Lucy's pov

I have to go on a job today. I promised Wendy I would go with her and I don't break promises, but who would watch Natsu over for me?

Mira? No, she's busy with the bar.

Gray? No way! He'll probabbly do something bad to Natsu.

Levy? Nope, she's on a job with her infamous lover boy Gajeel.

Erza?........I don't want Natsu to die....yet.

Juvia? She'll probabbly leave him to spy on her Gray-sama.

Who the hell could watch him over for me!? My questions were answered when a bright light bulb appeared on top of my head. Igneel! He'll surely watch over his son.

"Guhre?" Natsu asked tilting his head to the right.

"We're gonna go to your dada." I said as I picked him up. I opened a portal to the Dragon Realm and went in.

"Igneel!" I yelled as I flew to his island. Natsu's eyes widened as he looked down in awe.

"Yes Hime? And what happened to Natsu!?" He asked.

"Well, long story short he turned into a baby from a mission. I really need someone to baby sit and I was hoping you could do the job." I said.

"Sure. This little rascal won't be a problem." Igneel said as he turned into his human form. I placed Natsu in his arms and smiled.

"Be a good boy Natsu. Don't stress your dad okay?" I asked patting his head. He shook his head and I sweat dropped.

"Don't worry Lucy. Now shoo!" He said walking away. I sighed and went back in the portal appearing inside the guild.

"Hey Wendy! I'm ready for the job!" I said.

Igneel's pov

Just as Lucy left, Natsu burst out crying. He squirmed in my arms flailing his arms around.

"Hey hey now Natsu. Lucy'll be back soon." I said. He cried louder hurting my dragon ears. I placed him down on my bed and covered my ears.

"IGNEEL!! WHAT'S THE NOISE!?!" Someone knocked on my door. I opened it to see Celestia.

"Lucy came and asked me to babysit Natsu! I agreed and when she left this happened!" I yelled over the noise.

"Oh......then make him stop crying!!" She yelled putting her hands over her ears. I took Natsu in my arms and start to rock him.

"There there Natsu. Don't cry your dad is here." I whispered in his ear. He won't stop crying!

"Quick! Get something with Lucy's scent! He might calm down." I said. Celestia dashed out and came back in a blink of an eye holding one of Lucy's handkerchief. I took it and put it over his nose. Soon, Natsu's cries died down a little. A freaking LITTLE!!  He cried and gripped the handkerchief tight. I wish I never agreed on baby sitting Natsu!

Lucy's pov

"So Wendy, what job did you pick?" I asked. We were on the train heading towards the location. Wendy and Carla sat infront of me while Happy sat next to me munching on a fish.

"W-Well, it was to guard a school while it was having a celebration." Wendy said.

"Finally! A job that doesn't need to fight." I sighed in relief.

"So Lushee, where did you bring Natsu?" Happy asked.

"To his dad of course. I know Igneel can handle it." I said.

Igneel's pov

I can't handle this! Since when did baby sitting got hard!

"Igneel! Natsu melted Metalicana's land!"

Lucy's pov

"Makes sense since Igneel is his father." Carla said.

"I wonder what they're doing now?" I asked. Could they be having a fun father and son bonding time?

Igneel's pov

This is not what father and son bonding time I planned.

"Igneel! Natsu burned down Flora's Island!"

Lucy's pov

"We've stopped at Wabene Town. Please don't forget your luggages." The conductor said. I got up and wr all went off the train.

"Now let's go looking for the school!" I cheered pumping fist up in the air.

"Yosh!" Happy said as he flew beside me.

"I'm gonna ask for directions." Wendy said as she went up to a group of teens.

"Uhmmm.....excuse me." Wendy said shyly.

"Yes? What do you want brat?" One asked.

"Hey! She's not a brat." I said walking up next to Wendy.

"I-Isn't she the baby who won the GMG?" One stuttered pointing at me.

"It's rude to point you know." I said crossing my arms.

"S-Sorry. How may we help you?" Another one asked stuttering.

"Do you know where this school is?" Wendy asked pointing to the picture in the poster.

"Yes! That's where we go to. Go straight then turn left to a bakery store and then you'll see our school." One of them said.

"Arigato. Come on Wendy!" I said and we both followed their directions.

"I'm so sorry Lucy-san! I could've stood up for myself." Wemdy said.

"It's okay Wendy." I said and Carla 'hmph's and mumbled something about me letting that off easily. Wendy is still a kid you know! We arrived infront of the school where an old woman stood infront of it.

"Ah! You must be the Fairy Tail Wizards!" The old woman said.

"Yes we are. Are you the requestor?" Wendy asked and the old woman nodded.

"Come! Follow me. Let's have a nice chat." The old woman said and turned around walking inside the school. We followed behind her while looking around in awe. The students we passed by looked at us and whispered to each other.

"Are they new students?"

"That blonde chick is hot!"

"The blunette one is cute!"

"Why transfer here at this time though?"

"Yeah, it's nearly end of the semester."

We arrived infront of the door. The old woman opened it and we went in. This must be her office. Wendy and I sat down on two chaird and the old woman sat down on her chair.

"I'm Sally Sweethearts, the principal of the school." She said.

"I'm Wendy Marvell ma'am. Nice to meet you." Wendy said.

"I'm Lucy Heartfilla. Nice to meet you ma'am." I said.

"Nice to meet you both too. Now, our school holds a celebration every Febraury to celebrate the foundation of our school. Lately, there's been some chaos happening. Trophies, and important things has been stolen this past week and we fear that the thief would come back for the fund. I would like you two to guard and protect the school." Ms. Sally said. Thief huh? This will be easy.

"We'll do our best."

Igneel's pov ~ Day 1 ~

It's been a day since Lucy went on a job with Wendy and I didn't get sleep last night! The dragons are also giving me an earful for letting Natsu destroy their island. So far Natsu melted Metalicana's island, burned Flora's island, made Aquamarine's island into a hot spring. Not so bad right? Well heck you're wrong! Metalicana destroyed my favorite valcano. Flora wrapped my house into vines. Aquamarine flooded my island. Right now, Natsu's in a room with me. The room has fire proof walls which is good and a locked door.

"Natsu. Please shush. Daddy is tired and needs sleep." I groaned. Natsu wailed louder and threw the handkerchief at me. I picked it up and sniffed it. It's drenched in Natsu's tears and Lucy's scent faded. I started panicking  as Natsu cried louder than before.

"Celestia!! I know you're outside! Get me another one of Lucy's things!" I yelled. I heard the sound of footsteps fading and coming back. The door opened a bit and a ribbon fell in. I picked it up and rushed to Natsu's side. I wrapped the ribbon around his head over the nose. He sniffled before crying again.

"You were never like this before! Why are you like this now?" I groaned and fell on the floor as sleep fell onto me.

~ Day 2 ~

I woke up and saw Natsu gone. I panicked and looked around the room. I heard a loud crash outside the room amd rushed to the window. I saw the forest burning.

"IGNEEL!" I heard Queen Layla's voice. I jumped out of the window just as the door burst open revealing the angry Queen.

"Natsu! When you turn back to normal I'm so gonna burn you into ashes!" I yelled as I ran through the forest. I can't smell anything with the ash and smoke. I transformed into a dragon and looked down. I easily spotted Natsu in the middle of the forest with Lucy's ribbon still on his nose. How did he even get down here? I picked him up and stared at him on my palm. I put him ontop of my head and flew to mt island. A portal opened and out came Lucy. I sigehd in relief and transformed into a human. I gave Natsu to Lucy who smiled at him.

"Have you been a good boy?" Lucy asked ans Natsu nodded happily. I feel like falling to an ever ending hole right now. What he replied was so not true! I was about to protest when Lucy spoke again. I'm so gonna tell on you Natsu!

"Good. I hope he didn't cause too much trouble Igneel. I'll be going now." Lucy said and went back throgh the portal. I sighed again in relief but gulped when I felt dark auras behind me. I slowly turned my head and saw angry dragons ready to kill me. Mavis please save me!
