PEOPLE. I MADE THE 12 X 300 IMS TEST SET.
Okay I might not have explained this set before so I will now. So we do 12 x 300 IMs on a descending interval. We start on 5:00 minutes, and the final interval is 4:05, and the last one is for time. I had never made the set before, and since it's the THIRD week of the season, I started freaking out because we had to do it. Then I made the set and my last 300 was a 4:00, an to make it better we did starts after. It was a good practice.
Also I went the AAA time in 3/4 of my broken goal 225s (we do 225s to imitate 200 LCM). The one I didn't get it in was the 200 back. Which is the WORST event ever. I went 2:35 in that.

Also school has been BUSY which sucks because I can't write on here or do anything.
