Jesy and Fergal were in Romford visiting her family. Jesy woke up. She sat up and stepped outside. She put her sweatshirt on. Fergal was still sleeping and mumbling.

"No.. leave her alone....NO NO!" he continued. Jesy looked over as Fergal was having nightmare.

She got to the bed and woke him up.

"Fergal," she said, waking him up. Fergal woke up and gasping. "Hey, hey, I'm here," she said. He looked over and held Jesy close.

"Thank god," he said.

"Hey, you just had a nightmare," she said, stroking his hair. He nodded, I laid down next to him. He kissed Jesy as he held her. She kissed him back.

"Let's go back to sleep," she said. They went back to sleep.

Meanwhile in Maui

Jade was just finished celebrating her birthday with Jonathan. They had a few drinks and got back to their beach house.

"Thank you for an amazing birthday," Jade said.

"You're welcome. You deserve it," Jon said, smiling.

Jade nodded and kissed him. Jon smiled.

"I got something special for you," he said.

Jonathan grabbed a wrapped up gift, giving it to her. Jade opens it up and it was picture of them at Axxess in 2017.

"That's when we first met," she said.

"Yep. Jesy sent me the picture since she had it on her phone," he said.

"I love it," she said, smiling. He kissed her head.

"Happy Birthday," he said, smiling.

"Thank you and thanks for the best Christmas and birthday trip ever. Even though I have to go back to see my family," she said.

Back in Romford

Jesy and Fergal were spending time with Jesy's family. Jesy's nephew, Georgie, is happy to see his aunt Jesy back with Fergal. He feels Jesy's bump.

"There's a baby in my belly," Jesy said, smiling.

"Little cousin?" Georgie asked.

"Yes. Auntie Jesy and Uncle Fergal are having a baby," Jesy said.

"I can't wait," he said, smiling.

Few days later

Jesy and Fergal are back in Florida. Jesy's home alone because Fergal's getting her hair trimmed up. She's in her giraffe pajama onies that Fergal's mum gave her for Christmas.

She has Oscar and Reggie on the couch with her.

"You boys happy that Mummy and Daddy are home?" Jesy asked.

Reggie barks happily, Oscar pants happily.

"I'll take that as a yes anyday," Jesy said.

Oscar jumps as Aaliyah kicks.

"Ohh," Jesy giggled. Her phone goes off and it was Perrie calling. Jesy answered it.

"Hello?" Jesy asked.

"Jes, it Perrie. Are you still wanting me to go to Veronica bail hearing?" Perrie asked.

"Yes. You and I will be wearing wigs so Veronica doesn't notice us," Jesy said.

"Okay. Is Fergal coming to that?" Perrie asked.

"He doesn't know yet. My attorney, Everett told me that Veronica and her attorney only wants me and not Fergal there," Jesy said.

"Oh okay. Then you will tell Fergal?" Perrie asked.

"I'll try," Jesy said. "Okay. When is it again?" Perrie asked.

"Jan. 2nd," Jesy said. "Okay. See you then," Perrie said. Perrie ends the call. Jesy put her phone down.

New Years Day

Jesy stood infront of the full mirror and takes a picture of her baby bumb for her timeline. "26 weeks already," she said to herself. Fergal was knocked on the door. Jesy looks over. "Oh hey babe," Jesy said, smiling.

"How many weeks now?" he asked, holding her from behind. "26 weeks and 12 weeks to go," she said.

"That's good. When's your next appointment?" he asked.

"January 29th, after Takeover," she said.

"Okay. Well I'll be at the Performance Center tomorrow morning. Are you gonna be okay hanging with Perrie tomorrow?" he asked.

"Yeah, Perrie and I will be fine," she said.

He nodded and kissed her cheek.

Next Day 

After Fergal left to go to the Performance Center, Jesy got to Perrie's car and headed to the court house for Veronica's bail hearing. Jesy had her heart monitor to check her heart and aniexty. "Once I start my panic attack, get me out of the court house and take me home," Jesy said. 

"You know I will. I promised Fergal I keep an eye on you if anything happens. Especially when your alone at his or your house. Why haven't you two move in together?" Perrie asked. 

"We decided not to move in together until I can trust him more and I want him to come over everyday to see Aaliyah. If I can trust him again, then maybe he and I will," Jesy said. 

Perrie nodded. "I understand," she said. 

"Plus, I don't want Aaliyah to live a life without her father because of my father left me and my family," Jesy said. 

Few minutes later, Jesy and Perrie walk inside and Everett was there. "Morning Everett. This is my best friend slash band mate, Perrie?" Jesy asked. 

"Nice to meet you, Perrie. So you ready to go into Ms Rodriguez bailing hearing?" Everett asked. 

"Kind of," Jesy said. 

They went into the court room but they sat in the back. Jesy rubbed her bump and breathing. Veronica and her attorney was in the front. "Mr. Harris, your client has been charged for harassment and threats ripping her rival's unborn child and believes the baby should have been hers. Including saying it verbally," the judge said.

"My client says she was drunk and she would never say crazy thing like that," Harris said. 

"Still your client made threats to a pregnant woman would actually lock her up. Especially in a public place after she signed her divorce papers to Mr. Fergal Devitt and our police had to arrest her. Since she has no record of voilence or is not a US citizen, we will grant her bail of and she will kept an eye on at all times. Her bail is $50,000 and Ms Rodriguez, I expect you respect the retaining order from Jessica Nelson-Devitt and if you don't you will get deported. Next case," the Judge Marsh said. 

Veronica had on a navy jumpsuit and cuffed. The police walked over to excort her out and she looks over and see Jesy with her sunglasses. "Soon.. Jesy," she mouthed. Jesy looked away and got up. 

Perrie and Everett follows Jesy. 

Jesy rushes to the woman's restroom to throw up, coughing and gasping. She flushes and rinses her mouth out. She looked in the mirror and left the restroom.
