nik asked "I'll rip it out of her myself" Elijah stopped him

"Hayley will bleed to death." Genevieve stressed, she started chanting again.

"I know what to do get my bag the gris-gris pouch...now" Nik did so and she poured it out and drawled something  in it before sprinkling it over Hayley. She shot up.

"It's alright love" Nik got her.

"I saw him , and he tried to kill me. I saw Mikael" we all looked at each other.

Later on I sat in mine and Elijah's room when there was a knock on the door.

"Come in" Hayley walked round the corner and I smiled a little.

"Hey" she smiled sitting on the bed with me.

"Hi"  I saw her look down then back up at me.

"I've decided to come back here" I nodded

"That's a wise choice, Nik would have actually dragged you here. There would be no way in hell that he would let your child be born in a swamp" I laughed

"Are you nervous" i sighed and nodded

"I doubt you know this but Sophia wasn't actually born.  I didn't know I was pregnant until after I was in a car crash which made me loose her. Somehow she ended up on the other side and she continued to grow. Jeremy could see ghost and saw one of a old acquaintance. Anna told him about our baby still growing on the other side and that she would be a few months old. I already lost her once so I made threat Bonnie that if she didn't bring her bag the town would rain blood."

"One for theatrics wow" I chuckled

"Bonnie was the whole reason I was in this mess. There was a device that the gilberts had made to take down vampires and expose them. On founders day they set it off not knowing it effected all supernatural. Tyler being and untrigered werewolf was affected and crashed the car. Unlike now I actually used to like him enough to try and help which cost me my life. Damon healed me but Katharine killed me."

"Wow" she breathed then heard the music outside and went to look.

"If I died and someone threw a party, I would be so pissed" she commented

"You almost did" I replied and she looked back at me.

"Come let me show you something" I pulled her to one of the side doors and opened it. It was a second nursery. It was mainly white but also bathes in some of the lightest blues. There was a rich oak cot with a mobile of star hanging down and a couple of cuddly toys.

"Is it me or do all Mikaelson's have good taste" I laughed

"I presume Nik showed  you yours." she nodded and she touched some of the stuff.

"Yes they do, Elijah only showed me this a couple of days ago. He and Nik have been working on it for months. Say what you want about him but they do love our children."

"Bethany" we looked towards Elijah

"I'll leave you too it" Hayley left and I traced my fingers over the furniture.

"I'm going to fight" I told him

"Beth"

"I am Elijah just because I'm almost full term doesn't mean I'm useless." I turn to look at him "You can't stop me from being beside you, I will always be beside you even if I start having contractions" I laugh a little touching his face.

"Knowing that you're not safe while I sit on the sidelines won't do so unless I'm giving birth there is nothing you can do about it." he sighed

"Why are you being so stubborn you could put our baby and risk."

"I've taken out every protection possible at this point. We'll just have hope nothing to major kick-starts my labour. If anything starts before. I wouldn't be so stubborn if i wasn't sure I had everything covered in some way. I promise" I whisper the last part giving him a kiss
