You were casually strolling through the market when you saw someone coming in your direction that made you stop dead in your tracks.

"Oh my God!Is that..."

"(L/N)? Hi!!" He spotted you.

"Kishibe?" You were genuinely surprised. "How long has it been?5 years?!" You happily exclaimed.

"I guess so because the last time I saw you, it was the graduation day of our Junior High."

You casually chatted with him for a couple minutes and then ended up planning to meet at a coffee shop in the evening.

"Great!Its a date then." He winked.

"W-what??" You blushed.

"Relax.I'm kidding." He smiled and then said goodbye, leaving you alone with your thoughts.

You stood there for a while thinking about his joke. Truth was, a little part of you wanted it to be true. You were in love with him ever since Junior High but you never confessed thinking you didn't stand a chance.

"I'm sure its just a crush.I'll get over it." You had thought. But you didn't and before you could do something about it, he was gone.

But now life had given you a second chance and you were not going to miss it.

When you reached the said coffee shop, you found Kishibe already waiting for you. He was sitting with his cheek against his palm, looking at his phone. As soon as you reached the table he looked up and said "hey". Your heart fluttered because he looked so cute while doing that. You greeted him back and sat down.

Before you know it, you two were engrossed in reminiscing about your school days.

"Remember that one time when we bunked class and went to see the cherry blossoms." He said after mentioning a few other things.

"Yah." You blushed again, thinking about that day. It was one of your favorite memories with him. You thought about it from time to time but you didn't expect him to remember.

"You still remember that?" You asked shyly.

"Of course I remember that. How could I forget?I remember every memory with you." He blushed a little after saying the last sentence.

"What?" You were surprised. You didn't believe what you heard.

"Its true,(L/N). I often think about you. I miss you all the time." He continued while you listened to his confession,dumbfounded, "I love you (F/N). I should have told you years ago and I really regret wasting all this time."

You were awestruck. You had planned to confess your feelings but you barely expected to hear a confession in return.

You shifted to get close to him and kissed him softly.

"I love you too."
