The Kim family had been at Mrs. Dorling's house in California for two days. During their stay, Taehyung and Mrs. Kim had engaged in a series of witty exchanges with Mrs. Dorling. The women constantly traded barbs, with Mrs. Kim. The ladies are trying to outdo each other in a battle of sarcasm and humor.
Taehyung, meanwhile, had found himself at odds with Minjun, who seemed excessively possessive of Jungkook, Taehyung's wife. Minjun's behavior puzzled Taehyung, who felt that Minjun was overstepping his boundaries.
"Can't he see that Jungkook is my wife?" Taehyung thought to himself.
The tension between the ladies and the rivalry between Taehyung and Minjun continued to escalate. Mr. Kim and Mr. Karl, aware of the drama unfolding around them, chose to remain neutral, fearful of incurring the wrath of their wives.
The men, intimidated by their wives, chose to steer clear of the ladies' disputes. Meanwhile, Jungkook, unaware of the tension brewing between Taehyung and Minjun, also decided to remain neutral.
As a result, Mr. Kim, Mr. Karl, and Jungkook kept their distance, avoiding involvement in the matter altogether.
( It's actually Mrs dorling not mrs darlene)
It was a typical day at the Dorling residence, but Jungkook was feeling unwell and couldn't manage to do any work. This didn't sit well with Mrs. Dorling, who kept a close eye on Jungkook's activities - or lack thereof. She disapproved of Jungkook eating without contributing to the household chores or helping out in any way.
Mrs. Dorling headed to the kitchen, noticing Jungkook sitting on the couch, clutching his head in pain. She shook her head disapprovingly and left him be.
As she searched for Taehyung, she spotted him on a phone call. The moment he hung up, Mrs. Dorling called out to him, but her words were laced with disrespect. "Hey, you mental boy!" she exclaimed.
Taehyung's face contorted in a frown as he turned to face Mrs. Dorling. Before he could respond, Jungkook intervened, having overheard Mrs. Dorling's disparaging remark while passing by. Jungkook's anger was palpable, his protective instincts ignited by Mrs. Dorling's disrespect towards his husband.
"Aunt, what did you just call my husband?" Jungkook's voice was menacing, his words dripping with anger.
"Did you really call him a 'mental boy'? Let me make one thing clear, Mrs. Dorling: if you ever dare to disrespect my husband like that again, I won't hesitate to take drastic measures. I know your tongue often runs wild, but make sure you remember who you're talking to. I won't tolerate any ill comments about my husband. Mark my words, Mrs. Dorling: keep your sharp tongue in check. I'm only tolerating you because of my parents, but if you cross the line, I'll show you who you're messing with."
Jungkook's voice was laced with a manic intensity, his anger palpable. Taehyung struggled to stifle a laugh at the sight of Mrs. Dorling's shocked expression.
Mrs. Dorling's eyes widened in surprise, while Taehyung was amazed by Jungkook's fierce aura.
"Listen, boy, don't you know how to speak to your elders?" Mrs. Dorling retorted, but Jungkook's blazing eyes silenced her.
"You don't need to teach me how to behave," Jungkook shot back, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Perhaps you should focus on teaching your own son some manners, considering he's always trailing behind me like a dog on a leash."
Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise, realizing that Jungkook was aware of Minjun's intentions. Jungkook's voice remained firm as he addressed Mrs. Dorling.
"You can't even manage your own daughter-in-law, yet you're trying to control me?" Jungkook's words were laced with a hint of disdain.
"I understand that we should respect our elders, but when that respect isn't reciprocated, we have every right to withhold it. That's exactly what I'm doing, Mrs. Dorling. Let this be a warning to you: be more mindful of your words and actions, especially when it comes to my husband."
Mrs. Dorling's face turned red with rage, her eyes blazing with anger as she glared at Jungkook.
Mrs. Dorling's face twisted in outrage. "How dare you speak to me like that, you mannerless boy!" she spat, her hand raised to slap Jungkook.
But before she could make contact, Taehyung's hand shot out, grasping Mrs. Dorling's wrist in a firm grip. "Don't even think about it," he growled, his voice low and menacing.
As he yanked her hand away, Taehyung wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist, pulling him close to his chest. His eyes blazed with fury, his gaze fixed intently on Mrs. Dorling as he glared at her with red, angry eyes.
Taehyung's voice dropped to a menacing tone as he issued a warning to Mrs. Dorling. "This is the first and last time you raise your hand to my wife. If you ever try it again, I'll forget who you are, and I won't hesitate to show you the true meaning of hell."
His gaze lingered on Mrs. Dorling for a moment, the warning clear in his eyes. Then, his expression softened as he turned to Jungkook.
"Are you tired, love? Let's go cuddle, hmm?" he cooed, his voice a stark contrast to the menacing tone he'd used moments before.
Taehyung scooped Jungkook up in his arms, cradling him close to his chest. He cast one final, warning glance at Mrs. Dorling before turning to leave, carrying Jungkook away to the safety of their allocated room.
As they settled into their room, Jungkook sat on the bed, while Taehyung lay beside him. Suddenly, Taehyung sat up and positioned himself beside Jungkook on the bed.
"So, you knew about Minjun's intentions towards you?" Taehyung asked, his eyes locked onto Jungkook's.
Jungkook met Taehyung's gaze, his expression serious. "To be honest, I don't know what's wrong with that guy, but he always makes me feel uncomfortable. He tries to get too close, sometimes even touching me under the guise of 'accidentally' holding my hand. It's like he's intentionally trying to invade my personal space."
Jungkook's voice was laced with frustration and unease, his words painting a vivid picture of Minjun's unsettling behavior. Taehyung's expression darkened, his eyes flashing with anger as he listened to Jungkook's account.
Taehyung's expression remained calm, but Jungkook knew better. He recognized the subtle signs of a storm brewing beneath the surface. That calm face was just a facade, hiding the devilish intensity that Taehyung was notorious for.
"What did he do after that?" Taehyung asked, his voice deceptively calm.
Jungkook shrugged, trying to downplay the situation. "Nothing, really. He just made me uncomfortable, but I let it slide. I thought he was just a kid, and I'm his elder brother-in-law, so I didn't want to make a big deal out of it."
As Jungkook spoke, he busied himself folding Taehyung's shirts, trying to appear nonchalant. But Taehyung's mind was elsewhere, his thoughts consumed by the information Jungkook had just shared.
A muscle twitched in Taehyung's jaw, betraying the turmoil brewing beneath his calm exterior.
"Let's forget about all that for now. What's for dinner today?" Jungkook asked, turning to Taehyung with a smile.
Taehyung nodded, and together they left their room, heading to the kitchen where Mrs. Dorling and Mrs. Kim were busy cooking. Jungkook joined the women in the kitchen, lending a hand with the preparations.
Meanwhile, Taehyung made his way to his father, Mr. Kim, and his uncle, Mr. Karl, who were engaged in conversation. Taehyung listened intently, his mind still simmering with thoughts of Minjun's behavior.
Before long, dinner was ready, and the family gathered around the table. The meal was filled with laughter, but also a fair share of good-natured teasing between Mrs. Dorling and Mrs. Kim. Mr. Kim and Mr. Karl attempted to stay out of the fray, exchanging amused glances whenever their wives' banter escalated.
Taehyung, however, was preoccupied with his own thoughts, his mind working overtime to devise a plan to teach Minjun a lesson for his audacity. As the dinner drew to a close, it was clear that the evening had not been as smooth as it could have been.
The household was bathed in the stillness of the night, with everyone fast asleep in their cozy rooms. The clock on the wall ticked away, marking the time as 2 am.
Minjun, parched and half-asleep, stumbled into the kitchen to grab a glass of water. As he entered the dimly lit room, he was startled by the faint sound of scraping, like the soft scratch of a knife against a surface.
Minjun's heart skipped a beat as he froze, his eyes scanning the darkness to locate the source of the noise. And then, he saw him.
Minjun's eyes widened in terror as he took in the scene before him. Taehyung sat on the kitchen island, his fingertips tracing the edge of a knife with an unnerving gentleness. His gaze locked onto Minjun, and a sinister smile spread across his face, sending shivers down Minjun's spine.
"Hello, dear little brother," Taehyung said, his voice dripping with malice.
"You're just in time. I was waiting for you." With a fluid motion, Taehyung jumped down from the kitchen island, the knife still clutched in his hand. He began to walk towards Minjun, his eyes glinting with a menacing intensity.
Minjun's voice trembled as he asked, "W-what are you doing?"
Taehyung's smile grew wider, his eyes glinting with amusement. "I just want to play with you, dear little brother," he said, holding the knife up to Minjun's face.
Minjun's eyes darted back and forth, his face pale with fear. Taehyung's expression remained cold, but inside, he was reveling in Minjun's terror.
"Now, let's play a game," Taehyung said, his voice dripping with malice. "I'll ask you some questions, and if you answer correctly, I'll let you go. But if you don't..." Taehyung's gaze lingered on the knife, and Minjun's eyes followed, his heart racing with fear.
Minjun nodded hastily, eager to placate Taehyung. Taehyung began to circle around Minjun, the knife still clutched in his hand.
"So, tell me," Taehyung said, his voice low and menacing. "Do you think it's acceptable to eye someone's wife in an improper way? To touch someone's wife without their consent? To make someone's wife feel uncomfortable, just because you can't control your own desires?"
Taehyung's eyes narrowed, his gaze boring into Minjun's. "Is it proper to look at someone's wife with lust in your eyes? To think about sleeping with someone's wife, when you have your own wife at home?"
Minjun's voice trembled as he stuttered, "N-no."
Taehyung's eyes flashed with anger, and he halted his pacing. "Then why did you do it, Minjun?" he demanded, his voice low and menacing. "Do you think I'm blind? That I didn't notice the way you looked at my wife – a way that's reserved only for his husband?"
Minjun's eyes widened in fear as Taehyung's anger intensified. "Answer me, Minjun!" Taehyung barked, pressing the knife against Minjun's chin, forcing him to meet his gaze.
"I...I..." Minjun stuttered, unable to form a coherent response.
Taehyung's expression twisted into a snarl as he leaned in closer, the knife glinting in the dim light. He slid the blade along Minjun's back, the gentle caress a stark contrast to the malevolent intent behind it. Minjun's eyes went wide with terror as he realized the true extent of Taehyung's wrath.
Taehyung's voice was low and menacing as he pressed the knife slightly against Minjun's skin, just enough to send a shiver of fear down his spine. "Answer me, Minjun," he repeated, his eyes blazing with intensity.
Minjun's voice cracked as he stuttered, "I-I'm s-sorry... p-please l-leave me... I w-won't d-do it a-again... e-ever..." Tears pricked at the corners of his eyes as he begged for mercy, his body trembling with fear.
Taehyung's voice was menacing as he whispered near Minjun's ear, "Forgiveness? For you? That's not possible, Minjun. Tomorrow morning, before the first ray of sunlight touches the earth, you'll apologize to Jungkook and promise to never again follow him around like a dog on a leash."
Taehyung's eyes seemed to bore into Minjun's soul as he asked, "Did you understand?" Minjun nodded hastily, his eyes wide with fear.
A satisfied smile spread across Taehyung's face as he backed away, allowing Minjun to escape. Minjun didn't hesitate, fleeing for his life as soon as he saw the opportunity.
Taehyung chuckled to himself as he put the knife away in the drawer. He then made his way to his room, where Jungkook lay sleeping peacefully, like a dignified princess. Jungkook's half-exposed body stirred Taehyung's protective instincts, and he gently pulled the blanket up to cover him.
Slipping into bed beside Jungkook, Taehyung wrapped his arms around his husband, careful not to disturb him. He gently took Jungkook's hand in his, holding it securely as he drifted off to sleep.
" Yes I am psychopath but only to procted him "
