Two days after their delightful date, TaeTae's goofy self reemerged, bringing joy and laughter back into their lives. His playful pranks resumed, and Jungkook happily played along, hiding Taehyung's mischievous gestures.

Their relationship continued to blossom, with Taehyung and Jungkook deeply in love, savoring every moment together.

Mr. Kim, noticing Taehyung's growth, began taking him to the company, grooming him for his future role as CEO of the Kim clan.

It was a serene night, with the moon casting a gentle glow over the Kim residence. Jungkook strolled through the garden, lost in thought, while Mr. and Mrs. Kim slumbered peacefully.

As he wandered, someone suddenly pulled him, drawing Jungkook into a warm embrace. His hands instinctively grasped the person's shoulders, and he looked up to find himself lost in Taehyung's captivating, deep ocean eyes.

Taehyung's arms wrapped around Jungkook's waist, pulling him closer. Jungkook's heart skipped a beat as their bodies aligned, their faces inches apart.

"What are you doing here, honey? I was waiting for you," Taehyung said, gently brushing a stray lock of hair away from Jungkook's face.

"Just taking a walk after that heavy dinner," Jungkook replied with a smile, his fingers tracing Taehyung's cheeks.

"You look stunning, and you're glowing, honey," Taehyung observed, his eyes filled with admiration. He had noticed that Jungkook's beauty shone brighter each day, but some days, like today, it was truly radiant.

"Thank you, Mr. Husband," Jungkook said, his voice laced with affection, making Taehyung chuckle.

"So, Mrs. Wife, let's get some sleep, shall we?" Taehyung asked, his eyes twinkling with mischief.

Jungkook let out a playful chuckle. "Sure, Mr. Husband."

As they began to walk towards their bedroom, Taehyung suddenly swept Jungkook off his feet, lifting him into the air.

Jungkook gasped, his laughter caught in his throat, as Taehyung cradled him in his arms.

"Taehyung! What are you doing?" Jungkook exclaimed, his eyes shining with delight.

Taehyung grinned, his face inches from Jungkook's. "Carrying my precious wife to bed, of course."

Jungkook's cheeks flushed, his heart racing with excitement.

As Taehyung carried Jungkook to their room, he gently laid him down on the bed, cradling his body with care. Settling beside him, Taehyung enveloped Jungkook in a warm hug, pulling him close to his chest.

Their bodies aligned, Taehyung's arms wrapped snugly around Jungkook, holding him secure. Jungkook's face nestled into the crook of Taehyung's neck, his breath mingling with Taehyung's.

Taehyung's fingers traced gentle patterns on Jungkook's back, soothing his tired muscles. Jungkook's eyes fluttered closed, trust and comfort etched on his face.

In this intimate embrace, time stood still. The world outside receded, leaving only the two of them, lost in the serenity of their love.

The room was bathed in silence, the only sound the gentle rhythm of their breathing. Taehyung and Jungkook lay entwined, their bodies swayed by the quiet cadence of each other's hearts.

In this serene sanctuary, words were unnecessary. Their love spoke volumes, its language whispered through tender touches and soft sighs.

As they basked in the warmth of their embrace, the world outside receded, leaving only the gentle rise and fall of their chests. The silence was alive with the beat of their love.

Taehyung's fingers traced gentle patterns on Jungkook's skin, his touch a soothing melody. Jungkook's eyelashes fluttered, his gaze locking onto Taehyung's.

In this suspended moment, time lost meaning. All that existed was the love they shared, its beauty and depth echoing through the stillness.

* Time skip *
1 month later

One month had passed, and the Kim mansion's opulent facade remained unchanged. However, beneath the surface, Jungkook's health was deteriorating. The once-vibrant boy now struggled with relentless nausea and vomiting, his stomach churning with every meal.

Sharp headaches and stomach pains had become his constant companions, weighing heavily on his mind and body. Despite his efforts to conceal it, his frailty was beginning to show.

Jungkook bore the burden alone, hesitant to share his struggles with anyone, not even Taehyung. He feared worrying those he loved, knowing their concern would only intensify his own anxiety.

Behind closed doors, Jungkook endured the torment, his smile masking the suffering. His usually radiant complexion had given way to a pale, drawn appearance, his eyes sunken from lack of rest.

Taehyung, oblivious to Jungkook's secret, continued to cherish their moments together, unaware of the turmoil brewing within his loved one.

As the days passed, Jungkook's condition worsened, his silence a heavy weight on his shoulders. How long could he keep his health a secret, and at what cost?

One morning, Jungkook emerged from the bathroom, his face pale and drawn. He had spent the last hour vomiting, his shoulders hunched in discomfort. Exhausted, he took a comforting bath, letting the warm water soothe his frazzled nerves.

Refreshed, he donned freshly washed clothes and combed his long hair, securing it in a sleek man-bun. With a deep breath, he descended to the dining room.

As he entered, the room fell silent, all eyes on him. The Kim family and staff smiled warmly, their faces filled with concern. Taehyung's eyes locked onto Jungkook's, his gaze softening.

Without a word, Taehyung rose from his seat, his hand extending to Jungkook. Jungkook's heart skipped a beat as Taehyung's fingers intertwined with his, pulling him close.

"Good morning," Taehyung whispered, his breath caressing Jungkook's ear.

Jungkook's cheeks flushed, his smile faltering. He hid his discomfort, unsure how much longer he could conceal his illness.

"Morning," Jungkook replied, his voice barely above a whisper.

The room erupted into gentle chatter, but Taehyung's gaze remained fixed on Jungkook, sensing something amiss.

Mrs. Kim cleared her throat, her subtle cue for attention. The room fell silent, all eyes turning toward her. Taehyung's grip on Jungkook's hand tightened slightly, his interest piqued.

"Ah, Mother?" Taehyung encouraged, his voice warm.

Mrs. Kim's expression turned thoughtful. "I wanted to discuss something important with all of you," she began, her voice measured.

Jungkook's unease grew, his mind racing with possibilities. What could Mrs. Kim want to discuss?

The staff leaned in, their faces curious. Taehyung's gaze remained fixed on his mother, anticipation building.

"Please, Mother, go on," Taehyung urged, his voice filled with interest.

Mrs. Kim took a deep breath, her words poised on the tip of her tongue.

"Tae, do you remember your Aunt Darlene, who lives on the hill station side?" Mrs. Kim asked, her eyes locked on her son.

Taehyung nodded. "Yes, Aunt Darlene."

Mrs. Kim continued, "As you know, your marriage happened unexpectedly, and we didn't have time to invite anyone. She found out about your marriage and wishes to meet Jungkook."

Jungkook's eyes snapped up, curiosity etched on his face. Taehyung's expression turned cold, his jaw clenched.

"Why?" Taehyung asked, his tone guarded. "She's never liked us anyway. Why does she want to see my wife?"

Jungkook frowned, sensing tension.

Mrs. Kim's voice remained calm. "I know, but she's your father's sister, and we can't deny her. She's our elder, and we must show respect. We'll have to visit California."

(  A/N : California is random name this type of place is exist or not that I don't know  )

Taehyung's nod was reluctant, his gaze drifting to his father, who remained silent, his eyes fixed on his breakfast.

Mr. Kim's silence spoke volumes, his expression unreadable. Jungkook's confusion deepened, sensing underlying dynamics.

"What's going on, Mother?" Taehyung pressed, his voice low.

Mrs. Kim's eyes darted between her son and husband before responding, "We'll discuss this later, Tae. For now, let's focus on arranging the trip."

"And one more thing," Mrs. Kim added, "we'll be staying in California for two weeks, so ensure you pack accordingly."

Taehyung opened his mouth to protest, but Mrs. Kim's stern gaze silenced him. He sighed, nodding reluctantly.

"Sure," Taehyung said, resignation etched on his face.

The dining room fell into an uncomfortable silence, the tension palpable.

As the meal concluded, each member of the household departed for their respective duties. Taehyung and Mr. Kim left for their business meetings, while Mrs. Kim attended to her daily engagements.

Jungkook remained alone in the mansion, his thoughts swirling. Two weeks in California with Aunt Darlene? He felt apprehensive.

As the last servant disappeared, Jungkook's solitude seemed oppressive. He wandered to the window, gazing out at the gardens.

"Why California?" Jungkook whispered to himself. What secrets lay hidden behind Mrs. Kim's sudden announcement?

The silence was broken only by the soft tick-tock of the grandfather clock, echoing through the empty halls.

Night had fallen, and the Kim mansion's occupants were busy packing for their California trip. In Taekook's room, Jungkook stood before the mirror, combing his lush locks. His gaze lingered on his reflection, admiring the soft cascade of hair framing his face.

Finishing his grooming, Jungkook set the comb on the dressing table and rose from his chair. He padded softly toward Taehyung, who lay on their bed, engrossed in his phone.

Jungkook sat beside Taehyung, who put his phone away and looked at Jungkook while caressing his fingers on Jungkook's arms softly.

"Tae, stop and listen," Jungkook said, as Taehyung hummed and looked at Jungkook, still caressing Jungkook's arms with his fingers.

"What's with your aunt, who is she? I've never heard anything about her," Jungkook asked, his brow furrowed in concern.

Taehyung's gaze lingered on Jungkook's face for moments before responding, "She is my father's sister... I don't know why she hates Mom and me." Jungkook's frown deepened.

"Has your mom never told you the reason?" Taehyung shook his head, his eyes cast downward, as he sat up beside Jungkook and began caressing Jungkook's arms with his lips.

Jungkook's eyes fluttered closed, his breath catching at the gentle touch. Taehyung's lips danced across his skin, sending shivers down his spine.

"Why do I feel like there's more to it?" Jungkook whispered, his voice barely audible. Taehyung's lips paused, his eyes locking onto Jungkook's.

For a moment, they just looked at each other, the tension between them palpable.

"I don't know anything, but only parents know, let's see," Taehyung said, sliding the strap of Jungkook's dress off his shoulder and kissing the exposed skin.

"Tae, are you in the mood or what?" Jungkook asked, looking at Taehyung, who smiled mischievously.

"Leave this all tension behind," Taehyung whispered, caressing Jungkook's legs. "I think she hates my little version more."

"What? You mean little Taetae?" Jungkook gasped as taehyung nodded.

"How can she?" Jungkook asked, shaking his head.

"Tae," Jungkook said, looking at Taehyung, who hummed.

"Are you in the mood? I asked you again," Jungkook pressed.

"Maybe a little," Taehyung replied, holding Jungkook's shoulder and gently laying him back on the bed.

As Jungkook's eyes met Taehyung's, he felt himself being pulled into a passionate kiss. Taehyung's body hovered above, his lips tracing a trail of desire.

With a flick, Taehyung switched off the light, plunging the room into darkness. The only sound was their ragged breathing, and the only light was the spark between them.

In the darkness, their love became the only truth that mattered.
