Yoongi had just gotten out of work. Considering that it's 7 PM at night, Yoongi counts today as getting off early. Usually the company would keep him in as long as possible so he could work on some marketing and ads for his new album. Today he called it quits when his manager told him that they had a shooting for a chicken ad the next hour.

He quickly gathered his things and checked out of the building before pacing to his car in case someone noticed him leaving a bit early.

He decided to call Jimin up and see what his boyfriend wanted for dinner.

"Hi, babe!" A small, cheerful voice echoed through the phone which made Yoongi smile.

"Hey, darling. I just got off work, is there anything you want for dinner?"

The phone goes dead but soon the sound of multiple doors opening and closing makes itself know. Yoongi put the pieces together and came up with the conclusion that Jimin was rummaging through all the cabinets and drawers at the apartment.

"Can you stop and get some flat chicken and bread crumbs?" Jimin's voice was sweet in hopes he'd get the right answer.

Yoongi chuckles before taking the next light and turning around to go in the direction of the nearest store.

"Sure thing. Anything else? Dessert?"

"Oh, yes! A bag of gummy bears will do!"

Yoongi turned the car off before grabbing his wallet and getting out, careful to lock the door behind him.

"Okay, love. I'll see you when I get home."

"Bye, Yoongi!"

The call ended and Yoongi shoved his phone into the pocket of his long coat. Once inside the store, he drops various items inside his handheld basket. He knew exactly what Jimin was aiming for- dino nuggets...or nuggies as the boy would say. Although this is his first time making them homemade, Yoongi is certain he will meet Jimin's satisfaction.

Before forgetting the gummy bears, Yoongi also set a small box of chocolates in the basket for his baby.

The clerk that's checking out his items gives Yoongi a questioning look when she scanned the package of dinosaur cookie cutters.

He quickly paid for his groceries and sprinted back to his cars with arm fulls of bags.

Jimin had been waiting for what seemed like forever for his beloved boyfriend and daddy to come home. He was seated in the lazy chair facing the door from the living room with his legs in 'criss-cross applesauce.'

Once he hears the little 'click' coming from the doorknob, Jimin is quick to his feet.

"Yoongi!" He raced over to the elder who almost dropped the bags due to the other giving him a death squeeze.

"I missed you, too." Yoongi laughs before making his way to the kitchen to set everything down on the table. Without wasting anymore time, he takes out the chicken breast and puts it on a cutting board before turning back towards Jimin.

"Want to help me cut them?"

"Oh boi, do I!" Jimin giggles before hopping up on a small stool that he insisted be kept in the kitchen just so he could reach his special cups. Although, Yoongi hated the idea and decided to put all the knives and harmful objects in a hidden place in the back of a few cupboards.

"Hold on, baby!" Yoongi says in a rush to stop Jimin from touching the slimy meat. He goes into a closet and brings out Jimin's monkey apron to tie around the younger's waist. Once done, the boy is free to his imagination.

Jimin analyzes each dinosaur cut out before picking up a pink triceratops. He giggles, his eyes forming crescents and he forcefully presses the cut out onto the chicken.

The two boys each take turns cutting out various species of dinosaur. When they were done, Yoongi made sure that Jimin washed his hands twice because he didn't want anyone to deal with any type of disease. Yoongi was breading the chicken as the other sat at the kitchen table and colored in his new Pokémon coloring book.

"Daddy, look!" Jimin squealed and held up his pink and blue pikachu.

Yoongi let out a small laugh and gave the boy a smile. "It's almost as beautiful as you."

Time goes by as each of them do their thing. Once in a while Jimin would bring a picture he had colored to show Yoongi and he'd receive such a wonderful praise.

The time had come and dinner was done. Yoongi was careful to place just the right amount of food on the boy's plate as the younger was always fussy if he didn't receive enough or if he received more than enough. Although, he wasn't afraid to ask for seconds.

"Mmmm!~" Jimin over exaggerates...just a tiny bit as he digs into some Mac n Cheese while collaborating it with a bite of chicken and ketchup.

After dinner, Yoongi was extremely tired. Even though he had gotten off early, the days and days of not sleeping were catching up to him. But Jimin insisted that the couple cuddled until someone fell asleep.

The two were planted on the couch. The freshly dyed pink haired boy sat right in the middle of Yoongi's lap, both of them craned back in the couch.

On the TV, the music theme of Spongebob played as yet another episode was on. Jimin was happily sucking on some gummy bears and gummy worms while occasionally eating some chocolates that he graciously thanked Yoongi for.

Yoongi, on the other hand, had his eyes half closed while he stared at the boy in front of him. Once in a while he's pop a smile as he'd think about the two of them together. Just the thought of Jimin made his heart flutter, he hopes that Jimin felt the same. Of course Jimin did. He loved his Yoongi and Daddy way too much to think any less of him.

Jimin felt the tight grip around his waist loosen and hears the soft, steady exhales of the boy behind him. He turns the TV down most of the way before putting his gummies off to the side before turning around in the blanket and laying his head right below Yoongi's and right on the other's heart. He laid on he belly so one hand was automatically pressed against Yoongi's chest.

"Love you so much, Daddy. Goodnight." Jimin whispered before planting a small kiss to the already sleeping boy's lips and then chest. Jimin knew that Yoongi was sleeping so he didn't expect anything back.

 "Nigh' baby boy..." Yoongi whispers in such a hushed tone before both of the drift.
