Lincoln was walking back to the Emerald Palace after helping the villagers at their farmers market but his former mother waiting for him at the stairs to the Emerald Palace.

Lincoln: Oh no, not again

Rita: You're not happy to see me?

Lincoln: Why should I be? Not after what you did it to me

Rita: Please that was ten years ago

Lincoln: It might've been but it won't erase the pain I suffered choosing to throw under the bus for a dumb superstition

Lincoln heard the song, the same song that Rita sang to him when he was baby.

Lincoln saw that her tears were of real remorse but full of fear and confusion, he ran all the steps to the Emerald Palace.

Lincoln bumped into his friends as he was running and they saw fear in his eyes.

Clyde: Lincoln?! What's wrong buddy?

But there was no answer, he continued running until he reached the temple.

Lincoln took a nap on the shrine of the temple hoping that being at the temple of the gods, he would have a good rest.

As he was resting, he was sent back to Royal Woods of those days and nights of when he slept outside, his only company being the crows and raccoons who kept him warm and fed him with stolen food.

The last thing he saw was the cursive squirrel costume coming to life and consumed him.

Lincoln waked from the nightmare, taking a sigh of relief that he's back in the temple. Lincoln went to the peach tree of heavenly wisdom where, he used to grab a peach and looked at the beautiful from the mountain, he cried his heart out, not knowing what to do.

Joshua: I see something is disturbing you my son

Lincoln: Yes father, my former mother waited for me at the stairs of the palace and sang that lullaby, she showed real remorse, what can I do

Joshua: *Sigh* For once my son, I don't know what to tell you, tomorrow we can take her with us to our destination and if she tells the truth, the universe might give another chance

Lincoln: I hope so father because I want to forget the past

Joshua grabbed his old harmonica and began to sing the song that he used to cheer up Lincoln.
