As the time passed by,
A new worry hovered in my mind
Thousands of things can go wrong
What if my baby is in danger of any kind?

Talking to friends and family,
Each had his own token of experience
Someone had a story of painful delivery
While some had terrible accidents

How everything affects the mother and the baby,
Gave me tons and tons of anxiety
To keep my baby safe and healthy,
Each day, I prayed the Diety.

Talking to my baby,
A smile would often surface on my face.
Soothing and calming eachother,
Together, we found solace.

Dreaming of our future together,
New hopes started building
And suddenly a thought came up
'What would we name our little darling?'

And hence began the project
To search a name for our little one
A name that would best suit her
And also be a unique one.

Looked for a name here and there
Searched google again and again,
Shortlisted a few which sounded good
Only to discard them once again.

Discussed new names everyday,
And still thought,"Nah! Not this!"
Now when I sit and remember all that,
I realise, those moments were pure bliss!

And then came the day when
Baby's bui and fufu came up with a name.
But it was only for a girl
"What if it's a boy?", we exclaimed.

Asked to suggest a name for a boy too
But they said this one was difficult too.
Laughingly, asked for a week or two
So that they could search a name new.

And thus, the name of my angel was selected
And patiently, we waited for her arrival
Each day, each minute, each second
Seemed like it was something magical.
