"I blessed a day I found you, I want to stay around you, now and forever, let it be me." She said with deep emotion. Yu watched from a far as Violet read to a group of children between the ages of 12-15 years old. She was dressed in a white lace dress along with black stockings and purple high heels. Her curly hair was pulled into a ponytail while she held a book for young adults. The children listened as she read. "And so my love is a blessing, a joy, a gift that is yours. Forgive me if I do not say the same." Yu heard a child say as he moved toward her. 

 Yu watched curiously. "You've read this?" Violet smiled as she faced her direction to a 12 year old boy, reading the exact line he just recited. "Sorry, Ma'am. I didn't mean to interrupt, please continue." The boy sunk back into his chair. Violet gave the boy another quick smile before going back to the book. Yu continued to watch. He had gone back to work after a few days and decided to take Violet along with him. Yu was a doctor in a children's hospital. There were many different kinds of children there, from older ones who had just turned 4 to younger ones who still lived at home. It wasn't too busy and most people were content, though occasionally some would ask about their parents or grandparents. "Dr. Nakahara, please go tend to Zipporah. It's time she takes her medicine." A doctor called for Yu. Yu nodded before leaving the room where he had been standing. When he got outside, it seemed like everyone was rushing to get somewhere else or just to have a break. After he checked on Zipporah, Yu saw Violet and one of the nurses talking. Yu walked over to them. Violet looked up when he approached.

"Yu! Are you done working?" Violet asked. "Yes. It seems so." He responded while glancing at his watch, Yu asked Violet to stay put while he clocked out. Once Yu was finished, he went to join Violet. They walked toward the door. They both made their way down the street toward his apartment. The rain began to pour as soon as Yu and Violet stepped into the elevator. Yu pushed the button to his floor. He glanced at Violet as the elevator slowly started to move upward. "I know you don't mind but, why did you take me with you? "Violet questioned. "I didn't want you to be alone and get bored now do I?" Yu chuckled. "Th-then I'll get a job myself!" Violet exclaimed. Yu laughed again. As the elevator opened to the third floor, the two walked out onto the hallway and to Yu's apartment. Yu unlocked the door with his key and stepped aside. Once they got in, Yu closed the door behind them. "Violet, go rest. I'm gonna cook some dinner!" Yu said. "Oh... okay then...But I could help you!" Violet clutched the man's arm, insisting on helping him. "Vi, it's fine. Go sit somewhere else. You already helped me enough today." Yu smiled and gave her shoulder a gentle pat. "B-but, Yu...." Violet pouted, seeming as if she was at the verge of tears.

Yu shook his head. "Go rest Vi." He repeated. She reluctantly let go of Yu's arm and left for their shared bedroom. Ever since Violet had come around, Yu had been sleeping on a spare mattress the floor, he's been doing so much for her that Violet felt like a burden and tried to help him the best she could. However, no matter how hard Violet tried, Yu would always play a gentlemanly role and do things for her without asking for anything in return. Violet kneeled down in between Yu's mattress and the bed Yu had her sleep on.

"Dearest Anne, I don't know if you can hear me, or if you're even here. But, remember the time you told me that if you'd die one day I'd find a new owner? Well, yes! Yes, I found a new owner! He reminds me so much of you, he's sweet, he's gentle, he's kind." Violet paused for a moment, looking away from the window she was staring at as she seemingly talked with Anne. "He has the same brown hair as yours Anne. He also has the same eyes. The only difference is that his are a warm shade of amber instead of blue. It's as if fate brought us together... Or you're the one who brought us together?" Violet laughed lightly before continuing, "When I first met him, he seemed so unsettled by my presence, I don't blame him though. But just a few days went by and he's been treating me like he's known me forever now." Violet smiled softly and continued, "He makes me laugh everyday Anne... He makes my life brighter and brighter each day... And aside from my days with you, I have never ever been happier in my entire life than I am right now..."

And from the other side of the door, Yu was there, listening to Violet talk to Anne about him. He couldn't stop smiling either. He was awestruck by Violet's statements about him, he's never felt so moved before. Yu placed his hand over his heart and took a deep breath. His chest hurt because of how much it was beating, but he didn't care, as soon as he found out she was the doll he found, he had a sudden instinct to protect her and care for her. 

No matter what. He wanted nothing more than to take good care of her.
