It's been a week since that incident with Sam. He still keeps calling and texting nonstop.

Sam: hey can we please talk about this? Received at 3:00 am

Sam: please call me. Atleast let me know you're okay. Received at 4:15am

Sam:I miss you. Please call me, give me one chance. Received just now

You sigh, you decided atleast to hear him out again to hear his voice. Oh how you missed everything about him. You slowly reached for the send button when suddenly it rang. Sam was calling you. Taking a deep slow breath you answered but remained silent waiting for him to speak first. You didn't trust yourself to talk just yet without crying.

"y/n)?"

You shut your eyes tight trying hard not to cry.

"H-hey sam" trying hard to steady your voice.

"Hey uh..how are you?" He laughs nervously.

"To be honest, I miss you.." your breath stopped, how could I say that?!

"I miss you too"

Silence fills the air. Until sam broke the ice.

"Listen, about the other day..I-I'd like to apologize for uh..what happened" he blushed remembering bits and pieces of what happened. Your lips, your perfume, your body. He missed your laugh and just..everything.

"It's alright we can just pretend it never happened.." in all honesty you didn't want to.

"I meant what I said..I do want something more. I do want to still be your boyfriend"

Pause

"If you'll have me.." he breaths out heavily as if he went for a jog.

You didn't know how to answer his statement. Can you truly believe him?..he has chased for a long time maybe he's telling the truth? My heart says go for it but my inner voice says he's using me until he gets what he wants and leaves again. Noticing you didn't respond sam spoke again.

"Open the door please (y/n)?"

You go to your door and you see no one in the peephole.

That's weird why would he tell me to open the door?

You open it and suddenly you see sam, he popped out from the corner where you couldn't see from inside and was holding a bouquet of (fave flowers). His red flannel on buttoned up, his hair disheveled from running all the way from wherever he came from, and his jeans that fit him just right. Everything you missed seeing of Sam Winchester.

"Please give me one more chance at our date? If you truly want nothing to do with me after this then I'm gone. Please?" He asks with hope in his eyes.

Maybe I'll try this..one last time.

"Alright"

"Yes!" He shouts as he makes a victory dance. Almost as if he won a lottery.

"Okay can I take you out right now?"

You nod and he holds his arm out which you shyly take. He walks you down to a park you hadn't seen before. It had a duck pond and where he took you, there was a large blanket laid out with a bag of fast food from (fave food place). You were surprised he remembered your favorite things. You also noticed he had a DVD player with some of your favorite films.

"Make yourself comfortable." He smiles as he points to the seat next to him on the blanket. You oblige and sit down cross crossed, silence and awkwardness filled the air.

It started back in elementary school, you had a crush on (crush's name). He was one of the most popular kids in the classroom. One day he had asked you to be his girlfriend, it was nice for a while as he would hold your thigh in class when you sat next to one another. He carved your name on his desk, you did the same for his. One day he went too far and asked you to do some inappropriate..things that normally young kids shouldn't know about. You refused to do the act with him and after that incident you decided to break up with him. When playing a game of hide and seek with your classmates you spoke to him.

"Hey (crush's name) I think we should break up" you say as your running from the bathroom.

"That's fine, I only went out with you because of a dare" he responds as he runs off after the classmates. You stopped dead in your tracks as you watch him go.

Those words broke you but didn't make you lose hope just yet. Another time it happened was in high school, a boy asked if you'd like to be his girlfriend during lunch. You were curious as to why he asked you out, you had only met the guy a Time or two before.

"Why did you ask me to be your girlfriend?"

"Just Because theres no one else to ask. Plus I'm bored"

So he thought you were so desperate for someone that he must've figured you'd go for anyone who paid attention to you. But you told him off.

"Sorry I'm not that desperate. I want someone who actually wants to go out with me not just because he's bored"

Another time this happened, it was after a New Years party at a friend's. One of your old guy friends told you he liked you in high school and wanted to ask you out. But there were some ulterior motives..

"Oh (y/n) I only didn't ask you out cause you won't let me touch you"

"Well I don't let Just anybody touch me. Besides you wouldn't be worthy of it anyways" after that day he would make fun of you cause you never had a boyfriend. It made you all the more less trusting of men and their motives for asking you out or even noticing you. You wouldn't let these types of men take advantage of you, you are a good person who deserves love and respect not a one night stand.

"And that is all the reasons why I have major trust issues.." you look down at your hands at you play with your shirt. Sam was angry at all those guys who acted that way with you. He wanted to prove he was different. But How? What can he do to break through your walls and show you matter to him?
