Hey,

I know an update for lma is long overdue. I know you guys have been waiting for months. I know it's almost been a year since I updated. I know I haven't updated anything else either, and I know you guys don't deserve that. I'm sorry.

Unfortunately, I will remain on a hiatus. I don't know for how long. I had hoped to get back as soon as the school year finished, but I'm not sure anymore. These past couple of months have been really hard for me, except now it's worse. I can't express how much pain my family is in right now.

My uncle is battling COVID-19 and he is in critical condition. I don't know if he'll make it or not, no one does. It's a very difficult time for me, as he is in another country and I cannot see him.

I also still have to deal with school. Right now, writing is not my priority. I'm sorry you guys have been waiting for so long. For you new readers: thank you so much for your lovely comments, they make me smile and I couldn't be more grateful. Joy is a very precious thing in these times, and it's fucking hard to smile while my family is collapsing. Thank you.

I hope you all are well. Please please wear your mask and get vaccinated as soon as you can. You don't realize how terrifying covid is until it hits your family.
