Lilith/Third's Pov

Lilith had left the store the next day to go to school. She avoided thinking about Stefan's brother Damon, who wanted her to show herself to him and Stefan. She rode her bike as she listened to her play list. Paramore blasted into her ears as she did. Not knowing of the crow that follow her around, spying on her. Once at the school, she got off to walk it to the bike rake. Bonnie and Elena was talking as they also walked to the school entrance.

"I'm not saying don't date the guy. I'm just saying take it slow." Bonnie explained as they walked to the entrance.

"You were the one who said to go for it." Elena expresses uncertainty.

" Now I'm saying take it slow." Bonnie stressed. With what she saw when she handed the card to Stefan. She was very cautious of him now.

"Why the about-face?" Elena questioned.

"It's not an about-face. You're single for the first time in your entire high school career. It's the perfect time to play the field." Bonnie advised.

"Oh, because I'm so that girl. Seriously, what are you not saying?" Elena spoke with a small huff. 

"It's stupid." Bonnie lied.

" Bonnie..." Elena started.

"What?" Bonnie asked.

" Spit it out." Elena told her.

" I accidentally touched Stefan. And got a really bad feeling." Bonnie answered.

" Is that it? Bonnie." Elena asked annoyed.

"It was bad bad!" Bonnie stressed. She wondered why her friend wouldn't understand what she was telling her.

" Is the whole witch mojo thing again?" Elena wondered.

"You know what? I'm just concerned. This is me expressing concern about my best friend's new boyfriend." Bonnie expresses with a shake of her head.

"And I love you for it, I do. But I feel good. It's been a hard year, and I'm starting to kind of feel like things are getting back to normal again. And you know what? Stefan is a big part of that." Elena says to her friend. Bonnie was going to answer before Lilith spoke.

"But you just met him. Why don't you get to know him first before you screw him. He could be one big jerk." Lilith stated as she pulled her sister away from Elena.

"Lilith! Bonnie!" Elena shouted before following.

"Thank you for having my back." Bonnie tells her.

"You're welcome. Just doing my sisterly duties. Do not let her make you feel bad. You're being a friend." Lilith smiled at her sister. It was kind of funny making Elena scramble after them. Lilith let her go as Elena finally caught up with them.

"Lilith, really?" Elena tried to calm down her heart.

"Elena, yes?" Lilith told her before Stefan showed up.

"Good morning, Elena. Good morning, Bonnie. Good morning, Lilith." Stefan greeted. Bonnie spoke fast before dragging her sister away.

"Hey, um, we gotta find Caroline. She's not answering her phone. So, I'll see you guys later." 

"Bye Love birds!" Lilith called out with a cheeky smirk.

"Bonnie, wait.. Lilith!" Elena called after them. 

" She doesn't like me very much." Stefan tried not to smile at Lilith as she followed,'more'like' dragged away.

"She doesn't know you. She's my best friend. She's just looking out for me. But when she does, she will love you." Elena told him with a smile.

Lilith and Bonnie split up. She headed to get her books for her first period. She walked to her history class. She would only hope that Mr. Tanner wouldn't try anything. She passed by guys, who what up her as she walks. She smirked at them as she waved her black claw like nails, almost scaring them. Walking in the class, she sat in her seat waiting for class to begin.

(Time Skip)

Lilith listened to Tanner as he spoke. Her pen moving on it's on as she made it seem like she was writing herself. She loves using magic for the simplest things. Maybelle had in courage her that practicing magic with simple spells was a great help to build her tolerance with magic. She heard Bonnie whispering as Bonnie wrote 8, 14, 22, over and over again. It was happening. Her Sister's powers were coming. She had to get closer to her sister so she could help her with the help of Maybelle.

" World War II ended in... Anyone got anything? Miss Juan?" 

"1945."

Lilith almost fell asleep as she felt many flashes flash through her mind. Her with Elena, Bonnie, and Stefan. Caroline and Damon. Damon sniffing her neck as she turns her head away from him. Her migraine was coming back as she softly shook her head. Mr. Tanner had just got Stefan and Elena's attention because of their talking.

"Miss Gilbert?"- Tanner 

"Hmm? Pearl Harbor?"- Elena

"Um..." - Tanner

"December 7, 1941." - Stefan

Lilith looked up as they heard Stefan take up for Elena.

" Thank you, Miss Gilbert." Tanner says sarcastisally.

"Anytime." Stefan stated with an certain smile.

" Very well. The fall of the Berlin wall." Tanner remarks.

"1989. I'm good with dates, sir." Stefan smugly looked at him.

"Are you? How good? Keep it to the year. Civil Rights Act." Tanner got off his desk.

"1964."

"John F. Kennedy assassination."

"1963."

"Martin Luther King."

"'68."

"Lincoln."

"1865."

Lilith felt like she was watching a ping pong match as she grinned at the fast reply of Stefan. Of course he knew, he lived it.

" Roe vs. Wade."

"1973."

" Brown vs. Board."

"1954."

"The battle of Gettysburg"

"1863."

"Korean war."

"1950 to 1953."

" Ha! It ended in '52."

" Uh, actually, sir, it was '53."

"Look it up, somebody. Quickly."

Lilith raised her hand, causing Mr. Tanner to look at her.

"He's right Mr. Tanner it was '53" Lilith smirked with a hand under her jaw. Everyone wowed at Stefan as Tanner looked pissed. Elena turned towards Stefan.

"How did you know all of that?" She asked.

"Years and years of crossword puzzles. It's a loner thing." He smiled at Elena as the bell rang. 

(Football field, Sitting on the Bleachers)

Lilith sat on the bleachers as she watches her sister stretch. A lone toothpick in her mouth to stop her from smoking around Mr. Tanner. She did her homework as she watched. It didn't take her long to do her homework, being smart and all. Elena walks up to her sister as Bonnie cheerfully greeted her.

"Oh, my God! You're here!"

"Yep. I can't be sad girl forever. The only way to get things back to the way they were are to do things that were. Oh, and you're coming to dinner tonight."

"I am?"

"Mm-hmm. You, me and Stefan. You have to give him a chance."

" Tonight's no good. Have you seen Caroline? I texted her like a hundred times." 

"Don't change the subject, Bonnie Bennett. You're going to be there."

"Fine. I'll go. But Lilith have to come with me." Bonnie stated with her arms crossed.

"Good. Fine, she can come."

" Seriously, where is Caroline?" Bonnie asked again. Lilith lean her head back as she put sun glasses on her face. As she felt good in the warm sun, until music interrupted her peace.

"Uh..." Elena paused looking at the scene in front of her.

"Oh, my God. That must be the mystery guy from the grill." Bonnie stated. 

" That's not a mystery guy. That's Damon Salvatore." Elena mentions as she watched Caroline kiss Damon on the lips before walking over. 

"Salvatore, as in Stefan?" Bonnie questioned.

Lilith got up, walking to the rail, pulling her glasses away from her face as she watched the scene with anger. This Damon worked fast. Caroline walked up to Bonnie and Elena with a smirked on her face.

" I got the other brother. Hope you don't mind. Sorry I'm late, girls. I, uh, was busy. All right, let's start with the double pike herkey hurdler, what do you say? And 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8." 

Lilith stared at Damon with an glare. Damon smirked as he looked Lilith, who now had her glasses end in her mouth. Her brown eyes glared at him making him hot almost like she was setting him on fire. Damon looked her up and down in her cute little outfit, that made her look like a doll. Lilith turned around grabbing her bag before leaving. 

(Laurie's Spell Shop)

Lilith walked in, as Maybelle did inventory. It was a quiet day, which helped. Lilith sat her bookbag down as she disposed of her toothpick. Lilith paced. She paced back and forth. Mumbling caught Maybelle's attention.

"Sweetie, what's wrong?" Maybelle asked as she sat the clipboard down. Walking over to place a hand on her shoulder.

"The vampire is with one of Bonnie's friends, Caroline." Lilith tells her.

"Stefan's brother, the one that came last night." Maybelle asked.

Lilith nodded, " It's dangerous for him to be that close to Bonnie, hell even Elena and Caroline. I bet he's even biting her."

"Do you really want to help this girl?" Maybelle asked.

"She's Bonnie's friend." Lilith spoke.

"I know you want to get close with your sister again, but do you really want to show your true power to Mystic Falls." Maybelle stared at her daughter figure. She'll be damned before she lets her daughter lose control because of two brothers.

"If it's the only way to keep my sister's place, yes." Lilith told her.

"Then I'll teach you a spell that can hurt them." Maybelle pulled her daughter to the back. Damon wouldn't know what hit him.

(Stefan's Bedroom)

Stefan sat in his room as he wrote in his diary his thoughts about his day, about his thoughts about Lilith Bennett, the witch that had caught his attention. And Elena, the girl that shared Katherine's face. His thoughts broken by his pain in the ass Brother coming in his room.

"How were tryouts? Did you make the team? Very Emerson, the way you reveal your soul with so many... Adjectives." Damon smirked as he leaned against the dresser.

"What are you doing here?" Stefan questioned Damon.

"I've come to apologize. I've been doing some thinking, some soul searching, and... I want us to start over. We need to put the past behind us. You're my little brother, and if you want to live a normal, happy human life, then I want that for you. Maybe I can do it, too. That I can learn to be a non-living living person. Maybe there's hope for both of us." Damon lied with straight face. 

Stefan looked at his brother in suspicion. His brother was planning something, he just didn't know what.

"You know, it doesn't have to be this way, Damon." Stefan tried to tell his brother.

"Of course it doesn't. I saw Elena today, btw. That means "by the way." She was at cheerleading practice. She looked so perky in her little, short shorts." Damon started making Stefan stand up.

" Just... simmer down, I didn't even go near her. But what took my breath away was our witch. Mmm.. A real woman, that one. I would've thought she would set me on fire with her little witchy powers, but anyway. I've got my own cheerleader now. Ooh, that reminds me... I gotta run. I have a date. Sweaty palms. Wish me luck." Damon smiled before leaving.

(Grams's House)

After being with Maybelle, Lilith had went home, only to see Bonnie standing in front of Grams's house. Lilith started walking up the stairs to meet her as she stood by the door.

"Hi Bonnie, what do you need?" Lilith questioned as she met bonnie by the door. Grams was home, so she just rings the doorbell. 

"Elena had invited me to dinner with her and Stefan tonight." Bonnie told her.

"Okay?" Lilith wondered before Grams open the door. Just seeing the two of them together brought a smile on her face.

"Hey Grams," They greeted as they walked in.

"Hello babies," Sheila greeted with kissed cheeks.

"Well, I told Elena that I'll only go if you come with me." Bonnie explained.

"And why would I want to have dinner with the love birds?" Lilith asked as she set her bag down.

"Please for me.." Bonnie smiled at her with those green eyes of hers. Damn it. 

"Fine, I'll go."

Bonnie let out an small cheer. Lilith shook her head at her sister before dragging her upstairs. Sheila watch with a smile. Going inside her room, Lilith went to her closet as Bonnie watch.

"It's crazy she just met the guy and she already trying to do the meet the friends thing." Lilith pictured her outfit before taking it out.

"She said that new year, new her, new boyfriend." Bonnie shorted.

"More like new dick, but it's whatever, I guess. I hope she knows what's she doing." Lilith tells her sister.

"Me too."

Her and Bonnie chatted for a few before she went to go get ready. She could only hope this dinner went good.
