The clock stroke 12 and we made our way into the cemetery, hopefully my idea of getting Jane-Anne back would work. We met up with some of the witches.

"Klaus does not care about the children" I heard Agnes

"We do" we walked in. Elijah holding the body of the dead Jane-Anne "And we bring proof of our intent to help you. The body of your fallen friend, which I procured from Marcel himself." he laid down the body Sophie uncovered her face.

"Jane-Anne" Sophie breathed

"May she be granted peace" Elijah added as the witches looked over her

"Klaus will agree to your terms, We just need a little more time." Agnes passed

"You had your time. It's passed"

"Shut up Agnes" another witch said and Sophie stood up.

"For now accept the deal, my wife, the girl and their children will remain unharmed...or Klaus will kill you all and I will help him" we turned around and left.

"Elijah I think you should let me have a go, I know which buttons to press, all you need to do is be there to hear his answer. Hopefully when he agrees you will tell me and I can tell the witches."

"Be careful, you are looking after two people" I smile and nod before going to find Nik. When I did it was in a closed market, of course he turned to drinking to drown his sorrows.

"Is it your turn to harper on about the baby" Nik sighed

"No, it's not just your baby that's on the line here" I turned him around. "It's mine, I know you don't care about Hayley but I thought you'd at least care about me."

"I do care about you, but I will not be manipulated

"Who cares if they're manipulating you, do you not see the bigger picture or do i have to spell it out for you." I snatch the bottle and throw it away.

"You raised Marcel as your own, you saved him, nurtured him, turned him." I started walking around "He is the King of New Orleans and has taken what you made and claimed it as his own.  The Nik I know would never let that slide."

"What would you suggest."

"Give the witches what they want, save both me and Hayley. Chase Marcel and his groupies out of town then take it for your own. He has everything you want except one tiny detail" I stopped in front of him.

"And what would that be" he smirked

"Well what does every King need humm, think about it Nik you can have one thing he will never have."

"An Heir" he breathes I smiles

"bingo."  i grab his face.

"Please agree to this Nik, You have a shot at being the father you never had, and your merry little sidekick has the chance to experience what all mothers go through. Yes we already have a Child Mikaelson, how about we expand it and become the greatest family once again." he takes my hands away.

"Let me think about it, will that suffice" I smiled and nodded

"it's better than your previous answer. But i will tell you this, not that I want you to accept it out of blind rage or pity but, Sophie is connected to Hayley and I, if something happens to her like she get killed so do the both of us except it permanently and I can't heal from her wounds" I left and ran back to the Cemetery. I waited with Hayley till Elijah called me and told me that Nik had excepted. I told them and later on we were realised to Elijah.

"Elijah does Pippa have Sophia?" I ask

"Yes she does but i can have her brought over here."

"Oh yes please if we're going to be a family she has to be included obviously." we arrived at a old mansion where we washed and changed, it was morning when there was a knock on the door and vamp sped to get it.

"Sophia!" I cooed taking her from Pippa

"Pippa come in" She did.

"I have the best news, I'm pregnant again" I beamed

"What how"

"long story it involves a past life and a very old witch fulfilling promises."

"i need you to stay with the pack outside of town, the 'King' isn't fond of having the Orginals and family. I don't think having a pack of hybrids will help the situation so, stay out of the city but stay close in case I need you that you can be here in the fastest time possible."

"You got it" I smiled

"Thank you for everything I seriously don't know how I would cope if you and the pack weren't here to help."

"We're loyal to you, you freed us and let us do whatever we want as long as we're there when you need us, it works both ways." she smiled and left

"So I'm curious has anyone asked you about how you feel?"

"About having a miracle baby with a psychotic one night stand?"

"About being a mother" I heard Elijah reply.

"I..I was abandoned when i was born, and my adoptive parents kicked me out the second i turned into a wolf. So I don't really know how I feel about being a mother because I never really had a good one" Hayley replied

"Let me tell you it's one of the most beautiful things in the world" I smiled walking in holding my 1 and a half year old (lost track of how old she is 18 months)

"who's this?" Hayley asked

"You remember Jeremy Gilbert, right chopped of the head of one of Nik's hybrid's" she nodded

"Well this is my daughter, unfortunately through no fault of her own she has a murderous bleep for a biological dad. But on the good side Elijah adopted her. So Hayley, meet our daughter Sophia Mikaelson. Sophia say hello to Hayley, she's having Uncle Nik's baby" Sophia looked at Hayley and smiled

"'Ello" Hayley smiled faintly

"I never knew you already had a daughter" I shrugged . Elijah came over and kissed our heads.

"I will always protect you..." he looked up at Hayley. "All of you. you have my word on that" he promised us. and i leaned my head into him.

"And noble Elijah always keeps his word " We looked back to Nik

"Is it done" Elijah asked his brother talking about curing Marcel's friend. He had left a while ago to do the job that was asked of him and trying to gain Marcel's trust.

As a matter of fact yes. Your underhanded deal worked quite well. Marcel was only too happy to accept my blood even as he accepted my heartfelt apologies. His man Thierry lives and I remain a welcome guest in the French quarter. My only concern now is this coven of impudent witches."

"I believe them to be honourable. They did release Hayley and Bethany to me ." Elijah broke away from me " Although they haven't been entirely forthcoming. Marcel obviously has something they need .They don't want him dead. There must be a reason why."

"Hayley let's leave the men to talk, why don't we go sort out the bedrooms." she nodded and followed me out.

"Soph me careful climbing the stirs okay" she nodded and using her hands and feet she climbed the stairs as I carried her things behind her. slowly we made our way up the steps.

"well done baby!" I cooed smiling at her as she grinned. I set her stuff down and laid out a few thing for her to play with.

"So you and Jeremy Gilbert" Hayley stated with a smirk.

"Believe it or not before I loathed and despised him. I loved him, we were best friends from birth and practically did everything together. We even had a draw at each other's houses." I laughed

"what changed?"

"He cheated on me...with the Bennett witch. I saw him snog her twice in my own home"

"ouch" I nodded

"He supported me through a lot and vice versa, he even loved me when I was turned. Its obvious with turning into a vampire something's gotta give and change. But it never really hit home till then." I removed sheets.

"what did you do" I smirked

"I sort of got even, i compelled him to be my informant telling me all the secrets within the Mystic Falls gang. He didn't know it of course. I un compelled him when i planned to get the cure for a werewolf bite for one of the Salvatore's who indirectly saved my sister who I loved at the time. I traded my freedom for the cure from Nik."

"wow"

"Then I screwed Nik over by turning my humanity off" I laughed "My long line of doppelgangers Autumn and Sophia loved and didn't care what the Orginals were. they accepted them and for that the Mikaelson's are very protective of the Jameson line. I.e. me. Nik spent three months trying to get me to switch it on. In the end he compelled me to do so"

"So you're still compelled?" she asked

"No you see I had nothing, no reason to have my humanity. I had just got Sophia yes but there was no guarantee she would help me switch them back on. Elijah had the idea that now he was back the reason for turning them off would be the reason to turn them back on."

"And you did" i nodded

"Nik lifted the compulsion and I saw Elijah and I switched it back on."

"So you loved your ex then you hated him then you were civil with him for the sake of your daughter, how did you come to loathe him."

"The boys have two other brother. Finn who i never liked and Kol who was and still is my best friend. I'll admit if we put our minds to it we can be the life a soul of a party. " I laughed and she smiled

"But Jeremy killed him, see their mother Esther put a spell linking them all together if one dies so do all of them but the Bennett with unlinked them, Except now if you kill one of the Original then anyone they've turned and people they've turn and so on will die, each original has a bloodline and to complete the hunters mark they killed Kol. I saw it with my own eyes as he screams filled the Gilbert house and he burned to death." tears rolled down my face.

"He was my best friend and Jeremy killed him, so in turn i asked Katharine to make sure he never came off that Island. She complied."

"I'm sorry, i can see he meant a lot to you" i nodded when my ears picked up something. A gasp

"Forgive me brother." I  heard Nik

"no" I whispered and ran downstairs, Elijah had been daggered

"No, Elijah!" I caught him as he dropped to the ground.

"what have you done" I seethed looking up at Nik "Mercy makes you weak, family makes you weak." he replied

"It doesn't i makes your strong" I went to take the dagger out but he stopped me and took me away from Elijah.

"No! Let me go Niklaus, Let. me . go" I screamed he took me to a room and pushed me on the bed before vamping out and locking the door.

"Don't do this please don't do this" i banged on the door.

"you need to calm down Beth it's not good for the baby" he called

"taking it's father away is not good for the baby, you psychotic asshole" I tried to use my strength but Nik was on the other side making sure I was locked it. I finally gave up and just cried.
