❝where did you go?❞ the baby clutched on to the human's shirt, not wanting to let go as he was afraid that he'd disappear from him. ❝twenty thought that he won't be seeing giant again!❞

johnny couldn't help but show a small smile to the little vampire, running a hand through the kid's hair as he rocked him from side to side for the cries to die down. ❝but giant is here now, right?❞

❝p-papa and twenty cried because giant gone.❞ it's as if twenty couldn't move on from the thought of johnny disappearing from their lives. ❝please don't go again.❞

eyeing the small figure by the sofa, johnny nodded his head at twenty who clearly wasn't letting go of him anytime soon. ❝will twenty stop crying now?❞

❝i w-will try..❞ his face showed determination, which he really is trying not to cry, but his tears didn't stop falling from his eyes. ❝no cry!❞

chuckling at the cuteness, johnny placed a short peck on the little vamp's exposed forehead. it didn't even lessen the tears, twenty cried even louder when johnny showed such affection. ten sat on the sofa looking at the both of then, not holding back his laugh when he heard his— their son cry even louder. dealing with the crying baby, johnny stood there while diverting his eyes towards ten who stared at them with a loving gaze.

the two caught each other's stares and stayed for a moment, finding comfort in their eyes and at their hearts beating at a calm pace.

just then, ten broke the gaze first. ❝twenty, can i ask you something?❞

controlling his sniffles, ❝w-what is it p-papa?❞ he managed to speak despite of his voice cracking.

❝can you leave giant and papa alone? we have something to talk about.❞

shaking his head, twenty didn't like to get separated from johnny. his clutch from the human's shirt tightened while he buried his head on johnny's chest. ❝i don't want to leave giant!❞

johnny gigled at how twenty was serious of not letting him go. ❝but giant will just stay here, i promise.❞

❝no!❞ he wanted to stay with johnny.

❝alright then.❞ johnny shrugged before making his way to the sofa and sat right next to ten who still had that affectionate gaze over them.

❝we can't talk about it here, twenty is listening.❞ ten pouted, hoping to convince the baby to leave them alone.

the little vamp brought his hands up and covered his ears, turning to his papa and showing that he can't hear anything. ❝i'm not listening papa!❞ he'd do anything, just not to let go of johnny.

❝see,❞ johnny found him amusing. ❝he's not listening.❞

❝twenty.❞ the vampire gave his child a look.

not even a slight bit scared, twenty sat properly on johnny's lap and buried his head on the human's chest while his hands were still covering his ears. johnny could see that twenty had no plans of distancing himself from him. johnny then wrapped an arm around the baby's small figure before turning to ten and gave him a reassuring look.

❝it's okay, it's not like he'll understand.❞ a few seconds had passed and johnny can finally hear snores coming from the little vamp that getting comfortable on his lap.

facing the human, ten pressed his lips into a thin line at to what he was about to question. ❝did jaehyun and taeyong tell you everything?❞

it's anything but rude, actually. for ten, that is. ten didn't know how to handle the situation to be honest, much more explaining it all to johnny. he didn't know where to start and which part to tell. he won't admit it, and was thankful that taeyong and jaehyun could tell, but he'd rather let the two explain to avoid misunderstandings to happen. although, he'd like to explain his part of the story to johnny.

playing with the baby's hair, who's probably now in deep sleep, johnny shook his head. ❝not everything.❞

❝which part?❞

❝call me stupid for assuming but,❞ johnny turned his head towards the vampire who's listening to him. ❝they only told me that you have something to do during that night i did it with someone.❞

that's all? ten actually thought that taeyong, or jaehyun since he tends to expose people on the spot, would tell him everything. from the moment ten ran away to having to live alone with a child that johnny had no idea that was blood related to him for all these years.

❝i assumed that it was definitely you.❞ the human stated, his voice getting silent as he was afraid that he had thought wrong.

what if taeyong and jaehyun meant to tell him that ten knew that person he did it with? then here he is, suddenly hugging ten and telling him that he's finally home. that he had assume that he was the one he had did it during that beautiful night.

ten didn't mean to hear his thoughts but can you blame him? johnny was loud and his thoughts are also. ❝how can you say that?❞

johnny widened his eyes, ten didn't admit that it was definitely him. his heart started to beat fast, panicking. was his assumption wrong? ❝i have no clear memory of him but your small figures match. like how i remember him whenever i wake up in the morning and see you cooking breakfast for us.❞

ten scoffed, ❝you only remember his body?❞ and there he actually thought that johnny would say something romantic like his voice.

then again, his voice shouted nothing but some explicit words during that night.

johnny looked away with a red tint visible on his cheeks but no one can escape from ten, especially when he can read johnny's loud mind. ten raised a brow and once he got to hear the male's thoughts he had to raise his hand and threatened to hit him, almost forgetting that there's a child sleeping on the human's lap.

❝did you just compliment his performance that night?❞ the vampire huffed in annoyance, ❝johnny!❞

❝what?❞ the human puffed his cheeks, getting shy to say it. ❝i mean, he did pleasure me very well.❞

❝good lord.❞ ten groaned in embarrassment as he buried his face down to him palms. ❝can we be serious here?❞

❝i was serious!❞ johnny raised his voice, earning a look from ten and reminding him that there's a child sleeping on his lap. ❝the part where your figures look alike. i mean, i was also serious at the part when he did so well during that night but you don't want to hear that from me—❞

❝oh my god.❞ ten scooted away from him. ❝johnny.❞

❝fine.❞ the human then moved his gaze from ten to the baby, caressing the small hands that had already went to hug on his waist, ❝well?❞

hesitating to look back at johnny, ten raised a brow. ❝what?❞

❝was it you?❞

a big part of johnny wanted to hear a yes from ten. it would mean that he's twenty's other father. it would mean that he wasn't too late to take part of this family. it would actually mean that he can finally have a family of his own. he didn't care if ten's a vampire. the fact that he couldn't forget that very night he did it with him, if it's actually him, can already convince both his mind and heart that he had feelings for the vampire.

and like what he said way back then, regardless if it is a vampire or not, if he loves that person then he'd do anything to be with him even if it means breaking the rules.

it took ten long so answer his question and it's because of the vampire silently reading johnny's thoughts. ❝how about you find out?❞

❝i'm not like you who can read minds but i can surely find out if i do this,❞ leaning his body towards the vampire, johnny had made eye contact with him. ❝can i?❞

with silence filling up the air, ten was sitting there as he let johnny lean closer towards him. he was even scared that his gulp could be heard as it was very silent around them.

minus the child's snores but that didn't bother them even for a slight bit.

the vampire had said no word and just parted his lips, giving johnny permission to do what he intended to do. having his arm holding twenty tight so he'd not wake him up by his movement, johnny's other hand was placed down on the sofa as a support while he leans towards the short male.

the suspense was killing ten that even his body moved on its own and started to go closer to johnny. it came to the point where they could finally feel their warm breaths touching each other's lips. eyes closed, they tilted their heads to the side and just when johnny was about to close the cap between them,

twenty just had to make a noise that stopped the two from getting closer.

❝mosquito bites..❞ the child mumbled, squirming on johnny's hold before going back to deep sleep.

moving away, johnny chuckled at twenty and was also curious as to what the kid was dreaming about. turning back to ten, johnny was caught off guard when a pair of lips came crashing to his parted ones.

seems like it was ten who decided to close the gap between them. carefully as not to wake the child up, ten brought his hand up to the johnny's cheeks and caressed it. johnny adjusted seconds later and had started to kiss ten back. it was as if they were in their own world at that moment and nothing mattered the most but them.

it was the same as when they did it during that very special night.

pulling away to catch their breaths, johnny didn't dare to ask ten for another and closed the gap once more. the vampire was caught by surprise but kissed back nonetheless. they did it for a few minutes before finally pulling away and resting their foreheads to one another.

ten then let out a chuckle after that intimate kiss, ❝did you find out?❞

yes, and johnny could have never been happier in his life knowing that he has this family. a beautiful family. ❝ten,❞

❝what is it?❞ the vampire said with a hum.

❝are you married?❞

confused, ten had his brows furrowed at johnny's question. he wouldn't be kissing him if he's married, would he? it took ten a minute to stare into johnny's eyes before finally remembering the conversation they had back when they were talking about meeting each other.

giggling at how johnny's mind works at situations like this, ten settled one last kiss on the human's lips before pulling away.

❝i will be if you marry me.❞ he replied, earning another kissing session with johnny.

and while they were at it, the innocent baby had a smile on his face as he was too into his dream, not finding out as what was happening between his papa and daddy giant.

humming in comfort, twenty mumbled, ❝daddy giving papa mosquito bites..❞
