Okay off topic but I was thinking (a horrible idea, really, but I've already thought the thoughts so it's too late now)

And the most annoying thing about DCMK isn't the fact that Ran hasn't realized Conan is Shinichi. It isn't Aoko completely missing the fact that Kaito is KID. And it's not the fact that Mori doesn't give a fuck that he can never remember solving murders. Hell, it isn't even the fact that the police trust a bunch of seven year olds to be hanging around a crime scene.

No, the most annoying thing has to be that there's a CANONICAL MAGIC SYSTEM, and Gosho Aoyama just- never brought it up again-
