Grammar - 5 Points
1: Too many mistakes that it was to cringe to read.
2: More grammatical mistakes than correct ones.
3: Noticeable Mistakes
4: Very Few Mistakes. Could read through and hardly notice.
5: Perfect. One with no grammatical mistakes. No typos or incorrect punctuation.

Character Building - 5 Points
1: There was no character development. Characters we similar.
2: Character development was jumpy. Not consistent.
3: Just good. Not great but tolerable.
4: A few slip ups on character development.
5: Strong character build. Left a strong impression on the reader.

Writing Style - 5 Points
1: Basic, not unique.
2: A little different from the basic layout.
3: Not much cohesion with the flow.
4: Good, only slightly confusing.
5: Unique and can easily follow.

Uniqueness of Plot-line - 5 Points
1: Not really sure what this plot line is about.
2: Follows the same structure as other. Very cliché.
3: In between the line of unique and cliché.
4: A tad bit cliché, but added twists that kept the reader interested.
5: Totally unique in every aspect.

Overall Enjoyment - 10 Points
2: What even is this book?
4: Only read because it needed judging.
6: It was ok.
8: I like it!
10: This was a total page turner!! I loved it!

What To Do?

1. GRADING!

- Follow the criteria above.

-Try and have all grades in before or on the deadline.

- Your grades will be voided if you do not complete your scores within a reasonable time.

2. FEEDBACK!
-You are required to give short 2+ sentence feedback with your grades. This is for the writers to see what they need to work on, etc. (Example on how to format them below)

3. DEADLINE!
- The deadline for your feedbacks and scores are APRIL 26th! If you are having troubles finishing them within that time, please private message us and we will try and work something out.

4. WHERE?
- You will be sending all grades and feedback to us through private message. Therefore we can tally up the scores and announce the winners.
- You will find all of your books in the assigned genre reading lists on our page.

5. VOTING!
- As judges, you are also required to vote for your favorite cover. They will be posted in a separate chapter. Each judge must pick one cover from EACH genre and send in their votes. (Please wait until we give the signal)

6. OTHER RULES!
- There should be no bribery at all. If a contestant messages you with a bribe, please let us know and they will be DISQUALIFIED!
- You are required to read a MINIMUM of 5 chapters or UNTIL YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE ENOUGH TO GRADE! If you want to read the whole book, go ahead it is your decision.
