Up up above,
There lies a vast sky.
A sky full of light and beauty.
Light that only reveals themselves in the dark.
The dark of night.
The cool and cold wind that laces the skies from view
Shall only bring peace to the mind.
To stare above the sky,
You have to bask in the presence of the
Moon and stars.
For they are your light when shadows consume you.
For they shall comfort you in your sleep.
Never fear of a star because they will guide you.
Guide you to freedom of an aching heart.
The stars of the night sky has saved many
When believed in,
So believe in the good of the stars.
Saving thousands in history and in the present,
The starry night is a sanctuary for the broken.
For the stars and moon shall shine.
Shine life into your life,
Telling you to not lie or hide your feelings.
To be true to yourself even in the darkness of times.
That it's okay to cry in the dark
Because the moon and stars will shield a
Light around you,
Letting you have the will to breathe.
The starry skies are the life of my soul.
My savior is nothing near a physical being,
But a thought of warmth in my heart.
For the starry sky of the night
Is both my white and black knight for all of eternity.
