Sugawara stared at Emiko, confused. "How… do I stop her from crying?"

Daichi looked up from rocking Mei. "Just hold her baby. It's just like holding our three."

"Eh." Suga lifted her up and held her but she wouldn't calm back down. Several minutes later he turned to Daichi again, worried. "U-um it's not working. I tried feeding her earlier too."

"Maybe an earache?" Daichi put Mei in a bassinet with her brother and took Emiko. "Shhhh, shhhh, shhhh. It's okay. You're okay… do your ears hurt Emiko?"

Emiko kept crying.

Daichi hummed. He took off his shirt carefully and put her on his chest. "That should work. Having her parents away must be hard…"

"They've got three more days until Akaashi's heat ends plus his rest day…"

Daichi nodded. Emiko started to calm and Daichi sat back down. "It's alright. Come sit down."

Sugawara flopped down and sighed. Yuichi ran up and flopped next to him. "I wanna go in the garden!"

"Hang on just a moment, okay?"

Yuichi whined. "I wanna go!"

"Yuichi stop it." Suga mumbled. "I'll go out in a moment."

"I WANNA GO!"

Daichi gave Emiko, who was now getting fussy again, to Sugawara. He got to Yuichi's eye level. "No sir. We do not yell. Apologize to mommy. Now."

"NOOOO!"

Suga frowned.

Daichi stood, picking Yuichi up. Yuichi screamed and shouted as he was carried to the space between the living room and kitchen. Daichi set him down and started to turn the kitchen timer on. Yuichi got up and ran off. Daichi got him again and put him back.

"You are going to stay here until the timer stops. Stay."

Yuichi yelped at him.

Daichi fixed the timer and sat back with Suga.

Suga put his head back and closed his eyes. "There we go… she's sleeping now."

Yuichi got up, screaming and running out of the kitchen. Emiko, Mei, and Minori all started crying from the noise and Suga hurried to help them.

"For fuck's sake…"

Daichi walked into his room, sighing. Suga looked up from changing Minori. "Well?"

"He's out." Daichi said, relieved.

Suga sighed. He lifted Minori up and put him in the shared bassinet with Mei. "What's his issue? He never acts like this."

Daichi shifted. Suga looked up again.

"What?"

"He misses us."

Suga blinked. "…we're here though."

"No. No I mean that he misses us with him. We're here but we're taking care of the little ones. He wants love too. That's what he said to me." Daichi sat on his bed.

"Honey… if you blame yourself, don't. I get it." Suga sighed. "Yeah… okay… I'll think of something." Daichi took off his shirt and changed into the blue pants Sugawara had bought him to sleep in. Suga changed into his own set and laid down. He yawned.  "Cause I've got brains."

Daichi rolled over and took Suga into both of his arms. He rolled back over and kissed his hair. "Yes, of course you are baby. Very, very smart." He kissed his forehead next. "Time for bed."

"We're in bed."

"Oh really now?"

Suga giggled. "Nah we're on a plane."

"Pfft." Daichi kissed his forehead multiple times. "I love you."

"I love you~" Suga snuggled closer.

Daichi yawned. "Okay. Shhhh…"

Suga closed his eyes. He yawned and moved, giving Daichi a kiss. "Goodnight…"

"Goodnight." Daichi whispered. He kissed over the beauty mark under Suga's eye. He closed his own eyes, listening to the soft breathing of his mate and the occasional shuffle of two of his children.

Bokuto hurried to the front of Sugawara's house, going to knock on it. He heard giggling though and stopped walking. He circled the house and saw Sugawara play fighting Yuichi, giggling.

He chuckled. "Hey Suga."

Suga yelped and looked up. "Hey!"

Yuichi laughed. "Bo!"

Suga hummed. He leaned down. "Yep! It's Bo! Go wake Daddy up for me, okay?"

"Okay!" He hurried inside.

Suga stood properly. "What's up!"

"Just coming to get Emmy." Bokuto smiled. "Why's Daichi napping?"

"Ah well he's a little tired. Twins are stressful. Plus Yuichi. But we love em." He bounced on his toes before leading him inside. "He just a lil sleepy."

Bokuto nodded. "Where's Emmy?"

"She's in the nursery with the other little ones."

Bokuto perked up and hurried to get to the room. Emiko was laying on her stomach, taking her own nap. Bokuto picked her up and hummed. "Hi there…"

Suga walked out and got Daichi. Daichi came back and lifted up Mei.

"Hey hey hey!"

"Hey there."

Bokuto smiled. He kissed Emiko's head gently. "Where's her bag?"

"Here." Suga handed it to him.

"Thank you." Bokuto patted her back. "Was she super bad?"

"No, no she's okay. She just got a little fussy since she didn't have you guys."

"Okay." Bokuto smiled. He was able to go home soon enough, just after he got something from the store. Bokuto was sitting in the car for now, driving there. Emiko was fast asleep and he was sure that Akaashi at home was.

He'd given him an incredible amount of aftercare and affection. He was hopefully okay and resting now so that he could give him something to eat something more than bowls of fruit loops or just plain cherries.

"Let's see Emmy… what should we get mommy?"

Emiko woke up. She whined loudly.

Bokuto tensed. "Uh oh." Emiko whined and started getting fussy. He reached back and rubbed her foot gently. "Shhhh, shhhh, shhhh. It's okay. It's okay sweetheart. Here. Music helps, right?"

Bokuto turned the radio on and set it to a good volume. Emiko calmed back down.

He smiled. "Whew… okay." He turned the corner. He was so glad that she was back now.
