Why must you study, after all you are a girl?
What good would that bring to the world ?
And then on hearing the girl's reply,
The crowd was silenced,
She felt she had acquired wings to fly.
To fight things which are unjust,
To turn violence into dust.
To walk on the right path,
To make a place in everyone's heart.
To prove that girls are no toys,
To show that they are actually the bravest of sepoys.
To work according to God's plan,
To show we are as good as any man.
To bring a change in the society and in the minds of everybody ,
I am a girl,
And that is  why I must study.
