Six months. Six entire months since their relationship had started. Twenty-six whole weeks since Chan had forced the sacrificial trait of proper communication into his more relaxed and settled head. And one hundred and eighty-two days without sexual intercourse. What an accomplishment, right? The sex addict who couldn't even blink without painting a vulgar image behind his eyelids survived an entire six months without sex. How in the world did he do it...

"Felix," Chan called, breaths suddenly too heavy and uneven to use his nostrils as their passage as his eyes trapped themselves in the heartwarming beauty of his partner before him. He smiled sweetly at the observation of his boyfriend's make up. The lightly distributed shade of pink eye-shadow matched with a swap of lip gloss that Chan was internally begging to have a taste of were the only things added to that precious face, all of which only highlighted the beauty of Felix's freckles; his one-sided, silver dangler of course adding a breathtaking effect. "You look beautiful, baby."

Blushing, Felix looked down at his thoroughly contemplated outfit, satisfied with his execution. A white, satin long sleeve was tucked into a pair of black, leather trousers that hugged his skin ever so tightly, matching dress shoes greeting at the bottom. Felix sighed before locking eyes with his boyfriend once more, butterflies raging in his stomach at the heart eyes gazing into his; the neat, auburn strands bouncing uniformly above Chan's highlighting the iris' chocolate color. "Thank you, Channie... you ready to go?"

Shaking his head to snap back into reality rather than continue in the lost gaze at his partner's godlike features, Chan outstretched a hand forward, giggling when Felix unhesitatingly took a hold of it with one of his. "Let's go celebrate our six month anniversary, shall we?"

Nodding and stepping forward to plant a light kiss to the elder's cheek, and blushing even harder when Chan kept him for an even deeper hold, Felix released Chan's hand for a short moment to lock his door, unhesitant to reclaim its grip when he was finished. "Mhm... but where are you taking me?"

"It's a surprise..."

"But Channie, you know I don't fancy surprises." Felix whined and pursed his lips, playfully rolling his eyes at the enticing chuckle which bypassed his boyfriend's lips. "You're laughing and I'm serious. Just tell me."

"Lixie, it's not just one place, that's why I can't tell you," Chan grinned when they found the elevator, leaning over to peck the younger's cheek softly whilst giving his palm a gentle squeeze. "Just trust me, okay? We're going have fun tonight, and you don't have to worry because I obviously will drive you home."

"I trust that you enjoyed your- your dinner?" Chan grinned upon pulling into a parking space near a somewhat familiar setting. Looking over at a puzzled Felix by his side, he took the boy's hand into his, leaning forward to kiss his lips tenderly. Lovingly. With so much affection and pure desire, to just cherish such a gem that he just wasn't willing to lose, and still didn't know how he had managed to be blessed with. "Now are you ready for your surprise?"

"I've been ready all night, Channie," Felix giggled, excitedly making his way out of the vehicle, Chan following suit. "But I've never been here before... it's so pretty." He eyed the area in detail, noticing that they were parked on a fairly empty, well lit parking lot; an attractive expanse of water leading from the thin barrier separating it from land, and the mesmerizing city lights showing so brightly and aesthetically few miles away.

It felt just like the movies. Too good to be true, but in that case, it was indeed reality. As much that moment was so unbelievably heartwarming for him, Felix being taken out on an anniversary date in the middle of the city was true. Chan walking up behind of him and sliding a hand at his lower back to guide both their steps carefully under the somewhat still dim light to the barrier was true.

There was nothing fake or unreal about his small, trembling hands finding and resting against the metal railing. And the moonlight illuminating the pattern of his freckles so gracefully was actually one of the most lifelike things to ever happen. Everything was real. All of Felix's seemingly untouchable standards of a love life were so easily met in one night, and solidified within just six months.

Who would've thought that a sex- a past, sex addict would be the one to make him so happy? Happy. Felix was happy, and peaceful, and couldn't ask for anything better, in all honesty. Chan wasn't a cheater, Chan was understanding, Chan wasn't controlling, and Chan wasn't manipulative, or anything with the gene as its offspring. He was just, perfect. And he had tried so tirelessly to prove his worth for their six months together.

"Channie, this is beautiful," Felix sang, cheeks tiring from the wide stretch that they were willing to maintain that night. "You ever came here this late before?"

Nodding and walking up behind of the shorter to slide both arms around his waist, Chan nuzzled his face into Felix's neck, the warm exhales sending shivers down his spine. Sighing and resting his chin on Felix's shoulder with arms still locked at his front, Chan spoke up, voice deep yet comforting, and rapid heartbeats vibrating from his chest to the blond's clothed back. "I haven't been here like this, actually. I was just driving by one day, and I thought of you... I wanted to take you here earlier, but I decided that tonight would be the perfect time."

Smiling even harder with eyes gleaming at the almost dazzling sight of numerous yachts and wafts on the water, Felix shifted his head a bit, pecking Chan's lips despite his neck's mild strain. "I love it, Channie. I love you..."

"I love you too, Lixie. But before- before we continue to enjoy the view and all... there's something that I wanted to tell you- like a speech. Not- not a speech... Just a few words?" Chan narrowed his eyes, embarrassed at his struggle, anxiety and the fear of messing up taking the grand opportunity to overtake his mind and shuffle the loving words he had planned so long before. Shifting to the side and taking both of Felix's hands into his so that they could face each other, he gulped thickly, closing his eyes as if the words he had previously organized would magically rearrange themselves behind of his eyelids.

"Everything okay?"

"Yes, Lixie, everything is fine. I just- I want to say thank you..." he began, glancing down at his feet before locking eyes with his lover again. "It's been six beautiful months, since we've been together. Nine, since we've known each other. And I love you so much, Felix. You gave me so many chances that I didn't even deserve. You've helped me, and even though I have a therapist... I wouldn't be able to get this far without you, Lix. I'm encouraged to keep going because of you. For you."

"You've stuck with me despite my mood swings, and I'm so glad that they've cut down, because I always felt guilty afterwards," he chuckled, blushing at the never ending smile on the blond's lips. "You- God, Felix, I love you so fucking much. And you inspire me, as a person. Because I know you started online school recently, and you still manage your job and our relationship so well. You care for me so much, Felix, and I'm grateful. I'm so grateful to have you in my life... and I hope that we will be together for way longer than six months..."

Lips quivering despite their upward position, Felix nodded repetitively, arms flinging out of his boyfriend's wrap to around his neck, and face nuzzling into Chan's chest where some tears slightly smudged his jacket and dress-shirt. "I love you too, Chan. A lot. And you deserve all of my love and care, okay? So stop saying that you don't deserve it..." he sniffled before pulling away some, bringing one hand to grip behind Chan's ear and cheek whilst the other stayed over his shoulder. "Everything that we have, is the way it is because of both our efforts. You have never once tried to touch me, or cheated... I hope-"

"No I never-"

"I know, Channie, I'm just teasing." Felix giggled lightly, stroking his thumb over the boy's dimpled cheek, eyes never once shifting from their mutual gaze. "You have never forced me to do anything, or disrespected me, and you're so caring... sometimes it's even too much. But I love you, and I appreciate you and your efforts, and I too hope that we will be together for way longer than six months."

Chan worked up a crooked, adoring smile at his lover's words, eyes lost in the others that so perfectly mirrored their own look of pure contentment and admiration. He leaned in, on instinct, sighing at the contact when those plump, still somewhat glossed lips met his, basking in the feeling of their synced movements that he could genuinely never get tired of.

Finally pulling apart for some air, lips still brushing against the other's, Felix spoke up, small smirk plastered on his face whilst one hand tickled Chan's nape. "Now, Channie, as much as I love kissing you, I kind of want to enjoy the view a bit more..."

Chuckling and nodding, Chan pulled away completely, gently shifting Felix so that he'd lean against the railing while the older would stay with arms around his back and chin at his shoulder. "Alright then..." he said, still peppering innocent kisses at Felix's neck. "We can stay here for as long as you like."

Sighing and closing his eyes when one specific question that he had mentally concluded to not ask that night no matter how fitting it seemed skimmed back into his mind, as soon as a short silence surfaced between the two, Chan internally swore at the torment, the need to compare all possible end results seeming so unimportant despite the fact that direct rejection would most definitely leave him a bit embarrassed around Felix for some time.

But the urge was so intense, and the words seemed to be materializing just at the tip of his tongue, so, hesitant, he parted his lips to speak, the warm breath contrasting the cold surrounding once again sending a light shudder past Felix's lips. "L-Lixie? There's something that uhm- something I wanted to ask you..."

Looking to the side to get whatever view of the brunet that he could get, Felix nodded slowly, arching a brow in question. "Everything okay?"

"Y-yeah it's just... this is our six month anniversary, right?"

"Mhm..."

"And you trust me... right?"

"Yeah...?"

"I just- don't feel pressured and feel free to say no but... do you wanna maybe... move in with me?" Chan closed his eyes as soon as those words left his throat, lips still stretched into a tight imitation of a cheek-less smile, and eyebrows raised and furrowed in anticipation. "You don't have to say yes, okay? I just- it's been on my mind for a while."

Turning and leaning his back against the railing, Felix cupped Chan's cheeks quickly, pulling him forward and planting a kiss to his lips, the sudden gesture surprising the latter as well as himself to some extent. "Well, that was an unexpected question, but let me start by saying this is new, for me, honestly. In my last relationship, he moved in with me, and paid the rent while I didn't have a job yet... and when he left, I guess he crashed somewhere until finding a new place. But, point is, I've never moved in with anyone... before. But I trust you, Chan. And I mean, things have been going great..."

"So...?"

"So... yes... I'll move in with you." Felix giggled, a crimson highlight shading his freckled cheeks, and eyes shining so gracefully under the glistening rays of light from both the moon and skyscrapers. "We can discuss more about it tonight or tomorrow if you want."

Smiling with both shock and satisfaction, Chan nodded continuously, kissing Felix again before they could both return to their previous positions. "Well that went easier than I thought," he chuckled, sighing soon after. "But thank you, my Lixie. This... this is a new level in our relationship, and I promise I won't let you down."

[A/N]
Okay so this is an official welcome to Limerence!!

The song says "I don't need my drugs, we could be more than just part time lovers." And I think that really adds up with Chan not needing his addiction anymore and now I'm in my feelings.
