"Hey mom, it's me"

"Taehyung!" Taehyung's mother's voice was loud through the phone. "I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too, mom" Taehyung said with a smile.

"Where's Jeongguk? I haven't heard his voice in so long!"

"I'm here!" Jeongguk giggled loudly, looking at the phone in front of Taehyung and Jeongguk. He pressed against Taehyung's side, cuddling onto him and the alpha smiled at him lovingly.

It hadn't been thirty minutes since they finished their love-making session. The moment the two of them reached their villa and the door shut closed behind them, they were on each other like starving wolves- which they were.

The knowledge that Taehyung had successfully pupped his omega had the alpha feeling euphoric. He had given into his primal nature as both of them were naked on the bed. His wolf knew how to take care of the pregnant omega- his pregnant omega, and fuck him the way he needed it. However, Taehyung made sure to kiss every inch of Jeongguk's body right before it. Worshipped it- worshipped the body that bore Taehyung's pups.

And Taehyung couldn't help himself as he buried his nose against the omega's scent gland, breathing in the sweet smell of milk. Even now, he took a deep inhale. Amidst the caramel and cherry blossom, was the aroma of milk. It made Taehyung's head light with dopamine. He was the happiest alpha on earth.

It had been Jeongguk's idea to let Taehyung's parents know about the pregnancy before they announced it to the pack. Therefore, here they were, dialling up Taehyung's mother's number.

Taehyung heard his mother gasp through the speaker of the phone. "Jeongguk! How have you been?! I heard that you were so busy with being the leader. My poor child, you must've worked so hard"

Jeongguk grinned. "I'm fine, mom. It's so nice to hear your voice. I missed talking with you"

"Oh you have no idea how much I missed you. But Taehyung called me often and told me everything you were up to. I can say that Taehyung missed you dearly"

"Mom!" Taehyung whined.

Jeongguk giggled, planting a soft kiss on Taehyung's cheek. Taehyung sighed in defeat and wrapped an arm around Jeongguk's naked waist. He was only naked waist up. He had slid into his boxers, too lazy and sore to take a shower and dress in cleaner clothes.

"I missed him too, so much" Jeongguk whispered. "Is dad around?"

"Yes, yes" The woman spoke. "He was preparing me some tea. Since we came back to Taehyung's dad's pack after that hike he and I went on, my legs had been killing me"

"Oh no!" Jeongguk's voice was thick with worry. "Did you get it checked out? Were you given medicine?"

"Yes, There are some good doctors in Shadowbora pack. Besides, Taehyung's father had been taking care of me"

"When Tae and I grow older, I want to be like you too" Jeongguk grinned.

"But Taehyung's father is pretty annoying. Oh, there he is. Hey, say hello to your two sons"

"Taehyung? Jeongguk?" a masculine voice came. "It's been so long!"

Taehyung listened to Jeongguk greet him, before starting to babble on about how life had been as of recent. Taehyung watched with a soft smile. Taehyung's parents might not have ever met Jeongguk. Yet. But they seemed to love him nevertheless.

"We must come to visit you. But we just settled back here in the shadowbora pack so things had been a bit hectic. After your mom's knees are in better condition, we will visit you. I'm excited to meet my son's mate" Taehyung's father spoke.

"It's okay! You two were on the other side of the country. You can come when mom is feeling better" Jeongguk said.

"These stupid legs of mine" Taehyung's mother cursed. "I will come to see you the moment I start feeling better"

"Just focus of getting better, mom" Jeongguk said.

"We called to tell you about something, mom, dad" Taehyung said, glancing at Jeongguk.

"What is it?" Taehyung's father spoke.

"We're going to get married" Jeongguk said with a grin.

"Oh!" Taehyunbg's mother exclaimed. "So soon?"

"We must, mom" Taehyung muttered with a smile.

Jeongguk grinned. "Your son had pupped me"

Laughter and cheers erupted from the other side of the line. The two parents screamed with joy and it had Taehyung and Jeongguk laughing too. Taehyung wished he was able to see their reactions in real life.

They started congratulating them. The laughter didn't die down for long minutes and Jeongguk spoke to Taehyung's mother about how he's been feeling with a wide smile.

"That's it! I'm coming. Next week, I will be there. I must teach Jeongguk everything he needs to know" Taehyung's mother said.

Jeongguk giggled. "I will be grateful, mother"

"There are things a pregnant omega must know, that can only be taught by a mother. So I will take that place and teach you. I can't wait! I'm going to be a grandmother!"

Jeongguk sniffled and Taehyung realized that Jeongguk was crying. He was laughing too, but tears streamed down his cheeks.

"My love" Taehyung whispered with worry.

Jeongguk smiled at Taehyung through his tears. "Tae"

Taehyung embraced him. "My love, shh"

"I'm so happy and thankful" Jeongguk whispered. "I never imagined that I will see the day when I get taught about pregnancy by a mother figure in my life"

"Oh my pup" Taehyung kissed Jeongguk's head.

"I'm so thankful, Tae"

"I know, I am too. I'm so thankful that you're my mate and I'll be able to start a beautiful family with you soon. I'm thankful that you came into my life"

Jeongguk looked up at him with glassy, round eyes. "I love you"

"And I love you"

"What is going on? Why are you two silent?" Taehyung's mother's voice came.

Taehyung grinned. "Nothing, mom. We will call you again, soon? We must share the news with the pack too"

"Oh! Of course. Jeongguk, don't hesitate to call me anytime. You must ask your mom anything"

Jeongguk let out a breathless chuckle. He sniffled. "I know, mom. I will call you"

"Good. Taehyung, you'd better take care of him well"

"Not something you'd have to remind me, mom"

Jeongguk grinned. "He treats me well already"

"Goodbye mom, dad!" Taehyung said, picking up the phone from the bed.

"Bye!" Jeongguk also said, and Taehyung hung up quickly.

"Why did you hang up so soon?!" Jeongguk asked.

"I wanted to kiss you so badly. I can't do it when they're listening" Taehyung pouted.

Jeongguk giggled and sat up on the bed. He pressed his lips against Taehyung'. The alpha kissed back immediately, grabbing Jeongguk by the waist. It was sweet but passionate. A little needy, too. And Taehyung soon lowered Jeongguk back on the mattress.

They only broke the kiss to catch their breaths but Taehyung took this opportunity to nudge his nose against Jeongguk's scent gland, inhaling all the sweet aromas and above all, the addictive smell of milk. Taehyung felt Jeongguk let out a breath moan underneath him and Taehyung proceeded to lick the permanent mate mark on his neck, because of which Jeongguk let out a whine.

Taehyung pulled off of Jeongguk's neck. "Maybe we should go for another round before the gathering"

"Tae! We don't have time!"

"Let's be quick"

"But-"

"You're hard"

"No!"

"You liar" Taehyung whispered, placing his knee in the middle of Jeongguk's thighs. Jeongguk gasped, throwing his head back. His hips bucked up, grinding his cock against Taehyung's knee.

"I can smell you slicking up, my pup"

"S-shut up!" Jeongguk moaned. His actions were different from his words. He kept grinding against Taehyung's knee desperately, small whimpers escaping his lips.

"It's just because I'm pregnant!" Jeongguk moaned.

"My baby is in denial. Can't admit that he's just a cockslut"

"Tae!" Jeongguk gasped. "W-why do such names make my tummy feel funny?"

"'Cause you're a little whore" Taehyung whispered into Jeongguk's ear. "Loves being degraded"

"O-Oh" Jeongguk whispered. "Then tell me more"

"Yeah? Shall I tell you as I fuck you, my love? Tell you all the things I think you are?"

"Yes, alpha. Wanna hear it all"

"If I could pup you again, I would"

"Next year, you can put more pups in me"

"Next year it is"

~Nine months later~

Taehyung paced back and forth outside the tiled floor of the room he was in. The surrounding air was cold- almost freezing. However, his whole body was burning. His nails were blunt, having been chewed for hours on end. His feet hurt from the hours of standing. But he couldn't calm down. Not when-

"Ahh! Fuck!"

A scream echoed off the halls of the infirmary. A shrilling scream that could make someone's blood curl. Taehyung halted in the middle of his pacing and took fast steps towards the door of the labour room that was locked shut.

He gripped the handle, wanting to sink into his knees. His heart was in his throat. Anxiety had taken over every cell in his body. His wolf hid in its cave, too scared and anxious to come out.

Another scream resonated from the inside of the room. And then another and then-

"Alpha!"

Taehyung's whole body stiffened in alarm. His wolf whimpered inside him, needing to be with the omega. His omega needs him. But he can't reach him.

Jeongguk, Taehyung tried through the mind link.

But all Taehyung could feel through the link was a jumble of thoughts, none of them clear. And pain. Taehyung couldn't feel the pain but he knew that Jeongguk was in immense pain. It was driving Taehyung crazy.

Taehyung barged on the door. "Let me in!"

He was about to shake the door once again when he felt a hand on his shoulder. He turned around to see Jimin looking at him worriedly.

"You can't go inside, Tae"

"That's my mate! I need to be with him! He's in pain. He needs me"

Jimin shook his head. "You're an alpha. You need to stay here"

"I can help him! He's my mate! This is ridiculous-"

"What if you lose control seeing Jeongguk in immense pain? You will do everything to get him out of that pain and there can be no disturbances in the middle of childbirth! I know you can help but you can also make him go through even more pain so please, Tae. Sit down and wait till it's all over. Jeongguk is strong, he can make it"

Taehyung sighed. He felt the tears prick at the backs of his eyes. However, he let Jimin guide him back to the sofa, where Namjoon sat, watching him with sad eyes. Next to him was Taehyung's father.

"I know what you feel, Taehyung" Namjoon said. "I had to go through the same thing when Jin gave birth. I wanted to break down the door and get Jin out of there. To get him out of that pain. That's what my wolf wanted to do. But that would've killed Jin. We, as alphas, will lose control when we see our omega in pain. So let's sit down and wait"

Taehyung sighed, sitting down on the couch. He heard the door to the infirmary open and Hoseok walked inside with Yoongi. They both had some cups with them.

"Brought some tea" Hoseok said, setting down the cups on a nearby table. "Taehyung, drink some"

"I don't want it" Taehyung grumbled.

"You haven't had a thing in the last fifteen hours" Yoongi said.

"Yeah, Tae. You've been starving" Jimin also spoke. He walked over to Yoongi and placed a hand on his shoulder. Yoongi smiled at him lovingly. They had mated a few months back. The mate mark, even though not permanent since Yoongi was a beta, shone on Yoongi's neck and Taehyung saw Jimin glance at it proudly.

Taehyung groaned in frustration. " Jeongguk's been in that room for ten hours now! He's been screaming for six hours! He hadn't had anything to eat either! What makes you think I would eat when he's almost dying in there"

"Calm down, son" Taehyung's father spoke. "It will be over soon"

As if on cue, another scream came from the room. Taehyung felt himself go feral once again, a carnal growl escaping from him. More screams followed the scream.

The door of the labour room opened and Taehyung bolted up from his seat. A nurse rushed out, holding a bucket of water- blood red.

Taehyung's eyes widened. He mindlessly started walking towards the room but another nurse closed it right in his face before he reached the door. Taehyung growled in anger. More screams erupted from Jeongguk. He could even hear him screaming "alpha" repeatedly, calling for him. But Taehyung was helpless. And it burned him inside out, not being able to reach his omega.

However, Taehyung realized that after one scream, everything seemed to calm down. No more whimpers or screams. No mumbles. And then-

Waaaaaah-

Taehyung's whole body tensed up the moment he heard a child's wail. His ears perked and he found himself staggering towards the door. It took more than a few more minutes for the door to open, revealing Jin, who smiled at him.

"Come in"

Taehyung walked inside, slowly. The first thing he saw was all the blood-the bloody sheets of the bed.

And then Jeongguk.

Jeongguk's face was heavy with exhaust. His face was sweaty and tears had stained his cheeks. Nevertheless, he was smiling. And Taehyung thought he looked angelic. On either side of his bare chest were two pups, latching onto him.

"Alpha" Jeongguk whispered breathlessly.

Taehyung gulped as he walked to the side of the bed. He glanced at the two pups, feeling his heart leap in his chest from happiness. They were beautiful and so, so tiny. Especially against Jeongguk's chest. Jeongguk stroked their bare backs slowly, lovingly as he stared at Taehyung. One of the pups had its eyes closed and cutely kept scrunching its nose and the other had its eyes open,

Taehyung didn't say anything. His gaze switched back to Jeongguk in an instant. He felt a sob threatening to escape from him.

"Jeongguk" Taehyung whispered. He took the omega's hand in his and kissed it. It was ice-cold against his lips.

"Alpha" Jeongguk whispered.

"Are you okay?"

Jeongguk grinned. "Yes, my alpha"

Taehyung felt himself sinking into his knees, tears streaming down his face.

"Taehyung" Jeongguk called with surprise.

"I was so scared. You were screaming so much"

"Tae" Jeongguk whispered. "I'm okay now"

"Did it hurt a lot? I wished I could've helped you. If I could, I'd have taken away the pain"

"I know, Tae. But look, we have two beautiful pups now" Jeongguk grinned. "It was all worth it"

Taehyung nodded. "I love you so much. Thank you for bearing my pups"

"Alpha, I love you too" Jeongguk smiled. "Don't make me cry again, now"

Taehyung shook his head, standing up. He didn't let go of Jeongguk's hand as he watched the two small beings on Jeongguk.

"Do you want to hold them?" Taehyung's mother's voice came. Even her face looked tired. She had been attending Jeongguk alongside Taehyung for over a month now. She had been living with them, along with Taehyung's father. Taehyung's parents had visited a week or so after they were let known about the pregnancy and stayed until their wedding was over, which took place around a month afterwards.

"Yes" Taehyung whispered with a smile.

Jeongguk sat up on a bed with a grunt of pain and Taehyung helped him settle into the new position. Taehyung's mother picked one of the pups up and handed it over to Taehyung. Taehyung carefully cradled the pup, a bright smile decorating his face.

Jeongguk handed him the other one, which Taehying cradled with his other arm.

"It's a girl and a boy" Jeongguk whispered.

"I honestly thought it would be two girls" Taehyung muttered, to which Jeongguk giggled.

"That one, a boy" Jeongguk pointed to Taehyung's right side. "And the other one is a girl"

"They're beautiful. Just like you"

"The girl has a mole under her eye, just like you" Taehyung's mother said with a grin."And both of them have eyes like Jeongguk's"

They had known that they were going to have twins, not only from the constant check-ups Jeongguk had been getting. But also from how round and big Jeongguk's baby bump had become with time. They were both ecstatic to hear that they were having twins. However, they had decided not to check if they were having girls or boys or both. They had wanted to keep it a surprise until the last moment.

"That's adorable" Taehyung laughed. "Are we going to name them as we decided?"

"Kim Taera and Kim Jaejin" Jeongguk said with a grin.

"You're naming the boy after me?" Jin said, watching them with a smile. "I'm honoured"

"Oh shut up, Hyung" Taehyung rolled his eyes. "It's Jaejin. Not Seokjin"

"Sounds similar enough"

Jeongguk giggled.

Taehyung glanced at Jeongguk with soft eyes. "My love, you should get some rest. You look exhausted"

Jeongguk shook his head. "I didn't feed them yet"

"Oh" Taehyung could see that Jeongguk was lactating. The nipples of his bare chest were stiff and his chest was swollen with milk. Taehyung had realized that Jeongguk's otherwise muscular pecs were becoming soft and full a few weeks after he got to know about the pregnancy. And by the ninth month, they were fully grown and full. Beautifully so, to feed the pups.

They weren't like a woman's, of course. Jeongguk was a male. However, teasing Jeongguk's breasts had become one of Taehyung's guilty pleasures during the pregnancy. Besides, Jeongguk's nipples had become extra sensitive after the pregnancy.

They would slowly start going back to their normal form, though. After the pups' breastfeeding period had passed. And Jeongguk had been whining about how he was going to work out after that period to lose all the baby fat and get his firm, muscular pecs back. Taehyung could only laugh.

"It's barely been thirty minutes. Keep the pups back on Jeongguk, son" Taehyung's mother said. "And they will feed in time"

Taehyung nodded. With Jin's help, Taehyung placed the pups back on Jeongguk's chest and they latched onto Jeongguk like two koalas. He was their mother after all, and skin-to-skin contact was important after birth.

"You should announce to everyone that I gave birth, my love" Jeongguk told Taehyung.

"Shouldn't we both do it?"

Jeongguk shook his head. "They've been out there for hours, hadn't they?"

"Yeah. Everyone is sitting outside the infirmary"

"Then you must hurry. You're the leader alongside me, my alpha. Tell them that I'm in good health and so are the pups. Tell them the names and come back to me"

Taehyung nodded. "I will, then"

Jeongguk smiled. Out of the corner of Taehyung's eye, he saw Jin and Taehyung's mother leave the room. The nurses had also left the room and it was just Jeongguk and Taehyung alone.

Taehyung scratched his head. "Which one is which, again?"

"The right side, Taera and the left side Jaejin" Jeongguk laughed.

Taehyung's eyebrows furrowed together in confusion. "But the right side one is the boy! Jaejin!"

Jeongguk's smile turned into a cheeky grin. He started giggling.

"You're such a tease!" Taehyung exclaimed in disbelief. "You switched their names up!"

Jeongguk laughed. "Wanted to see your reaction"

"Such a liar. I almost believed you. I've been with you for more than a year now and I still fall for your lies"

Jeongguk laughed loudly. "Because you love me. Love is blind"

"You liar. Always lying to me" Taehyung leaned down, pressing his nose against Jeongguk. "Remember when you told me you came to my back because you needed shelter for your heat?"

"Yeah?" Jeongguk giggled.

"And I believed you right up"

Jeongguk giggled loudly.

"Your heat wasn't due for more than a month!" Taehyung said. "And you lied to us about the reason you ran away"

"And you were being such a pain in the ass trying to get me to confess"

"Of course I was. Is lying instinctual to you, my love? Remember when you lied to me again about how you didn't have a thing for my thighs? And how you didn't like being called degrading names?"

Jeongguk gasped. "Tae! Someone might hear!"

"And all the times you told me that your tummy was hurting and I was shit scared?"

Jeongguk giggled loudly. "I wanted to see your reaction!"

"Remember when you said you were going to go into labour last week? But it was just the pups kicking you!"

"I got scared too! But you were running around the house and it was entertaining to see how you panicked. But it wasn't even a lie! Just a false alarm!"

"Bet you were really enjoying lying to me"

"All those times, from your genuine reactions, I felt blessed that I have an alpha like you, who cares for me and loves me from the bottom of his heart"

"Of course I love you. You're my whole world, Jeongguk. My mate. My omega. My one true love"

Jeongguk pressed a soft kiss onto Taehyung's lips. "You're my whole world too. My fated mate. My soulmate. You're my future, Taehyung. I love the future we have built up"

"Even though it started with a lie" Taehyung grinned.

"Shut up! Every dark cloud has a silver lining"

"Absolutely" Taehyung grinned. "Even though you love teasing me with your lies, I will gladly be a fool for you and let you deceit me with your lies. If it means I bring you happiness, I will gladly play the fool for you"

Jeongguk giggled. "Stop. You know I love you"

"Of course. I love you too, my little liar"
