I woke up and realised it was finally a weekend. I remembered that Yuri was coming over at 11 to do the banners and stuff. I tidied my room so it's all neat for her. I didn't make it look too tidy so that I didn't look like a perfectionist or something.

After tidying, I started searching up tips on how to write better poems so that I could possibly try and impress Yuri. I sat down and spun my chair around thinking of things I could do before she came.

I decided to go down and make lunch for when she arrives just in case she's hungry. I made some egg fried rice and sushi. I laid it out on the table, my plate on one side and hers on the other. Just in case the wanted more I made sure there was more egg fried rice.

I realised that it was 11:30 and she was supposed to be here by now. Suddenly, I heard a knock at my door. I knew it was Yuri so I opened it with a smile. "Hey Yur- oh.. hey mom?" "I'm coming to check up on you! Y'know because your all moved out." She chuckled. She pinched my cheeks and gave me a cheesy smile.

"How are you? Doing well in school? Got a girlfriend?" I rolled my eyes. "I have a girl coming over mom. She should be here any minute now. Can you go?" I asked. "Ooo! Are you dating?" I could tell that my cheeks had gone bright red. "Well uh.. no. I like her but I don't think she likes me so.. yeah."

My mom walked away, visibly annoyed but in a motherly way. I realised that Yuri was there the entire time waiting for my mom to go do that she could come in. "Uh.. hi Yuri.. Did you hear any of that." "Oh.. uh.. I don't want to lie so yes. I heard you talking to your mom about me. I didn't hear what though."

I could tell she was being genuine. I sighed in relief. "Well, come inside! If your hungry I made some lunch for us." She nodded and sat down at my table. "Oo! Egg fried rice, my favourite! It looks really well prepared too." I smiled at how excited she was.

After we finished eating, I bring her to my room. "Did you bring the stuff?" She nodded but realised that she had left it downstairs. "I'll get it." I stood up and ran down to get the stuff. I quickly ran back up and she had set up a stick thing. "What is that?" "Oh! It sends out smells that make you feel a certain mood. I'm going to put it on relaxed." She pressed a pink button that had a heart on it. It was obviously not relaxed but I was fine with it.

"So for this bit you just draw characters, okay?" I nodded and started to draw random characters. One by one, they didn't look very good but at least they weren't terrible. We soon after moved onto the banner where we needed to paint.

"We're gonna need some cups to put the paint tablets in." Yuri mentioned. "I'll go and get them. I stood up and shook my head. "I'll get them, don't worry." I walked downstairs and grabbed 7 plastic cups. I filled them each with water and brung them back up.

I gently placed the water in the middle of me and Yuri. She put the paint tablets in and the water turned into paint that we could use. " I was thinking we could for a theme. Like sunrise colors at the top and then sunset colors at the bottom to represent time. We started painting. It started with the top and Yuri started with the bottom.

At one point, I was reaching over to grab something and she was trying to get an unused brush and our heads collided. I realised quickly that a couple splats of paint got on her. "Ah!" She gasped. "Are you hurt?" She shook her head. "No, just surprised."

I got up and went to the bathroom to grab her something to wipe her face with. I got a small towel and put warm water on it. I then came back and held the towel on her face. "Oh.. that feels really nice." She looked relaxed and at ease. I wiped the rest of her face and then just held it at her neck. I went to release the towel off of her neck but she grabbed my wrist and pulled me back.

"S-sorry.. it feels nice.." "Its fine.." I felt strangely flirty and I had no idea why. It soon came to night. I realised that she would leave and got unexplainably sad. "Oh. I've got to go now." She looked out the window and saw how dark it was. "Oh.. uh.." She mumbled to herself. "How about you stay at mine?" She looked at me and nodded. "Why not." She smiled at me.

"Do you want to order some food?" "Oh sure! Could we maybe have pizza?" I nodded. "Sure!" I ordered the pizza. "It's ordered. Wanna watch a movie when it comes?" She nodded. "I'm not the best when it comes to movies but sure." The pizza finally came and we went down to my living room.

We sat in the couch and I put on a movie. After half an hour of it all the pizza was finished and the movie still had 1 hour and a half left. Yuri rested her head on my shoulder and closed her eyes. I continued to watch the movie for a couple more minutes before closing my eyes too.

I woke up and Yuri was on my lap with her head rested on my chest. I never remembered her being on my lap before but I couldn't complain. I wanted to get up but I couldn't just wake her up so I waited 5 minutes and she woke up naturally. She looked and me and became all flustered. "Oh! I'm so sorry!" She got off my lap and looked away. "It's fine. I didn't mind it." She walked over to my bathroom and got changed. She walked out in hoodie and some leggings.

Before I saw her, I thought it was Monday already.
