After your meeting with Dou's ex-boyfriend, you returned to work with the mixed emotions. You really wanted to finish off your work so you could run to the station and tell Jungkook. But yet again you had to fight the urge to fall asleep. You knew working on a week's worth of no sleep was not good for you but it was all worth it. You finally solved the case with the help of your two close friends.

Of course, you instantly called the two to let them know the good news. Somehow you managed to power through the massive urge to just collapse onto the desk and give in to sleep. You work diligently through your work and zoomed out of the office with no time to waste. 

With a large grin on your face, you sprinted through the crowd of the train station, being careful not to bump into anyone on the way. Once you arrived at the correct platform you discovered that you where five minuted early, so you took a seat to try and catch your breath.

It was then you realised, this would be your last time seeing Jungkook. This was it, once you tell him he would be gone forever. You excited postured slouched once you had realised this. You had thought about this briefly before but now it was just a wave of sadness that had washed over you. It wasn't just a simple goodbye you could say to someone you if you were leaving to a different school because that same person could still be wondering the world. With the chance of meeting up again.

With Jungkook it was either stay here forever or leave. You wouldn't see him ever again. NEVER. Unknowingly a tear slide down your face. 

You must have gotten attached to the cheeky ghost without even knowing.

But you couldn't tell him. It was your job. You agreed to help and it was the duty of the investigator to not get personally attached to the case. It wouldn't be fair to Jungkook if you didn't tell him. 

He deserved to move on. He didn't deserve to stay isolated inside a train for eternity just because you would miss him. 

Because you developed feelings for him.

You glanced up and saw the train coming from the corner of your eyes causing you to stand up from your seat. You weren't breathing heavily because of the run you had just taken but because you were trying to get a hold of yourself before the train came. 

You could not get onto the train in a rotten mood. It would ruin the happy moment for Jungkook and knowing him, if he saw you crying he wouldn't hesitate to stay behind and make sure you are okay. Maybe even staying and you didn't want him to do that. 

You took one more deep breath in and whipped away the tears which had stained your cheeks. You stood tall as the doors to the train opened letting everyone on the inside flood out before everyone including you entered.

This was it.

You entered the carriage and robotically held into the metal pole to keep yourself from falling when the train began to move. 

You literally turned your frown upside down and called out for Jungkook with all the excitement you could muster. It took no time for the familiar ghost to appear from the wall of another cart.

"Hey (y/n)!" He greeted with the equal amount of joy. You smiled, witnessing his cute bunny smile before blurting it out.

"JUNGKOOK, Dou Wei killed you." You didn't give him any warning and said it. He looked at you in shock. His once happy smile turned into a widen eyes look, surprised

"What?" He managed to say.  

"Dou Wei killed you ten years ago on this very train." You finally said. You looked at Jungkook looking to see if something was happening. Any sign of his figure disappearing but no there wasn't.

"(Y/n) did you just~." He was frozen in shock, he had no idea what to say. His gaze fell to his hands, he held them in front of himself and wiggled them. Nothing was happening. He then looked at you in confusion. 

You subconsciously let another tear slide down your cheek.

"Why isn't anything happening? Dou Wei~he." You couldn't control your emotions. You winced your eyes shut, refusing to accept what had just happened. Jungkook also had now figured out what had happened. 

But you were so sure.

Dou Wei did not kill him, you were wrong. 

"I'm so sorry Jungkook." You hung your head low in defeat and humiliation. The whole time, you got the wrong person. "I'm so, so~."

"Hey (y/n), it's okay." He quickly interrupted, you opened your eyes abruptly and looked him.

"No." You shook your head in denial before your body finally gave in. The world began to look blurry as the feeling of your tight grip on the train pole loosened. 

You could not mentally take it. You were mentally and physically exhausted. Causing your body to completely shut down on you. You feel to the ground, unconscious. 

Jungkook instantly knelt down on the floor by your side in absolute worry. He hesitantly let his hand hover over your unconscious body. He tried yelling out to the others but it was no use, no one could see him let alone see hear. He took drastic measures and quickly plucked the phone out of a middle-aged man's hand and held it over your body. Waving the device frantically. The guy instantly grabbed the phone out of his grasp and called the ambulance and called for help from others. 

Jungkook was angry, worried, scared. How could no one see you collapse, was everyone that absorbed by their devices they didn't see a girl fall onto the floor of the carriage. 

Another then that, he was also angry because he couldn't do anything else. He could only watch everyone panic, he could only watch the ambulance pull you out on a stretcher. He couldn't accompany you on the ambulance ride to make sure you were okay. He was helpless.

You helped him out so much and he couldn't even do the most basic thing like touch you.

He wanted anything to touch you. In a none perverted way but a cute innocent way. He wanted to give you countless of hugs when your upset. Lead his shoulder to lean on when you were tired. But he couldn't do any of that.

So here it is, the chapter I have been promising more Jungkook x your interaction. I am so sorry Jungkook had not made an appearance at all in the previous couple of chapters. It was mostly based on building the plot. I hope the next few chapters will make up for it.
