With hand full of Fortune and charm,
You sent them to the beautiful earth.
Empty handed you sent me, was that my harm?
Or am I supposed to be cursed by birth?

I prayed and preached for better things to happen.
In no way You tried to make it steady.
Disappointments all my way, I complained to You heart broken.
You pin pointed my expectations instead and it was all my greed already.

I pleaded for mercy,
You weren't generous either.
You didn't consider me to be worthy,
You told me to be strong rather.

My strength is drained
My efforts all gone in vain
I don't have anything to pursue
I can't achieve because ahead me it is you.

Grabbed all my strength,tried to battle
The partial You ,did leave me little.
For a time again I ask you,not the fortunes or the charm,
But to remove the curse I have brought by birth.

Disappointments are part and parcel of our life. We blame destiny for everything that happens against us. God ,the infallible, had committed a mistake by being partial, we feel. 'Cursed by birth' is an emotion of disappointment and helplessness.nevertheless for every night there is a day.let us never lose hope and God is infallible though, let's be assured that He has better plans for us.
