"Based on the coordinates that Ulaz gave us, we should be there by tomorrow." Said Coran as he tapped away at the holo-screen. "During that time, I'll be working on the Telaudav with the help of Pidge and Hunk.

"Alright! That means we can chill for a bit until tomorrow!" Lance said getting excited at the thought of some relaxation.

"That's fine by me, I'll be in my room if anyone needs me." Allura said as she left. You watched as everyone else started leaving the room and decided to head to your own room and play.

You walked down the hall and suddenly you heard the sound of a soft roar. You turned towards the other direction and followed the noise with curiosity. Soon enough you found yourself in a huge room where the lions were sitting tall.

You looked at them in aw, you never really saw them up close so you ran over to the closest one to you and climbed on the Blue Lions foot. You dangled your small legs over the edge but then heard the soft roar again, you immediately looked up at Blue, and slowly his eyes started to glow yellow.

He lifted up his paw and you held on tightly as he brought you up to his snout. You giggled seeing it so up close and crawled on top of his nose. There was a soft rumbling noise emitting from it and you felt it as if she were happy to be there with you.

You giggled sweetly and tried to climb up to his head without any fear whatsoever. You didn't feel scared to be so high up in the air, it was actually amazing and comforting to be there with her.

You were about to reach the top of her head but all of a sudden you felt yourself falling backward.

Blue tilted his nose down but what you didn't notice was that the Red Lion was waiting to catch you at the bottom.

You yelped when you were free-falling on Red, but when you landed, it didn't hurt at all. You carefully got back on your feet and turned to look at Red's glowing yellow eyes. You laughed and rushed over to give her a hug.

Red stood up tall and then lowered her snout only to lift it up in the air again so you would jump in the air. You were in a fit of giggles as she tossed you higher and higher. Around the 5th time she lifted you into the air, you could see the Back lions tail waiting for you to fall on top of.

You slid down its tail until you reached it's back. You watched as all the rest of the Lions came to life and circled the Black Lion.

This was going to be fun.

"Hey Hunk can you hand me the- Whoa!" Pidge shouted as she felt the ground rumble beneath her.

"What was that?" Hunk asked in a panicked tone. "Was that an attack? Are we being attacked? Did they already find us???"

Coran rushed over to the controls. "No, We're not being attacked," Coran confirmed not seeing any enemies outside.

"Then what was-" Pidge was interrupted when the ground rumbled again.

"Coran!" Allura appeared in the doorway, panting and trying to catch her breath. "What was that??"

"I'm not sure princess, but it seems to be coming from the Lion's hanger!" Everyone exchanged a look before bolting out of the room to see what was going on. On their way there, they ran into Shiro, Lance, and Keith.

"What the heck is going on?" Lance asked.

"We're not sure but that rumbling is coming from the lions!" Allura and the other rushed down the halls and made it to the hangers but were utterly shocked. They never expected this.

It was at that moment that Red tossed you high in the air over to the Black.

"Y/N!" Shiro shouted absolutely petrified. You couldn't hear them as you fell on top of Black's snout softly. But as you stood up, you could see the others and simply wave at them.

"Y/n get down from there immediately!" Allura shouted while rushing over to you with the others trailing behind. You looked at her confused but right before they reached Black, he tossed you over to Yellow, allowing you to slide down his tail and onto his back.

"Are-Are they playing with Her??" Questioned Lance with wide eyes.

"Hey Yellow, look, now I'm gonna need you to put her down..." Hunk indicated as he took careful steps towards his Lion, only for Yellow to jump over them and land next to Green where you ran and jumped over to Green's back.

"Y/n stop this immediately! You are going to get hurt!" Allura cautioned, trying to find a way to get you down.

Green bent his tail over to you and you held onto the tip as she lifted you up in the air like before.

"Green, don't you dare!" Pidge shouted, absolutely worried about you. But then Green tossed you to the other side and everyone was literally about to have a heart attack. You simply laughed knowing that the Lions would never really put you in harm's way.

Red opened his mouth and you landed safely inside. Red bent down, letting his head touch the ground. Everyone sighed in relief and Keith walked over to his Lion.

"Alright, enough fun and games Red," Keith said as he knocked on her snout for her to open up. "Red! Come on! Open up!" Keith shouted from outside. Red did as he said but then took Keith in as well.

"What the heck is going on with the Lions???" Asked Hunk, fearing the worst.

"Red! Let us out!" Keith shouted from the inside. You walked over to him and tugged on his pants to get his attention and simply smiled. "You're in big trou-!" You two could feel Red lift her head and open her mouth to toss you two in the air.

Keith screamed and immediately took a hold of you in his arms while you had a laughing fit.

"This is not funny Y/n!" He said as you two fell back down onto Yellow's nose and she let you two slide down to the ground.

"Y/n! What in the world were you thinking! You could have gotten hurt!" Allura shouted as she rushed to give you a bone-crunching hug.

"Yeah, That was way too dangerous Y/n." Shiro added sternly.

"They're playing with me!" You said happily.

"What are you talking about?" Hunk asked.

"Red likes to play ruff, and Yellow is more cautious." You explained. "Blue wanted to go to the pool but I told him he was silly and that he wouldn't fit in the pool!"

"Wait you can talk to them too?" Lanced asked astonished.

"Yup! Sometimes Green would show me some stuff about Altea! And Black showed me how to fight!"

"He WHAT?" Shiro asked not understanding what his lion was thinking, teaching a 3-year-old to fight?!

"Yeah! He would throw punches with his paws and I would copy him! Like this!" You said as you demonstrated by throwing small punches as if everything you just did wasn't potentially life-threatening. "He said that I should always be careful." You added.

"Princess?" Coran said turning to Allura, practically ready to faint at any moment.

"I don't know what to make of this but." Allura kneeled down to your height and held onto your small shoulders. "Y/n, please do not do this again." Your smile soon faded and turned into that of confusion.

"Why?" You asked, not understanding.

"Because this is dangerous. You could have gotten hurt." She tried to explain.

"But they said they were going to protect me no matter what." You said. Allura raised her eyebrows in surprise.

"I know but you had us all worried about you. So please do not do this again." She looked at you with motherly eyes; concerned, loving and caring. You sighed and nodded your head.

"Okay mommy..." Allura stood up and took your hand to walk out along with the others. "Bye Bye." You said as you left, and only then did the Lions shut down. Everyone was utterly amazed seeing how their Lions reacted.

Lance then decided to take you back to his room so you could watch a movie with him since you looked kinda depressed after having to leave your Lion friends.

Meanwhile, Allura was pacing around the lounge, trying to figure out what was going on.

"Allura?" Shiro said catching her attention. "What happened back there? How was she able to activate the Lions? Most of all, she could easily communicate with them." He asked in a worried tone.

"I don't know. But we need to keep an eye on her."

You slowly woke up and looked around your room. You got off your bed and went to your closet to get dressed because you were a big girl and you could do things by yourself. Once you were done, you went to the bathroom to wash your face and then walked out.

The hallways were quiet and empty, maybe even a little eerie. You were startled when you heard a door swosh open, only to reveal Hunk in his Pj's while rubbing his eyes. He then noticed you and smiled kindly.

"Morning Y/n, you wanna help me make breakfast?" Your eyes lit up at the thought and nodded your head. Hunk stretched his hand out to you and you jogged over to hold it. You whistled sweetly to a song you remembered from that movie Lance showed you last night. 'A million dreams'.

"What do you want to prepare kiddo?" Hunk asked you while sitting you on the kitchen counter.

"Ummm...Pancakes!" Was the first thing that came to mind. Hunk thought about it for a second, trying to see what ingredients would make something similar.

"It'll be a challenge, but with the help of my little chef," Hunk ruffled your hair. "I think we can make some awesome pancakes!"

"Yeah!"

Slowly, the other Paladins started to wake up and instinctively made their way to the kitchen smelling something delicious coming from said room.

"Morning everyone!" Hunk said as he served the last batch of--slightly yellow yet edible--pancakes.

"What's this all about?" Pidge asked with a yawn.

"Since today we're gonna go The Blade of Mormora, I thought it would be nice to prepare something special, Y/n wanted to make pancakes so...vuala!" You walked over to the others with a plate in your wobbly little hands. Lance was the first to help you out before you would accidentally spill anything and handed out the plate to the others.

"Eat up!" You said to them. Everyone couldn't help but smile and take a seat to eat, but as you were about to take the last plate, you noticed you were one paladin short.

"Keef?" You asked, looking around.

"Oh, he's probably training." Pidge said casually as she stuffed her face with the delicious food.

"He sometimes misses Breakfast," Lance added. "It's okay Y/n, we can share his portion."

"No!" You furrowed your eyebrows at the thought of him missing breakfast, the most important meal of the day! You walked out of the kitchen and made your way to the training area with his plate at hand.

"Isn't anyone gonna stop her?" Asked Hunk. They simply shrugged and thought it would be better if you convinced their emo friend to eat.

You kept walking down the hall until you reached the training room but when you got there, it was empty. "Huh?"

You walked back and decided to go to his room. You were thankful that Pidge had the idea of putting a sticker with the color of each paladin on their door so you could remember who was in which room.

You walked up to his door with the red sticker and tried to hold the plate with one hand as you knocked on his door with the other.

"What do you want?" You could hear his muffled voice on the other side of the door.

"Keef! Breakfast!" You said as loud as you could so he could hear you.

"I don't want any." He said simply. You puffed your cheeks out in annoyance.

"You have to eat breakfast Keeeeeeef!" You told him.

"I'm not hungry." He answered with a sigh. You rolled your eyes and with a 'Humph!' You sat down in front of his door, waiting for him to come out.

Kieth could hear the noise of the plate being placed on the floor.

Is she waiting outside?

He then heard a faint stomach grumble coming from the other side.

Keith sighed at your stubbornness.

"I don't want any food, go and eat." He told you, but you weren't going to listen. Keith sighed again when he heard your stomach grumble a second time. He got up from his bed and pushed the button to let the door open

Your eyes sparkled seeing him finally come out of his room.

"No skipping!" You said while getting up and showing him his plate. Keith couldn't help but chuckle.

"You're really stubborn you know that?" He said with a small side smile. Keith bent down to take the plate and you put your hands behind your back and waited for him to try it and see what he had to say. Keith awkwardly took the fork that was on top and sliced a small piece and ate it. after chewing it for a bit he was somewhat surprised at how similar it tasted to Earth pancakes.

"Did you make this?" He asked you.

"Yup! With the help of Hunk!" You said in excitement.

"It's pretty good kiddo." Keith swallowed and bent down to pat your head. "Nice job." you reached out and pulled his face towards you so you could place a sweet kiss on his lips.

"Thank you!" You cheered and skipped your way back to the others. Meanwhile, Keith was frozen in place from your actions. After a moment, Keith shook his head to come back to reality. He chuckled a sigh and walked back into his bedroom.

"What an energetic kid."
