Riser was sitting, with Yubelluna, and the other pieces he had allowed to be held back.

Everyone in the room nearly received a heart attack, as the roof above them were completely blasted apart, with Yubelluna, Isabela and Karlamine receiving the most damage. When the smoke cleared, Kise had appeared out of thin air.

Each of the Devils popped the cap off of a vial they owned, allowing what seemed to be bloody tears to fall onto them, and completely healing them. Riser and Ravel began to regenerate alone, with Kise smirking, much to their shock.

Kise: So, you really do regenerate. Fun.

Yubelluna had flown into the air, shooting an explosive laser at Kise. With apparent ease, he evaded, appearing at another place on the ground.

Kise: You know, fliers don't exactly bother me. I can get you from up there just fine.

Karlamine: WHY AREN'T YOU SURPRISED?!!!

Kise was able to step to the side, quickly dodging a sword slash from Karlamine. As he did, he turned around again to block Isabela's fist.

Isabela: We just fully healed, and you're acting as if nothing's wrong!!

Kise: That's cause we expected some nonsense like this. You guys have tears that can heal, and since this isn't a Rating Game, it wasn't capped to 2. So you gave everyone a single tear right?

Riser's eyes widened, as Kise began to fight back, elbowing Isabela in the stomach, causing her to cough up blood.

Isabela: 'H-He's so powerful!! Even with the defense of a rook, that was painful!!'

He dashed to the side, appearing before Karlamine, clashing against her sword with a Dagger.

Karlamine: Then how could you be some calm?!! If you know each of us have 1, then you know that soon enough you'll be outnumbered!!

Kise: Please, you really think that you held the advantage in numbers?

Kise looked at his slowly depleting Mana, as on other sides of the battleground, the House of Gremory were fighting alongside Kise's Shadow Soldiers in different areas, with each side of the Gremory Peerage having the numbers advantage.

Kise: Even if I can't use my mana a whole lot against you all at the moment, you'll be done in by your own strategy.

Kise smirked, before ducking, as Isabela attempting to strike Kise missed, and hit Karlamine instead.

Isabela: SORRY KARLAMINE!!!

Kise jumped, before booting them both away, causing the two great pain. Kise quickly looked up at Yubelluna, smirking, before pointing above her. She began to sweat, looking before, before seeing that Igris was there. With the new Sword made for Kise, he slashed her down, sending the Devil into the ground.

Ravel: Oh no!!

Kise looked at the girls, seeing all of them in a pile.

Kise: ... Sorry about that.

Hearing this, they were all surprised.

Isabela: What the hell could you have to apologize for?

Kise: Hey, if I ever go overboard, I can at least apologize to people that I have something in common with. At least to a large extent.

Kise walked towards Riser with a glare.

Kise: All of these girls were taken after death, right?

Riser: Yes, and so what if they were?!

Activating his speed skill, Kise wasted no time, stabbing Riser straight in his throat, shocking him.

Kise began to glow again, as this time another aura could be seen behind him, taking the shape of a dragon.

Kise: You're the biggest piece of scum I've ever had the displeasure of meeting!! I'M GONNA ENJOY CRUSHING YOUR NAME, AND EVERYTHING THAT STANDS BEHIND IT!!!!!

Kise sped forward, filled with determination. Riser threw balls of flame at the boy, however Kise was able to cut through them before arriving before the Devil, and preparing to strike himself.

Kise: RIAS ENTRUSTED ME TO DEFEAT YOU MYSELF, AND I ALWAYS COMPLETE JOBS FOR A FRIEND!!!! YOU'RE GOING DOWN!!!!!

Riser seeing this prepared to attack as well.

Riser: WHAT RISER DOES MATTERS NOT TO A WORTHLESS HUMAN LIKE YOU!!!! I SHALL REDUCE YOU TO ASHES!!!!

Riser lit ablaze, before punching at Kise, as the two began to trade blows with each other fiercely.

Yubelluna: I... I simply don't understand... Why would he care so much about us when he doesn't even know us that well, if at all?

???: That's simply just who he is.

They Phenex Devils looked up, before seeing the Gremory Devils, and their fallen comrades being carried by the Shadow Soldiers of Kise. It had also been revealed that some were wielding swords made by Kiba's Sword Birth, much to the blonde teens pleasure.

Akeno: Yeah, our Kise's heart is as big as they come!

Koneko: He's sympathetic and nice. Almost to a fault.

Kiba: You get used to it!!

Riser was blown back, seemingly unharmed from the attacks.

Riser: Ha!! Your efforts shall only fail you in the end, Hyoudou!

Kise wiped blood off his mouth, smirking.

Kise: Really? Sure you don't feel a it of an ache?

Riser was confused, before his body began to convulse, as he then spat out blood.

Riser: THIS PAIN, IT BURNS!!! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!!!!

Riser looked at an item being twirled around by Kise, as his eyes became bloodshot.

Riser: IS THAT A CROSS?!!!!!

Kise: I'm not above fighting dirty to even the odds.

Riser quickly ascended into the air.

Riser: POWERFUL OR NOT, YOU CANNOT BEAT ME IN AN ARIAL BATTLE!!!!

Kise: Oh I am SO GLAD YOU MENTIONED THAT!!!!

Kise began to smirk, as behind him something on his back began to appear.

Once it was pored onto Riser, his flesh began to sear like they had never seen before, as Kise had pulled a hand back, before firing off a Spacial Cleave, which dealt critical damage, and sent Riser into the ground.

Kiba: ... Something tells me that WAS NOT any old Holy Water.

Kise began to fly down, smirking wildly.

Kise: FRESH FROM THE VATICAN AND BLESSED BY THE POPE YOU FREAKY BITCH!!!!

Akeno: No wonder! Something that holy is stopping his regeneration entirely! Not even the Lord of the House of Phenex can regenerate when his mind is under this kind of attack.

Kise without waisting any time retracted with wings, with two daggers in hand. Once landing, he began to rapidly slash at Riser, showering his body with slashes and cuts, putting him in even more pain.

Kise: How'd you like that, you piece of shit? Asia taught me just how destructive Crosses and Holy Water are against Devils, so putting them together is a fatal combo.

Riser tried to strike back, however Kise was easily able to backflip out of the way of a fireball.

Kise: In a battle against Kiba, I learned that I always have to widen my field of vision against an enemy, so sneak attacks won't come that easily!!!

Kise opened his hand, firing a Beam of Time against Riser, badly damaging the Devil, and sending him further back.

Kise: Akeno taught me to use magic!! To take the power of my body's aura, and release it all in a single point!!

He threw his daggers to the side, holding out his fist, as a dark, and seemingly destructive powered enveloped it.

Ravel flew in, putting herself between Kise, and Riser. Without worry, or even a hint of hesitation, Kise pointed a dagger to her face.

Ravel was stunned from this declaration, with Kise declaring it with a confident smirk. Seeing this, the girl seemingly began to blush.

Rias: Kise... You really did it.

???: I believe that this battle has reached it's conclusion.

They all looked up, seeing a man bearing a striking resemblance to Rias.

Rias: Brother?!

Kise: WOAH WOAH WOAH, THE DEVIL KING IS A DUDE VERSION OF RIAS?!!!!

In the air, Kise was awestruck with the view of the Underworld sky. He was brought back into reality, feeling Rias' hand on the side of his face.
