Ban had given Achilles D9 to Hiro, who needed a new LBX. In turn, his father gave him another machine created from the data they've gathered in the process of the first, Odin Mk2.

They were told to spar against each other, as it is the fastest way for both to get used to their new LBXs as soon as possible. Otacross blatantly stated how Ban couldn't control its speed, while Hiro was still blinded by its power.

"Our abilities can't keep up with the performance of these LBXs..." Ban looked up at his opponent with determined eyes. "Let's keep training, Hiro!"

"Yes! We'll learn to master them!"

"Do they have the luxury to do all that training?" Sendou muttered, uncertainty in his voice.

"If Mizel comes, we'll figure something out." Gouda replied.

"Don't underestimate Vector. We can't win against them on our own."

"The only thing we can do is wait." Kazu stated.

"We're here too!" A cheerful voice came from the door.

The green haired boy's eyes lightened up. "Riko! Ginji! Tetsuo! You came!"

"We can't just stay still when the world's in trouble!" Riko grinned. "We wanna help out too!"

"You guys..."

Sendou still wasn't convinced this would help. "That only adds three more to the pile..."

"There're us too!" A proud voice declared. "We're the LBX battlers of love and justice, OtaRangers!"

"You guys!"

"Master, please look outside!"

"What?"

As soon as they got on to the lobby, they found a large crowd waiting to greet them.

"Ryuu! Mika!"

"Keita! Reina! Kouji!"

"Even the Hacker Corps!"

"All of the LBX players here feel the same way." OtaRed explained. "We'll take back the world from Mizel! We'll fight with you!" The crowd cheered along with him.

Gouda had a large grin on his face. "With all these LBX players..."

"This might work out." Sendou had a smile of his own.

"This is great, Ban!"

He nodded at the blue haired boy. "Yeah!"

Suddenly, a loud crash came from the center of the city. They headed back up to the Seeker Base. The monitors show Vectors attacking from the skies. Generators, schools, stations, and many other places were being destroyed all at once.

"Transformer substations, broadcasting offices, water plants, and terminals have all taken damage."

"What's going on? They haven't attacked city lifelines until now..." Professor Oozora muttered, tensing up as she realized. "Did Mizel change his plans?"

"Damage from Vectors is rapidly increasing!"

"Almost all of the major facilities in south Tokio City are destroyed!"

"Let's get out there!" Kazu urged. "We can't let them go on like this!"

"Yeah, that's right!" Gouda nodded.

"Now is the time to show them justice!" OtaRed exclaimed.

"But we can't face that huge number of Vectors..." Takuya interjected.

"We've powered up all the LBXs thanks to the data from Achilles D9 and Odin Mk2, but..." The professor still feared it wasn't enough.

A call from Yuuki came in, asking them to come to the lab. He showed them a large number of newly modeled riding saucers and a case full of Luminous Shooters. The lab chief had made just barely enough for everyone.

Once equipped, they all headed out.

They broke off into smaller groups, each taking a certain part of the city. Jin, Yuuya, and Jessica remained behind to protect Tiny Orbit.

"Just as predicted..." Yuuya muttered. A group of black LBXs were headed their way.

Jin nodded. "They probably want the data on the Luminous Shooter, Achilles D9, and Odin Mk2."

"We can't let them near." Jessica pulled out her CCM, and so did the rest. Jeanne D was already stationed, aiming with its Luminous Shooter at the first Vector.

"Let's go, Yuuya!"

"Yeah!"

Triton and Liu Bei charged ahead, dodging bullets from the remaining Vectors. Triton caught one under its hammer while Liu Bei was fending off the rest. One got past it and aimed to tackle Triton, but the latter was able to swat it off. In the split second when Triton was distracted, the Vector it was originally fighting caught hold of its limb.

Jin smirked. "It's pointless. Ghostjacking won't work." Those at the lab had created a special polymer cover to protect them from the nanomachines. Now, they were finally able to fight without the fear of losing their LBXs looming above them. Triton used its hammer to knock the Vector off balance. "Hissatsu Function!"

"Attack Function, Ocean Blast."

Triton took out the two Vectors at once.

"Hissatsu Function!"

"Attack Function, Byakko Shohazan."

Liu Bei rendered another three motionless.

Jessica used the Luminous Shooter to take out the final Vector. "Alright!"

"Everyone, be careful." Takuya's voice came from their CCMs. "All the remaining Vectors are gathering here!" Sure enough, tiny green lights were slowly making their way to Tiny Orbit.

It didn't take long for them to knock away their strongest weapon. "Jeanne D!"

"We're coming now!" Liu Bei jumped in, but was quickly batted away by one of the Vectors. It was then shot at multiple times. Triton too was shot in midair as it leapt over some of the Vectors. Both LBXs broke over as the Vectors surrounded Jeanne D.

"Jin, Yuuya, can you hear me?" Professor Yamano's voice came from their CCMs.

"Jeanne D..." Jessica was starting to panic. They could easily destroy her LBX now.

But they didn't.

Two more LBXs came out of nowhere and knocked away the ones surrounding her. "Ikaros Zero and Ikaros Force!" The former held on to a familiar hammer, while the other had a sword and shield equipped. "Jin? Yuuya?"

The two gave her a reassuring smile. "Hissatsu Function!"

"Attack Function, Impact Kaiser."

"Attack Function, Power Slash."

Their special attacks took out a large quantity of the ones in the area. Soon, they were joined by Achilles D9 and Odin Mk2. Achilles D9 joined the battle on the ground while Odin Mk2 took to the skies.

"No signals on the radar. We've confirmed all the vectors in Tokio City have been eliminated!"

Cheers came from all their friends across the open line. Ban and Hiro climbed up the stairs to meet with the three.

"We were able to protect the city thanks to everyone's help." Ban smiled.

Jin nodded. "Yeah. Thank goodness."

"You humans really want to get in my way."

Hiro looked around for the source of the voice, and found a large machine hovering above them. "That's..."

"Mizel Trouzer!" Ban called.

It was looking down at them. Literally and figuratively. "You are bugs that have broken out of the perfect world. Bugs need to be eliminated immediately." The large javelin it held charged up and it threw it to the ground, right in the center of the city. A shockwave passed through the area, followed closely by a large scale explosion. The kids all braced themselves, there was no time to look for cover. When their eyes opened, they found the city in shambles.

"To all mankind."

"O-Legion?!" Its creator seemed to be in shock about its new appearance, while the other professor was occupied by another factor. "Why is Mizel's voice coming out of it?!"

The Mizel Trouzer landed in the center of the rubble. "Surrender to me."

"Surrender?!"

"24 hours... I will give you 24 hours. That's the longest I will defer. However, if you do not surrender within that time limit, I'll force reset Earth, along with all humans." He let that threat loom over them before continuing, "You know very well why Mizel Trouzer hasn't attacked, right? Seto 50 is inside it. If you make any strange movements, it can destroy everything in a moment."

"Could it be...?"

"O-Legion is... Mizel?"

"Yes, I am this LBX. Mizel O-Legion." He ignored the visible shock on their faces. "I anticipate mankind's prudent decision."

"What a joke! We won't let him get away with this!" Gouda yelled. He was the first to break the silence once everyone had gathered back at Seeker Base.

"But Mizel has Seto 50..." Professor Oozora reminded him. "We can't make any light moves."

"Isn't there anything we can do?" Ami asked, the desperation clear in her voice.

"Professor Yamano, we might be able to use that..." Kirishima suddenly spoke up. The central monitor displayed a hologram of half a dome.

Takuya observed its shape. "And this is...?"

"Grand Sphere. It creates an energy field using the fortified cardboard technology. If these OPG devices are set up like this, it can enclose an enormous area."

"In other words, it's a massive D-egg." Ban simplified.

"Exactly. The Grand Sphere can absorb 100% of any physical attack."

Professor Oozora's expression lit up. "Then, if we use this system..."

"We can trap Mizel Trouzer." Professor Yamano agreed.

"Even if Seto 50 is detonated, there won't be any damage outside of the area." Takuya concluded.

"That's awesome!" Asuka cheered.

Kazu grinned ear to ear. "We can beat Mizel with that!"

Kirishima frowned. "But there's a problem. We need a diameter of at least two kilometers to make an energy field large enough to completely cover Mizel Trouzer. We'd need 1000 LBXs to hold up the OPG devices to cover that distance. If we include the LBX needed to suppress the Vectors, we'd need over 10,000 LBXs."

"10,000?!" Ban exclaimed.

"How do we get that many LBXs..." Ran asked, more to herself than anyone else.

"If that's the only method we've got, we'll just have to get them." Hiro stated, more determined than ever.

Ban nodded. "Right. Let's do everything we can to get them!"

"Sounds tough, but we'll have to do it!" Cobra agreed.

"Yeah!"

Takuya went to one of the Seeker's members. "Alright, channel through every form of media you can to get LBX players from around the world!"

"Understood!"

"Call the LBX makers to help out and make back up plans." Professor Yamano said to another.

"Yes, sir!"

"We'll work on the strategy to defeat Mizel Trouzer!" Yagami turned to Cobra who nodded.

"I'll try to get aid from Prime Minister Zaizen and the other nations."

"That sounds good."

"We'll protect it no matter what!" Hiro stated.

The brunette nodded at him. "Yeah. Tokio City and the world!"
