Nikolai Yezerverk:

"You take the left wing! I got the right!" Hannah called, charging in.

"Who made you captain?!" I called back, but I did it anyway.

We fought back to back with one another. A path was cleared out when Muraku used Catastrophe Drive and Haruki used Tri-Cannon. Hikaru used Storm Sword and Arata used his two gun, Blast Magnum.

"Hissatsu Function!" I called.

"Attack Function, Winter Storm."

"Hissatsu Function!" Hannah said.

"Attack Function, Dawn of Time."

We destroyed 3 LBXs each. Then some giant robot came crashing down from the cieling. Kaito called it the Cylongarter, an upgraded version of the Draganzied, the robot that nuked the Death Forest. Also, you might know these robots by another name, Killer Droid.

Cathrine was attacked and she was going to be finished if it weren't for Rikuya's group protecting her. Then Rikuya's platoon became LOST and the next thing we know, we heard them panic and then suddenly static.

"This is poison gas." Seredy's voice came in. "Once LOST, the student within the control pod will be gassed and killed."

Niara Levanov:

"What the hell..." I muttered.

"This is the feature he installed..." Jin muttered. His hands balled into fists as he gripped on the railings. "Seredy... You monster..."

(I may be the vice commander of Rossius, but I let myself in Harness' control room just this once. Just for this battle cause I need company from people who actually know me rather than that strict commander.)

"I just aant to make this childish little play-war a little more realistic." Seredy stated. "Please enjoy it. Then all the students started panicking.

"Watch closely, people of the world. This is the War Time of the Second World." Seredy said. "A place filled with lie and deceit, that claims to be protecting world peace. That place has been rewritten into a true battlefield. This is the true form of war!"

Kenbishi Hannah:

Everyone was scared. They were all panicking and our World's forces are breaking down.

"Rikuya's platoon is dead..." Haruki muttered.

"And we might end up like them..." Hikaru continued.

"No way..." Yuno said.

"Death goes hand in hand with true war." Seredy stated simply. "You all have simply been playing a game until now. Do you understand that now?"

"They're dying..." Arata muttered. "People are dying!"

"That's war..." Seredy stated simply.

"How dare you do that to Rikuya and the others!" Arata snarled. "I'll never forgive you!"

His LBX then transforemed to Dot Blastrizer G-Ext and he activated Overload, even though Mr. Kaidou told him not to.

"Arata, stop!" Muraku called out. No luck. Arata didn't hear him and began attacking the Cylongarter.

Evangeline Mech: (Are you surprised?)

I'm with Yagami and ex Prime Minister Zaizen right now. Yagami was driving us to the government and the ex-Prime Minister sitting behind me at back seat in Yagami's van.

"Who could've imagined that Kamui Island would fall to this..." Mr. Zaizen commented. "But Yagami, Mech-chan, haven't you two been investigating that island?"

"Thanks to Kaidou Jin, yes." Yagami stated.

I thought back to that time nearly 7 months ago. We were at the docks and Jin was about to take his leave.

"Yagami-san, I'm heading off to Kamui Island. I'm trusting you to investigate the management system that we talked about that's behind Kamui Island." He had stated in a serious tone.

"I believe he was suspicious of the Second World from the very beginning." I stated. "And not only him, but Niara Levanov as well."

"And now we've arrived at this stunning conclusion." Mr. Zaizen stated. "We have to report this to the Prime Minister ASAP, and find a way to deal with it."

I let out a sigh and looked out the window of the car. Some day off this turned out to be...

Kenbishi Hannah:

Arata destroyed the Cylongarter in 30 seconds flat.

"Amazing..." Nikolai muttered. So that's the power of Overload...

Arata aimed for the phantom LBX Seredy had. But once it hit, instead of getting destroyed, the LBX transformed.

Red sword bits started flying around it and then they were positioned in such a way that they looked like missles. Then they turned green and plasma beams shot out of it. It began destroying our World Alliance's LBXs. Then they turned back to sword bits and began stabbing through the LBXs, one by one, flying through each of the LOST LBXs.

"There's so many!" Mikhaik stated.

"No kidding!" Nikolai added.

Then sword bits aimed for them and hit them both, causing them to become LOST.

"Muraku, stay on guard-" Mikhail's voic turned to static.

"Damnit-" Nikolai's as well.

"Mikhail!" Muraku called out.

Mikahial... Nikolai... My mind faltered for a minute, but I immediately regained my senses and dodged a sword bit right on time. They're gone... Cathrine was next. She was destroyed in seconds. They're all gone... Bunta protected Nozomi and Tadashi with the craft carrier when they were about to get hit. He was gassed as well. What should I do... I looked down on the ground. Bits a peices of LBXs were littered all over. I... I... I can't. I can't help the ones that we have lost...

I took a deep breath to calm myself down and gather my thoughts. Death is normal in war... This is true war... What we've been doing until now has only been a game... We've been doing it to protect the world... But does that make it right? I blinked and shook my head. It'll work out somehow... It has to.

The battle came to a standstill as we watch Arata and Seredy go face to face with one another. Arata would dodge the plasma beams and sword bits. Seredy try to avoid Arata's attacks. At one point, all of the plasma beams have Dot Blastrizer G-Ext in range, but then Muraku jumped in managed to divert some of the plasma beams to aim for him instead. They both dodged in the nick of time and Muraku activated his hissatsu, only to be bouned back by Seredy's force field. He was then hit several times by the sword bits and fell to the ground, lucky he hasn't LOST or break over. Then the alarms rung, signalling the end of War Time.

Those of us who hasn't become LOST when to check on our friends. The pods were kocked closed. Haruki banged on Rikuya's and some others did the same on Roy and Akane's.

"Nikolai!" I banged on the door, hoping for an answer, but no avail. Damnit... Is everyone really dead?

I stood up straight and stared at Nikolai's pod. Hang in there buddy. I'll get you out of there soon. I swear, I'll drag you back to Earth and kill you all over again if you die on me now.

We were escorted back to class by Ayabe and two guards. The class atmosphere was stale. The silence was deafening but none of us could speak after what happened.

"Death comes after war... Death comes after war..." I kept muttering unconciously. I'm pretty much concious of it now, but i have no intentions of stopping. "Death comes after war... After war... But the war's not over yet... Meaning..." More people will die.

Mist of the girls are freaking out. The boys were all stunned and terrified of going back into battle. Though some of us remain strong. Then Arata stated he could hear something coming from the door, only to reveal that it was just Kojou Takeru and the rest of Harness' first platoon.

Hanako then broke and started wailing. Yuno did her best to comfort her. Everyone else became even more depressed. Then Vanessa cursed and she punched the wall, making Arata's head hurt.

Didn't Mr. Kaidou mentioned that Overload have side effects? Maybe this is one of them...

Nighttime soon fell and the Second World was activated once again. War Time will start soon. Everyone was discouraged to go but the guards forced us and we eneded up on the battle field.

"Remind me again, why are we following his orders?" I remember Nikolai asking me yesterday.

"Because we don't want to die, idiot." I told him.

Because we don't want to die. Why do people even fear death if it was a natural occurance? No one knew the answer of course. The human mind is a mystery.
