Marquess family that protects the Ristaze's western borders against Zocria. They haven't seen war for generations, but insists on being prepared for war. They've gained no glory for decades, and their budget has become tight because of the Lady of the house. The jealousy of House Tepet lingers quietly in the back of their minds, as the Royal Family always favors house Tepet. To soothe their anger the Royal Family had the blessed younger daughter of House Celeste engaged to the Crown Prince.

Lily Celeste's fiance from the age of 5. He is known for his sun colored hair and sky colored eyes and his never ending kindness towards everyone. Furthermore he is incredibly dutiful and quite athletic for how much else he has to spend time on.

Due to fire enhancement in his clothes, they rip easily when Lily touch them since she's blessed by water. They've agreed on a 'no touch' policy between them.

Neither is overly fond of the other but with no visible hostility.

It is rumored that house Aerielle can only keep their current position due to massive support by the royal family itself. They are known to be almost idealistic and quite blind to the plots people to play on them, if not completely ignorant. Those scheming against House Aerielle argue that the House is getting support from somewhere else.

William Aerielle - Oldest son of The Prime Minister

Black hair hugs the sides of his lean, frowning face. Smart brightly saturated teal eyes, set concealed within their sockets, always find themselves looking into the countless pages of books and papers, but never at the shadows hiding in the corners. The teal eyes hint at air aspected mana, but far from the level of Lily, Eric, Gilbert, Lionel or Soleil who even have their hair affected. He's a slight framed person and shows little to no interest in the sword training which should be mandatory as their heir of House Aerielle.

In the game he was an utterly emotionless person until the heroine melted the heart he had locked away. The reason he became cold in the first place was because Lily humiliated him for showing emotion. Jesmaine described him as the cold and cool archetype. The kuudere.

Humiliated once by Lily when they were kids, he has had a hard time approaching her neutrally. His hard tone is returned in equal, and as such neither Lily nor William have made any effort to make up or become friends. Still, he pities Lily for the 'torture' she had to go through during the siege.

Unlike in the story Lily clarified the reason for the humiliation, so if nothing else William never shut down completely. That said, the two of them do not get along.

He excels at studies, especially those based on logic and economics. In the future he was supposed to uncover Lily's filthy money spending habits. Of course, Rei has no material interests worth mentioning so this can no longer happen.

William likes cute small girls. Well, honestly just the opposite of Lily. When Claire went to him to praise him for his speech at the school ceremony he was flattered in an instant. As one may expect he, like every other high noble, has his own group of 'fan girls' of lower ranked nobles not lacking of higher rank nobles either.

William is an only child and must find a wife. None know how it would end up for him after the harem ending, but likely not well.

Count Godfrey Aerielle - Prime Minster of Ristaze

House Listere - Ducal House of Ristaze:

House Listere was continuously blessed by light faeries in the past, but due to rumored inbreeding all Listere children have had a bad constitution. No children blessed by a light faerie has lived to adulthood in 20+ years. Their constitution returns to normal as they become adults.

Lily has found out that this 'bad constitution' was caused by someone poisoning the family, but has not spoken to anyone in House Listere about it yet.

The Listere Household is known to have three daughters and two sons, the oldest of which is Soleil.

Soleil Listere - Oldest son of Duke Listere

Blonde, short hair slightly covers a fresh, radiant face. He stands ordinary among others with a light frame, but carefully keeps up with his sword training as is his duty.

In the game Soleil was the ore-sama of the capture targets.

Ore-sama Definition: The ore-sama archetype is a narcissistic arrogant character, which usually stems from being wealthy or talented in some way. When the heroine 'heals' the ore-sama she discovers secret fears or insecurities hidden behind the arrogant displays of self-worth. The arrogance will usually lessen towards the heroine, but usually never loses it.

In Soleil's case his pride came mainly from his rank as the heir of a ducal family that has married into the royal family multiple times, and on top of that has always been blessed by light faeries.

However, House Listere had not produced any light magicians for decades and the pressure on his shoulder when he was young to be blessed by the 'right' element was immense. When Claire, Soleil and Lily were kidnapped he revealed these insecurities.

After failing to gain the protection of a light fairy despite every effort he put into it, he fell into despair and confusion and started putting up acts to hold himself together. Lily suspects that the fairy didn't want to see Soleil poisoned to death as many other children has been.

He's known to be more adept for the role of future prime minister than William, but has not been considered for the role. Though this should cause friction between Soleil and William, this has never been a problem. Soleil takes confidence in his family, and hasn't shown much interest in the prime minister role.

It has been vaguely confirmed that William's claim on the role is due to interference from the royal family.

In the game Soleil approached the Claire, the heroine, in an attempt to bring light magic back to his family and ended up charmed by Claire. Lily isn't sure what she did to deserve his spite.

House Salender - Marquess House of Ristaze:

Known to throw splendid parties and the best information brokers in the country. They guard the coastal border to the south, but keep fewer soldiers and knights than any other Marquess house. They're usually seen dealing with trade rather than armies.

Gilbert Salender - Oldest son of Marquess Salender

'Friendly' and 'cheerful' young man with brilliantly red hair and just about as red eyes. Like Lily this makes him a very blessed person. At the age of 16 he's already known as the current spy master of Ristaze, as told by Helena Fox when she went over the characters in the game.

During childhood he grew bored of the much too easy work he was given. At a certain evening party at the Salender Mansion, he met an opponent he couldn't 'beat', which slowly began to reawaken his interest in work. He has a good deal of one-sided amusement with making Lily think he's trying to poison her without actually doing so. This is his 'game' with her. He considers her a teacher, as he uses her to test out different ways to get around excuses for people to say no to poisoned goods.

He's a Lionel x Lily shipper, and made his first plan to get them together in chapter 60. We call this plan the aphrodisiac plan. According to Gilbert this pairing was based on Lionel being the only one with the brainless willpower to ignore Lily's warnings and thus make her happy.

He currently has Helena in his sights for 'disposal' which was accepted by Alstair. Magdalin on the other hand is under protection by Alstair's orders.

It has been shown that he himself has the proficiency to craft poison as he was teaching Claire to detect poison.

[Ch 80] He appears to be keeping certain information away from Alstair regarding Lily.

[Ch 85] Gilbert admits that he is to some degree scared of Lily.

[Ch 124] Proof that Gilbert has spies everywhere. Proof that aphrodisiac plan was put into action and introduces one of the many spies in Ristaze.

House Tepet:

A Marquess House guarding Ristaze's Eastern Borders. House Tepet is also known as 'The Wall of the Eastern Border' for their incredible endurance and willpower. Gilbert also named them as the royal family's guard dog.

The family itself has had multiple scandals, one being the bastard son Bertram, said to have been conceived when Lady Jenet Tepet was pregnant. The others concern the two disappeared mistresses that have never been seen again.

Marquess Normand Tepet - Head Knight

Brown hair, brown eyes and tall and bulky like a bear. Has the three sons Lionel, Curtis and Reynold. He's known to be quite naive when it comes to lying people, but brilliant on the battlefield. Even his oldest son looks down at him at times.

Lady Jenet Tepet - Wife of Norman Tepet

Tall, lanky, brown hair and black eyes. She was nearly pushed far enough into desperation to kill the mistress' son, and would have died if people had not found out her jewelry was poisoned. She's currently alive and well.

Lionel Tepet - Oldest Son of Normand Tepet

Has sadistic tendencies.

Lily has a negative bias, as she's concluded him to remain sadistic though it isn't in the book.

An unreasonably stressed bodyguard to the crown prince.

He was the first to properly understand Lily's PTSD condition, and as she exposed his darkest secret he ended up using it against her. Despite apologies after, they ended their last meeting on awkward terms.

Reynold Tepet - Lionel's brother

A year younger than Lionel. He takes care of the brother whenever Lionel has 'playdates' with the prince to attend to.

Curtis Tepet - Lionel's brother

5 years younger than Lionel, currently 11 years old. Lily is known to be fond of the kid, but he's been seen kissing Lily's little sister Iris. He is currently in trouble if he meets Lily.

Bertram Tepet - Lionel's Half Brother

A year younger than Lionel, and about 4-5 months older than Reynold. As with all the other brothers he was nearly killed. After his mother disappeared he was properly adopted by house Tepet, and is currently getting ready to attend the Academy as a knight so that he can fight to protect his family as well.

Gwenore - Lord Tepet's Mistress

Mother to Bertram, but also the former childhood nanny to Jacques, the crown prince of Headal. She is said to be wailing behind a countess somewhere in the royal palace.

House Talwen - Baron of Ristaze:

Jacqueline - Heroine's Mother

Former Maid of Celeste Castle. Known to Lily as having amazing socializing skills, as she managed to convince Lily's mother to change her clothing style.

Baron Talwen - Heroine's Father

Had a daughter with a former maid, and brought in the child and mother when he found out she had healing magic. He ended up doting on her and sheltering her from all bad things instead, as shown by Claire's nativity as she entered the academy.

Claire Talwen - Heroine

Marquess House Stanbell:

The west-most of the three northern Marques Houses. Known to have gotten help from Eric to reorganize their military.

Wolfram Stanbell - Oldest son of Lord Stanbell

Pale, almost ashen cyan hair.

A person that should not have been alive in the original story. His survival has been concluded due to the military rearrangements.

As Headal attacks, he requested that Claire Talwen join him in the struggle against Semor.

Lily Celeste's second childhood friend/follower. An extravagant blonde haired young lady bordering on becoming gaudy. She's escaping from the reality of her home by hiding in fantasies of the crown prince.

Magdalin Ruche - Daughter of Viscount Ruche

Lily Celeste's brown haired childhood friend/follower.

A quiet soul during her childhood, known for always wearing gloves and hiding her striking stripe of cyan hair. She's under the protection of a mid level wind fairy.

She a large crush on Prince Alstair until the tea party where he didn't react to Lily being in danger.

As they grew up, Magdalin became a brighter person and is quite perceptive as well. While weak, she has a lot of willpower.

[Ch 136+] She's the only wind aspected mana child in a family consisting only of earth mages. This caused a scandal, and the family mostly settled on suspecting that she was switched out in the cradle. She suffered a lot due to this and would often have the back of her hands caned in punishment. To hide this she was made to wear gloves.

[Ch 136+] Michael Ruche - Second Son of Viscount Ruche

Believes his sister is not his actual sister. Does not get along with Magdalin.

Milet Greenhall - son of Count Greenhall

Magdalin's childhood interest.

Gerald Whitebourough - Guard Captain of Moonbright City

37 years old. Former shield man for the neighboring fief and person of interest for Lord Celeste that uses him for 'bragging' about Eric. He also provided the connections for Asher, and multiple other young boys to enter training as squires.

Folcon Guimont - Marquess of of Zocria

Has the territory neighboring Marquess Celeste, he was killed under the siege of Celeste castle as he tried to flee.

Duke Steuan Polliet - Jesmaine's Father

Known to be the major economically backing power on Headal's side in the war against Ristaze.

Jesmaine Polliet - Headal Prince's Fiance

A reincarnated person. She woke up at the age of eight just like Rei, but didn't adjust properly at first. This earned her the title as genius child and earned her the attention of the royal family. Prince Jacques demanded her his fiancé after their first meeting. She never understood why. Her wish is to end the war between Headal and Ristaze, but she was forcefully prevented from doing so.

In her previous life she had spent most of her life in the mountains with her grandparents. She moved to the city, but was overwhelmed. She played the Doki Doki Flower Academy game herself.

Helena Fox - Heroine Friend

Ginger and brown eyes.

A reincarnation. She has only been in the world a few years, and still has points of the life she is not used to. She's heavily idealistic, but after a 'conversation' between Rei and Helena, she has stopped applying modern standards to the world for now.

She is a wind mage and knows basic wind blast as well as sound manipulation.

[Ch 85] Helena died in her former life from falling down the stairs while chasing after her boyfriend. She had played the Doki Doki Flower Academy extensively and knew all the routes, though never understood the story behind the game: [Ch 115-118]

Lady Pelenet - Earl daughter of Crinia

A young lady from Crinia, which has desperately tried to keep Claire and Alstair away from each other, but also supports Lily's claim on the throne of Ristaze.

Robert Harridan, King of Zocria.

A vigorous and lively man with a newborn pair of twins. His Father was forced off the throne in a political move by Robert last year. As far as I recall, it was something about a concubine and a lot of illegitimate children... and the king using money from the country treasury on them. Robert was known to be quite reasonable, and had actually negotiated with us about the fort I took on the border.

More precisely, he set up a bit of trade with it. Of course on the condition that we signed an equal contract that we would not harm the civilians. This may have sounded unreasonable, as I had done no such thing before, but we did slaughter every single soldier, and every messenger we could find. If anything I was surprised with his compassion... of course... I am also aware that he is the type that wouldn't hesitate to hit us in the back if we get distracted.

Landon Mercer Galloyer, King of Semor.

This guy is only a couple years older than Lily and co. but has taken over the throne already. Like Robert Harridan the king of Zocria, he took the throne by force... though, this guy didn't do it politically. He gained the loyalty of the soldiers and forced the king off the throne to a... permanent house arrest. Unlike what you would expect he is known for being kinder than the former king by miles, but drowns everyone in paperwork. Incredibly charismatic and good with business, is what the rumors say.

Semor lies north of the mountains, and as such the rain from the ocean is blocked off. This makes Semor a dry country, and rumors say that Landon is working hard on creating measures against the yearly summer and fall drought.

Landon is under suspicion of arranging the kidnapping of Claire and Soleil.

[Ch. 135] Landon is confirmed to be a reincarnator as well. He was escorting home a girl that had been home in the mountains for the holidays, when his girlfriend saw them together and killed them. His girlfriend was the one that had played Doki Doki Flower Academy.

Philippe Maizin Ronchelieu, King of Headal.

The father of Jesmaine's fiancé, who is known for being hungry for war, and has been quite determined to make it past house Tepet before he resigns.

Jacques Maizin Ronchelieu, Prince of Headal

Jacques hasn't joined in on this hatred towards Ristaze.

The plan was that Jacques nanny was the kidnapper, and this nanny was Gwenore, Bertram's mother, and the woman that poisoned the Tepet brothers and Lady Tepet.

Dreams of being a shadowguard, but cannot find employment as this with the Celeste army. His main melee weapon used to be knives, but he has been 'convinced' to use sword and shield until they meet up with the Tepet army.

Young Lord of a small farming fief overwhelmed with peasants from neighboring territories, also more than they can handle. He specializes in handling groups of peasants turned bandits.

Spence -

Light hearted fellow. Also the one that put a leash on Darius at one point.

Mike -

The type of guy to bottle things up. Had a fight with Darius where he told Darius to clean up his act. Incredibly dense when it comes to the romantic feelings of his childhood friend. Would do anything to get Rudder back home.

Rudder -

Secretly a bit of a bully. Would do anything to get Mike back home.

Has been attempting to socialize Peony for about three years. No success this far. Very social person and the next in command of their unit.
