Atem took a sip of his drink as he sat on his chair in boredom.

"Yo Pharaoh, I got a message for ya"

The thief king said walking up to Atem with a card. Atem frown as he took it and was surprise to see an invitation from Pegasus to meet him at his castle.

"Are you going Akefia?"

Atem asked to his comrade. The thief smirk as he held up his invitation card in between his finger.

"Wouldn't miss it"

He said.

"You?"

He asked to Atem.

"I don't know"

He said putting the card down.

"You're still thinking about that idiot, aren't you"

He said knowingly, since he knew Atem for a long time this was actually the first that he sees his friend in a dump over a nobody.

"If you actually cared for that idiot then why did you shoot him?"

He asked taking a seat across from Atem.

"He pissed me off, he ratted me out to the feds and then what? Just because he tampered with the evidence and I'm suppose to be happy about it and take him back?"

He said with a scoff.

"You know for a fact, you can never betray anyone in this line of business"

He said quietly. Akefia nodded his head in agreement.

"That's why I go for the quiet ones, no one won't care. Besides I was inform by my toy that your ex-lover boy is alive and well"

"From who?"

Atem asked in surprise. Akefia smirk with a wide grin.

"That's all you need to know. Apparently your aim was bad or unless you just shot him for to hurt him not kill him"

Atem remained quiet as he knew the thief is right.

'Maybe this party would help ease my mind'

He thought.

"On second thought, maybe this meeting will be a good distraction"

He said. Akefia stood up with a stretch.

"Well that's all we have for therapy session"

He said sarcastically walking away causing Atem to shake his head.

*Duelist Kingdom*

"Ah welcome friends from near and far"

Pegasus said from a stage while crowds of druglords and criminals were sitting at a tables enjoying their drink and meal while looking to Pegasus who was the Godfather.

"He loves to hear himself talk"

Atem said to Akefia who took a sip.

"You gotta admit, he throws one hell of a party"

Akefia said as he grabbed a bread roll. Atemu looked to Pegasus as he continued to talk. The sound of commotion caused everyone's attention to turn to the double doors. Pegasus glared towards his guards that were standing by the door not even moving.

"What do I pay you for?"

He yelled. The guards remained frozen before falling to the ground. Some druglords stood up in shock wondering what's going on.

"What's happening?!"

Pegasus said to his intercom on his ear but received no response. The double doors soon swings open revealing Yami with a cast holding a shot gun. Everyone immediately stood up and pointed their own guns towards Yami who paid no attention to them and made his way to Atem and immediately got down on his knees in front of him. Atem was surprise to see Yami and the surprise entrance that he made.

"Why are you here?"

Atem hissed towards Yami who lift up his head looking into his ex-lover's eyes.

"As long as my heart still beats, I will always come back to you"

He said causing Atem to look to him in disbelief.

"Hello and who might you be? Do you have an invitation"

Pegasus said. Atem let out an annoyed sigh as he took the gun away from Yami allowing everyone else to put their guns down.

"Is he a threat?"

A nearby druglord asked to Atem. Atem looked to Yami before looking to everyone else.

"He's with me"

He said as he grabbed Yami's arm pulling him up without hurting his cast.

"Is he a threat? He just killed my guards!"

Pegasus said in disbelief.

"I just shot them with darts, they wouldn't let me in"

Yami said in defense but Atem pulled him behind him.

"It's fine, he's just a fan"

Atem said causing Yami to smile as he remembered Atem said the exact same thing when they first met. Everyone then sat back down and began to enjoy themselves again.

"I love a dinner and a show"

Akefia said proudly as he digged into his steak. Atem then dragged Yami outside passing the guards that are out cold.

"Get out of here"

Atem warned.

"I'm not going anywhere"

Yami said seriously. Atem rolled his eyes as he was about to walk but Yami blocked his path.

"Then shoot me"

He said causing Atem to look to him sternly.

"Why? What else do you want from me?"

He asked.

"Just don't let me go, I would rather you destroy my body, tear me to shreds, do as you please even if I scream, squirm and cry just don't let me go. Losing you hurts more than any other pain in this world"

He said passionately causing Atem's heart to flutter at those words.

"Yami"

He said softly not knowing what to say.

"Yami, I..."

He began to say but Yami immediately got down on his knees in front of Atem.

"If you push me away I will just only come back, but if you kill me now then you will never sense my presence anymore"

He said as he shut his eyes tight, waiting for Atem to make his decision. Seconds felt like forever to Yami until he finally heard Atem's voice.

"Stand up"

Yami did what he was told but kept his head down.

"You've played with my emotions..."

"No, my emotions for you were just as real"

Yami said making his point clear.

"Let me finish"

Atem warned causing Yami to shut his mouth.

"You've play with my emotions, you got my case dismissed, I abandoned you, I shot you and that still didn't stop you, and now you came in barging into the Godfather's home"

Yami sadly felt his eyes began to tear up.

"And yet...I still can't get rid of my feelings for you"

He said causing Yami to look to him in surprise.

"Does that mean..."

He said trailing off with a small smile. Atem rolled his eyes before smirking.

"Yes, I still love you, idiot"

"I love you too"

"I can tell"

He said as he opened his arms to Yami who happily embraced him before kissing each other passionately.
