A Week and a Half Later

Lucy's P.O.V

Shuu had been sleeping on my couch, along with Plue, who had been sleeping on his feet. We may have been dating but just appearing in my house was not normal, right?

"Lucy" He woke up and looked at me. His eyes had been so needy. I sighed to myself, he wanted my blood. I sat down on the couch and moved my hair to the side. He began to kiss my neck making my face heat up. I thought that he wanted- he backed away and seen my confused look.

"Shuu? What was that."

"I didn't need your blood right now. A vampire's kiss can protect you for a day. Something I am going to do. You're safe with me."

"Why are you so focused on protecting me?"

"Your blood is different and everyone wants it. I like to keep my girlfriend in one piece." He chuckled causing me to blush even harder. He called me his girlfriend. So that meant that he had officially been my boyfriend. I smirked to myself. Take that Aquari-  "Oi Lucy come closer." Shuu said dragging me out of my thoughts. I moved closer to him.

"Is there something wrong, Shuu?" He shook his head. 

"No" He looked so kind, so perfect and dating him made my heart beat even faster. I found myself moving closer to him. He followed my lead. As soon as our lips touched I didn't want to be away from him. I wrapped my arms around his neck as his arms wrapped around my waist. His lips had been so sweet. We couldn't back away from each other but after five minutes we had no choice to. I looked at the time before I looked at him with sadness.

"Shuu" He looked at the time before he arched a brow. 

"What, do you want me to stay?" My face heated up before I nodded.

"Yeah" He chuckled at me. 

"Fine" I smiled at him. "You owe me you know?" I nodded.

"I know" We got ready for bed, with me making sure that Shuu had gone first before I embarrassed myself in front of him again. As I finished getting ready I went into my room and looked at my bed to see Shuu asleep. Making me let out a small smile. He looked so innocent and so kind. I crawled over to him and laid next to him, kissing his cheek before I closed my eyes. "Goodnight, Shuu"
