~(Y/n)'s POV~
I looked up into the night sky. Kion sat next to me doing the same. Kion came back to the Pridelands after his journey to the Tree of Life. He told me that he was cured from the snake poison but his scar remained. Of course, I missed my dear friend when he was away.

I wish he never left but he had to, to get rid of that poison that was making him lose control of the roar which he returned to the Tree of Life when arrived there. I looked over at him as he stared up at the stars. "It was pretty lonely here without you, Kion." I said, Kion looked at me and gave me a goofy looking smile.

"Yeah, I missed you too, (Y/n). But, I met some cool animals and friends along the way. I wish you could've come with me." Kion said. "Yeah, me too." I said as I brought my legs to my chest as I put my chin on top of my knees. "But, I had to be here and help your sister even though I was supposed to be by your side. I mean I promise after you saved me with the roar." I said to him.

Kion chuckled. I moved closer to him as I wrapped my arms around his neck, squeezing him slightly hugging him. Kion let me hug him as his paws wrapped around my back. I let go asking. "Meet anyone cool on your journey?" Kion smirked as cocked my head to the side in confusion. "No, of course not." He said with a little hint of sarcasm in his voice.

I frowned. "Don't use sarcasm with me, mister! I taught you that you can't use it against me that not fair." I said, ruffling his hair tuft that's gotten longer over time. "Sarcasm? I don't know what you mean?" He said snickering as he got up and walked towards den. "Kionnnn!"
