"Our young prince Ho-Tep died at the tender age of 18, but, the ancient Egyptians viewed death as merely a journey into another world." Mr G explained to his extremely bored group of students.
"Erm, what's with the tupaware?" Ethan asked.
"You know the expression "you can't take it with you"?"
Ethan nodded.
"Yeah, well, they didn't... yeah... Anyways, uh, this gift wrapped fellow here was arranged to marry a faroh' daughter, but when he refused because he wasn't in love with her, the Pharaoh had him executed." Mr G carried on explaining.
"Bet she had one killer unibrow." Benny whispered, Olivia slapped his arm.

"According to these hieroglyphics, he vowed to never enter the afterlife without his true love."
Olivia and Sarah looked at each-other, silently awing, whilst the boys looked at each-other, giving one another 'gross' looks.
"It's either that or these are cleaning instructions-"
"Can I make a mummy for extra credit?" Rory eagerly asked.
"Oh, that wouldn't be encouraged." Mr G responded.
"Yes! That was not a no!" Rory whispered to his friends, excitedly.
"Anyways, guys, that is the end of the tour, but, you know, feel free to stay around as long as you like." Mr G smiled. All of the class began to leave, Olivia included, before Benny took hold of her arm and dragged her back. "Or, you could leave, 'cause that's okay too." Mr G chuckled, following the students.

"He actually chose death over a life without love; that's so romantic." Sarah sighed.
Olivia sighed too. "I know right," She turned to her boyfriend, who looked disgusted by the fact. "why can't you be as romantic as that?"
Benny looked at Olivia, offended. "I can be romantic!"
She laughed and raised an eyebrow.
"Of course, I have my moments." He muttered.
"It probably got less romantic when they bottled up his organs." Ethan said with his hands in his pockets.
"And if I'm lucky, one of these jars will have a pancreas!" Benny said, running his hands together. The four looked at him. "I used all my grandma's ancient pancreas in a potion. I have to top it up before she finds out!" Benny explained.
"Gross! What was it for?"
Benny paused for a moment before picturing him in the bathroom yesterday: "Oh, Benny! You look so good with that beard!" He mimicked Olivia, picturing the look on her face once she saw his beard.
"Wizard stuff." Benny responded, snapping back into present day. The group looked unconvinced. "You wouldn't understand!" He added. "Cover me!"
"Okay, but just make it quick!" Ethan whispered.
"You guys are asking for trouble, I don't want any part of this." Sarah said, walking away.
Olivia nodded. "I love trouble but this is gross." She then followed Sarah and joined their group for the rest of the tour.

"What is the big deal? We collect weird stuff all the time!" Benny argued, as Sarah, Ethan and Olivia entered his house.
"Yeah! When we're fighting monsters! This time it's more like getting groceries!" Sarah said.
Benny picked up a jar and plopped the pancreas into it.
"Come on, it's not that bad." Ethan defended.
Sarah looked at him and raised an eyebrow.
"Okay, so it is! It's okay! Everything worked out fine."

The mummy then suddenly burst into the room with its hands in the air, groaning. The teenagers all screamed and ran into the corner of the room, Benny and Olivia grabbing onto each-other. One of the mummy's bandages got stuck in the door and he stopped, before attempting to run at them again. The teenagers screamed again but the mummy couldn't move. He groaned and tried to reach out for them. The four awkwardly screamed again.
"Okay, this is just getting pathetic." Ethan said.
"Yeah, that last one was just a pity scream." Benny responded.
"What do we do?" Olivia asked, looking at the struggling mummy.
Ethan grabbed the jar with the pancreas in and waved it in front of him. "Here, mummy, mummy. This is what you want isn't it?" He said, using the voice most people would use on a dog. The mummy managed to free himself and limp towards Ethan. "Good, mummy, go get it!" He said, putting the pancreas in the cupboard. The mummy walk in and Ethan shut the door.

"Problem solved." Benny smiled.
"Benny, we have to get this thing back to the museum." Olivia said.
"Uh, you and Sarah could fly it back in seconds!"
"Sounds fun! Or, we could go to class and let you clean up your own mess!" Sarah said.
"What? There's a monster on the loose and you're not gonna help us?" Ethan asked.
Sarah laughed and opened the cupboard door. "Monster?" The mummy groaned and looked at Sarah, taking hold of her necklace. "Ooh, the mummy's attacking me! I'm so scared!" She said, sarcastically. "Have fun." She whizzed off.
Benny looked at Olivia. She laughed. "I'm with Sarah." And with that, she whizzed off too.

"Hey, Ethan." Erica said politely, to Ethan's surprise.
"Hey!"
"I heard you were having mummy issues, hang in there." Erica teased, walking away.
"Okay, for the record, I wouldn't never let Benny play organ donor if I'd have known the mummy was cursed." Ethan sighed.
"The words mummy and cursed always go together!" Sarah responded. "Have you ever heard of mummy parade or mummy roadio?"
"That's true. Though, mummy roadio does sound pretty fun." Ethan grinned. "But, we've got it all under control, don't worry."
Olivia and Sarah looked at each-other, they weren't quite so convinced.

Ethan's phone then began to ring, he took it out of his pocket. "Benny, what's up?" Ethan paused for a moment before letting his jaw drop. He then immediately tried to cover it with a huge smile. "I've got to take this call."
Sarah folded her arms and Olivia rolled her eyes as the boy turned his back on them. "Forget it," Sarah whispered to Olivia. "let's leave him to sort out his own problem."
Olivia nodded and the two began to walk away, but were stopped by a handsome boy, who seemed to wearing clothes that Olivia recognised - Benny's clothes. Her eyes widened when she saw some of the mummy's bandages around his ankle. She speed-walked back to Ethan and violently tapping. "Ow, what are you-" He stopped himself once he saw a boy stood in front of Sarah. "I think Olivia just found him." He said to Benny through the phone. "Yeah, yeah... it's him... because he's got the mummy version of a toilet paper tail." He said, watching him and Sarah link arms, walking away.

"I can't believe he stole my clothes." Benny mumbled.
"I know right! What idiot would wanna wear your clothes?" Olivia joked, grinning at him.
Benny rolled his eyes and lightly hit her arm.
"You stole a guy's pancreas!" Ethan said.
"It's not like he was using it!" Benny defended.
"Who's the new guy?" Erica asked. "Cute!" She said, eyeing him.
Ethan made a 'pft' noise. "I guess... if you're into older, charming, handsome guys."
"Sarah is, she's flirting up a storm!" Erica grinned, nodding her head in Sarah's direction.
"Flirting?" Ethan repeated. "You think?" He looked through the glass.
"Wow, guys are so oblivious." Olivia laughed.
"Well, maybe he's just, you know... helping her with her Egypt homework." Ethan said, trying to cover up his jealousy.
"Dude, he's the mummy." Benny responded. He then looked at Erica, realising he'd just said it in front of her.
"We kinda of gave him a makeup." Benny said.
"Really? Can you make over another one for me?" Erica asked, in the voice a child would use to ask their parents if they could get a stuffed toy because their friend got one.
"I don't see why not!"

Olivia looked at Benny and hit his arm. "Are you crazy?"
"Olivia's right. We have to warn Sarah this guy is clearly too old for her-" Ethan said, jabbing his thumb behind him, over towards Sarah and the mummy.
"Oh, come on, what's the rush? She's finally found a guy that she likes, if you tell her now she'll pull a Sarah and get all freaked out." Erica explained.
"No! I have to put a stop to this!" Ethan stated.
The three looked at him.
"For Sarah's safety, guys!" Ethan added. With he walked over to them.
"He's definitely doing it for his benefit." Erica said.
"Yep, he's jealous." Olivia laughed.
"He can't even let the two talk alone." Benny scoffed. "Come on, let's go inside."
Benny took hold of Olivia's hand and he walked over to Ethan, Who was now watching Sarah and the mummy walk away arm's linked.
"The guy's alive one day and he's already getting more ladies than you." Benny said.
"Not helping." Olivia murmured.
"This is by far the worst monster we have ever faced." Ethan responded, causing Olivia to scoff.

"I can't believe we're actually doing this." Olivia whispered to Benny and Ethan.
"Yeah it must get boring work at museum all day."
"Yes, but I would gladly cross the world over again to be next to you. Can I see you tonight?"
"Okay! Oh, but I might have to babysit..."
"Sit... on a baby... that's most strange. But no matter, if we may do it together, you and I shall outshine the stars."
The three were eavesdropping over Sarah and Hottie's conversation, with big headphones.
Sarah suddenly walked around the corner. "Hey, guys!"
The three fumbled around and managed to throw their headphones off just in time. "Hey, Sarah." Olivia smiled.
"Hottie is so sweet, we're really hitting it off." Sarah grinned.
"Really? I didn't notice." Ethan shrugged.
Sarah sighed. "I'm just afraid to tell him I'm a vampire; I mean who wants to date some freaky, undead creature?"
Benny silently scoffed. "You know, I think he'd be cool with that."
"Really? Thanks, Benny!" Sarah said happily, hugging him. His eyes widened at how strong her hugs were and he looked over at Olivia, who was to his surprise, laughing, probably because of how uncomfortable he looked. She then pulled away and skipped off.
"Okay, we need to get prince pyramid back to the museum before Sarah gets too attached." Ethan said, frustrated.
Olivia and Benny looked at him and 'hm'ed.
"For her sake!"
"You mean for your sake." Benny grinned.
"Are you two gonna help me or not?"
"Okay, okay! I found this mummifying slash demummifying spell but I have to test it - for all I know it could turn into someone's mom." Benny replied.
"And where are you going to find another mummy?" Olivia asked him.
"Check it out! Can I mummy or what?" Rory grinned, walking towards them, showing him is mummified kitten.
"Hey, Rory..." Ethan said.

"Hey, Ethan," Olivia said, walking into his house, by now she was at the same level Benny was - you could enter whenever you want, without even knocking. "what's up-" She trailed off when she felt the presence of somebody behind her and looked around to see Sarah and Hottie stood there.
"Hey, Olivia. Uh, Sarah? What's he doing here?" Ethan asked.
"Your mom said I could bring him, what're you guys doing?" She replied.
Rory and Benny ran down the stairs but Benny stopped himself once he saw Sarah, Olivia and Hottie. "We're chasing Mr Kitty!" Rory said, excitedly, running past them and out of the door.
"And you know, other cool stuff." Benny grinned, awkwardly, doing some weird hand gesture that some kids in their grade considered 'cool' before turning to Olivia, putting his hand on her back and leading her into the living room.
"Sarah, can I talk to you for a sec?" Ethan asked. Sarah nodded and let Ethan take her away so they could talk privately. "I don't think you should be hanging out with Hottie so much."
"What, are you like my guidance councillor or something?" Sarah retorted.
Ethan turned to Hottie, who was slowly approaching, before turning back to Sarah. "Just, trust me! You never know when his past may catch up to him."
The front door then opened and two Egyptian men strode in. "Found you at last!" One said.
Ethan ran behind the couch and Benny joined him, causing Olivia to roll her eyes and Sarah stood behind Hottie, confused as to what was happening.
"You may have vowed to never have joined the underworld without a bribe but you may not join the living!"
"You sure you've got the right house?" Sarah asked, raising an eyebrow.
"The eternal guards of the Pharaoh. They sworn to insure that I served my sentence for eternity." Hottie explained to Sarah.
"Otherwise," The darker skinned one said, taking a few steps forward. "what is the point in executing someone?"
"It's time for a new line of work." Sarah said, hissing at the two Egyptians, showing her fangs.
"Fear not, Sarah, I shall deal with these vermin." Hottie said, pulling out what looked a sword used in the Egyptian time. A bubble of gold surrounded the two.
"The Crook of Osyrus!" The taller one said.
"I sensed it might come in useful in my travel." Hottie responded. He then shouted something and lunged forward, the two then disappeared into thin air.
Everyone stood there in silence for a moment.
"Nice moves!" Sarah said.
"I was totally about to do all that!" Ethan said, not so comfortably, getting up from behind the couch.
"Our victory is short lived. But the guards will live again, I've merely returned them to their tombs but they will not rest until I've returned home." Hottie said, sighing.
"So, you're the mummy?" Sarah asked.
"We tried to tell you!" Olivia chimed in.
"You knew about this?" Sarah asked, turning around to her friend, her eyes going yellow. She then spun back round angrily and her fangs were on show again.
"I wanted to tell you, but, I feared me being an undead creature might frighten you away," Hottie explained. "I see now you have secrets of your own."
Sarah covered her fangs, embarrassed.
"No, don't," Hottie argued, taking her hand away. "they're beautiful."
Olivia looked at Benny and Ethan, silently awing, but stopped once she saw the look on Ethan's face.
The two leaned in to kiss each-other but were interrupted by the sound of a cat meowing.
Once Hottie saw it, he got down on one knee.
"What's wrong?" Sarah asked him.
"Are you allergic or something?" Ethan asked.
"Cats are the guardians of the afterlife." Hottie told them. "This one speaks to me."
"Is it nap-time?" Benny grinned, folding his arms.
"In a matter of speaking." Hottie responded, getting up. He focuses on Sarah. "My apologies for bringing this trouble to your house, I must go."
"Wait, Hottie!" Sarah said, stopping him. "Where are you going?"
"I've angered the Gods by remaining on Earth; it is time I departed this world for the next." He told her.
"But, we were just getting to know each-other." Sarah sighed.
"Sarah, these large children you sit on," Hottie began, looking over to the three stood behind them. Olivia raised an eyebrow, looking at Ethan and Benny.
"may have stolen my pancreas, but you have stolen my heart." He put his hand on Sarah's shoulder, and she blushed, looking at the floor to try and hide it.
"May we meet again, we may seal our fate in the stars."
Ethan turned to his friends and made a gagging motion whilst Olivia silently awed again before turning to Benny. "Why can't you be this romantic?" She jokingly whispered.
Benny shot her glare. "I have my moments!"
"Of course." Sarah smiled.
Hottie returned the smile before walking out of the door. As he left, Rory walked back in. "Here, Mr Kitty, Kitty, Kitty!"
As soon as the cat saw him, he ran off.
"Hey, guys. Did I miss anything?"
The four stayed silent for a while and Olivia laughed lightly whilst Sarah raised an eyebrow.

"Can you believe that guy? Seal our fate in the stars? Really?" Ethan asked, storming into his room and sitting down in front of his computer.
"I know right!" Benny agreed. "Sarah totally ate it up!"
"I bet he stole it from some corny, old, Egyptian pop song or something."
Olivia scoffed. "You're so jealous." She said, sitting down on his bed.
"Yeah, just let it go, dude." Benny said. "Rotting Romeo is going back to Ragsville and for once we don't have to do anything!"
"Yeah... you're right." Ethan replied. "Well, I promise from now on, he's out of my mind."
"Like that'll last for long." Olivia mumbled.
Benny breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness!"
"Hah! I got him!"
"Oh for goodness sakes!" Olivia and Benny said in unison. "What?!"
"That fate in stars line - he did steal it!I'm so telling Sarah." Ethan said, proudly pointing at the screen. Olivia got up and walked over to the boys, peering over their shoulders.
"Ancient Egypt had pop songs?" Benny asked.
"Well, not quite, it's from some ritual." Ethan said, scrolling down. "Uh oh. Looks like he's taking Sarah to the underworld!"
"That club on Main Street? Lame." Benny scoffed.
Olivia hit his arm. "Are you being serious! Hottie's taking Sarah to Hell!"
"Oh... well that's not good."

"Thanks for the lift, Rory." Ethan said, stumbling out of the shopping trolley; Olivia and Rory had agreed to take them to Sarah and Hottie at vampire speed. Benny stumbled out of the shopping trolley Olivia was pushing and stared her, he looked as if he was going to be sick. "Next time, I'm driving."
"Halt! None may disrupt Hottie Ho-Tep's journey to the underworld!" One of the Egyptians said.
"Especially Sarah's male friend who cannot take a hint." The darker skinned one said, diverting his eyes to Ethan.
"I swear you guys were against him like an hour ago." Olivia said, trying to not laugh.
"Yeah, so first you were trying to take him out, and now you're chaperoning his date?" Benny asked.
"It is our duty to make sure he returns to the underworld! He's doing so."
Rory stepped in front of the three, glaring at them. He then got distracted by the sound of his cat meowing. "Mr. Kitty!" He yelled, snapping his head in its direction before chasing after it.
"Rory! Now's not the time!" Ethan yelled.

Olivia rolled her eyes and pushed the boys aside. "If that vampire can't handle it, I guess I'll have to." She hissed at the two men, showing her fangs and her eyes turning a bright blue.

The two Egyptians stepped towards Olivia but nothing could beat vampire speed. "Benny, I don't know whether you wanna look away or not, but..." She trailed off, not bothering to turn around before biting both of the Egyptians within a second. They both fell to floor and Olivia looked down at them, smirking. "Your blood tastes surprisingly good." She then turned to Benny, who was in shock, and Ethan. Olivia bit her lip, a little nervous for what Benny was about to say, but to her surprise, he punched the air. "That was so awesome and so hot!"
Olivia chuckled. "Really? I thought at least one of you would scream."
Ethan tried to force a smile. "I was on the verge of it. Anyways, let's go inside."

"Sarah, no!" Ethan yelled as the three ran in.
She put her cup down. "Seriously, guys?"
"Sarah, if you drink that death juice it's a one way ticket to the underworld!" Benny warned her.
"Hottie, is that true?"
"My Sarah, earthly life is but a fleeting dream." Hottie almost spat. "A new life awaits."
"Save it for the afterlife, we're done!" Sarah shot back, getting up. He grabbed her wrist. "I will not let you just walk away from destiny!"
"Hottie, you're cute, but you're not gonna stay cute if you don't let me go!" Sarah threatened, hissing at him.
Before Sarah could walk away, Hottie pulled out his sword and surrounded Sarah with the same gold shield he used on the guards before.
"Time to man up." Ethan said to Benny, holding out his fists, Benny did the same. Hottie shot a bolt of gold at two of the Egyptian jewellery which looked like bugs and they came to life, flying around the boys.
"Ew!" The boys began to screech, trying to escape.
"You have got to be kidding me! Now I know how Sarah feels half the time." Olivia groaned.
Hottie pushed Sarah closer. "We all have to go eventually." He said, almost evilly. He then shouted something and one of the tombs for the mummys opened.
"Why do hot guys all have to be such jerks?!" Sarah complained.
"I know right!" Olivia said.
Benny shot her a glare, still trying to get rid of the creature that wouldn't leave him alone. "Hey!"
Olivia then saw a small pot with hieroglyphics written all over it.
"Hey, Hottie, is this yours?" She smirked.
"No!" He yelled, his eyes widening.
Olivia began to shake it rapidly and Hottie clutched his stomach, groaning in pain.
"Cool, it's like a voodoo doll in a jar!" Benny said, he and Ethan had finally managed to free themselves.

Olivia ran to Ethan and handed it to him, he continued to shake it.
"Sarah, please. You're breaking my heart." Hottie pleaded.
"I'd say see you in the next life, but that's not gonna happen." She replied, stepping forward and pushing him into the tomb, before shutting it.
"That was a harsh breakup." Benny said, after a long silence.
